TJ Kiker called in advance and was on time. The disposal was replaced quickly and TJ ran 2 sinksful of water to make sure the repair would not leak and the item was repaired properly. At check time we received a discount from the former repair quote. All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

They showed up in the window I requested. They were professional and cleaned up. The clog required a larger snake then what they originally tried, but they worked quickly. I could pay with a credit card, and best of all there is a 6 month warranty. So I do not have to worry about another clog.

John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. I recently purchased an installed dishwasher from Lowes and they provided the installer. Bliss plumbing sent a man named Tony to my house to install and haul away my old dishwasher. Tony really knew what he was doing and was extremely professional as he went about doing good quality work. He cleaned up and left everything like it was prior to his visit. As a young man in the 1950's, I was a plumber and am qualified to make this statement...........I was never as good as he is.

Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.
