When the problem we called about was just a simple fix, he asked if we had anything else we needed checked or any questions, so we would get our money's worth for the required one-hour minimum. He told us how to annually flush out the tankless water heater, and also gave good advice about servicing the swamp cooler. A very good guy who offered many money-saving tips! And he was so friendly to our dog!

Set up an appointment to have clogged sink repaired, scheduled an appointment today for the plumber to be there between 11am - 1pm. They never showed and I did not receive a phone call! I waited and moved my schedule so I could be home during the specified time, very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
