We noticed our hot water heater was no longer working and in a day they came out and replaced it. We have an immune compromised daughter and they were respectful and wore masks at all times, answered all our questions and kept us informed at every step. Will not hesitate to use them again. I just called and got same Day Service and he was even a little bit early, and of course only took a Professional to recognize exactly where my toilet was leaking and was completed quickly! 2nd time I have used Roto Rooter and I don't feel overcharged by them! THANKS Again Eden!

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

Great experience, fixed issue with only a $39 service call. Same day service, technologically advanced with clear updates and even a picture of the tech that would be arriving. COVID safety measures were on point... great company!!

We used this company for a gas log install. They were quick to respond and our technician Tony was super professional and extremely efficient.

Brett is an amazing plumber. He has handled everything for us from minor toilet repair to replacing faucets and toilets with new installs. He had also installed a complete whole house water filtration system. Brett is responsive, transparent with pricing and comparative options, and professional in his interactions. He is also willing to advise on the severity of problems and what can be safely delayed or adjusted to meet your budget. We've never had an issue with any work he has done at our home and recommend him without reservation.

Very professional service from both Logan and Jim on separate occasions. The services being performed were always well communicated and the two answered all the questions we had around our heating and cooling systems. They also walked us through our options clearly and thoroughly so we understood exactly what we were signing up for each time. Once it was time for the installations and subsequent checks, Logan and Jim were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Our family appreciates the work done and we look forward to working with them in future!

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

Clog Busterz is THE BEST! We had a leak that we thought was an emergency and they came out immediately (outside of their normal work area!). They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism. Their pricing was very fair and they were extremely kind and caring to our situation (I was freaking out over water damage and you could tell they really cared!). Highly recommend!
