Ronald James was my plumber. Fixed my leaking shower within minutes. Price was reasonable. Rotorooter does not charge extra for weekends, late nights, or holidays, which was great as this happened on Easter.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

What a great company for all your plumbing repair needs and they have experts for Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling.

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

Jake came out Super Bowl Sunday to clean a drain that was backed up as our washing machine drained. He fixed the problem quickly and was super friendly. Great job, Jake!

Great experience working with this company. They did the work quickly and efficiently and answered all of my questions (of which I had many) in terms a lay person could understand. They were also fairly priced, especially when compare
to some of the larger companies in the area who quoted nearly twice the cost for the same work.

Jim (the owner) and Mike (his employee) were super nice, very knowledgeable and very professional. I was without water and reached out to Jim about 11:30 this morning. He responded immediately to find out about my issue and they were at my house by 2:00; they squeezed me in today. They immediately knew the solution and fixed it right away. I was having an issue with my HOA, in regards to this issue, and Jim intervened on my behalf. I hope I don't have future plumbing issues but if I do, I know who I will call !

9/17/2021 - most recent service was today.

We have a rental property and our tenant called informing us that there was no hot water. I immediately called Plumbing Connection and I even called Chip Martin (the main technician since he had been to the rental the day before). Chip immediately called me back and after I explained the issue, he stopped by on his way to work. He inspected the work the electrician had performed the day before and found what could be the issue. Chip did what he could since he was not in his work truck (didn't have all the tools in her personal vehicle); informing me that he would stop back by after he switched into his truck. As promised, Chip swung back by about 1 hour later and was able to permanently fix the issue by replacing fuses that he picked up on his way over. Chip is always SO thorough and knowledgeable, going above and beyond my expectations! I've had the pleasure of working with Chip and Jim (the owner of Plumbing Connection) for over 4 years and I am always singing their praises and referring them whenever anyone asks about a plumber! They will always be my 'go-to' guys!
