I am a tough critic (as many are) when it comes to service industry providers. This past weekend out upstairs bathroom sink had a leak that seeped through our downstairs ceiling. I immediately thought I'm not going with the big guys as I'll end up paying for advertising and overhead. So I called a smaller {not to be named} outfit who came out and took 2+ hours to price the job before telling me he had the wrong truck to snake the line ( I thought every plumber carried equipment to snake a line) and he wouldn't be back out until the following day to finish the job...the next day his assistant called and said he was out of commission and couldn't talk to me, but he would get back out on Wednesday...Needless to say, I elected to call RotoRooter on Monday morning. They had a technician at my house within 60 minutes and had diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes of being there. Andrew did a great job of giving me options and letting me know what costs were going to be before doing the work. He had to call a second tech to help out clearing a clogged line, which they did in short order and again, with great communication. I felt the whole experience was how one would want it to go considering a leaky drain pipe.

We were referred to them by our home warranty company. They were out here the next day, on time, and courteous. We ended up replacing our garbage disposal and kitchen sink facet. He had to run out to the store for the equipment but always let me know what he was doing and seemed to do it expeditiously. Everything looks great! I have had no issues and would recommend.

I needed some work done on all three of my toilets and also found out I needed a pressure valve to help control the water pressure, I was so impressed by nick , coming in very professional, on time and very knowledgeable about everything I needed to have done. Nick also provided me with future things to look for for one of my toilets so I would not run into problems that may become worse. He did his job excellent and was great company at the same time. I have been very pleased with Michael and Son! The service has been great. They keep us posted through any work they are doing, and the work is done in a timely fashion. Our representative Jim has been excellent and very professional. He makes sure we are always satisfied with the work that is done on our AC Systems. I’d definitely recommend Michael and Son to anyone in need of AC work on his/her home.

We called Jim Dickerson to come out and unclog our Washing Machine drain. Their guy showed up but did not have the right tools or machine to do the job. They had call a 2nd plumber and they charged me almost $600.00 bucks. I called and questioned the bill and was told they would review it an call me back but they never did.

Had a sewer backup on a Saturday. Company technician Duane came out and diagnosed issue without charging prior. Worked fast to remedy the main sewer backup and cleaned up area after job was completed. Happy with how quickly they responded, highly recommended.

We rented a house in North Carolina for a run we did, and we had a small issue with the plumbing, owner of the house couldn't make it down, so we called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair, saved our weekend. A+ guys

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.
