Best Tankless Water Heaters in Albuquerque NM

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

I called Four Star last week and asked if I could get an estimate on how much it would be to replace a flex duct heater crossover under a mobile home. The home is a 30 minute drive west of Albuquerque, so I was told they would charge me $100 for the estimate because of the drive. I agreed on the price and made an appointment for today 1/9/23. Today the technician called me and said he was getting ready to head out to do the estimate. He said the clock starts now. When I told him that there was a flat $100 charge for the estimate he told me to call the office. When I called the office, they informed me that the price is now $200. $100 for the drive and an extra $100 for an hour of labor to do the estimate, which would only require a tape measure and 5 to 10 minutes. When i questioned the additional charge, Evelyn responded by telling me that I obviously do not understand the service industry. At that point I politely canceled. Such a waste of time.

Stephan was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about identifying and repairing the elusive leak in my home. He was very professional and respectful of leaving things as clean as he found them including not dragging any mud into my home. He performed his duties above my expectations. I would highly recommend this business to others!

He worked for 4 hours to install my new water heater, late into the night. I really appreciate his professionalism and hard work. The price was very reasonable. After 2 1/2 years of dealing with a radiant heat system in my elderly parent's home that was had never worked, and many visits from, and phone calls and emails to, the company that installed it trying to figure out what was wrong, Sean diagnosed the problem in a manner of minutes (the company that installed it put in the wrong pump and wired the radiant system wrong).
