First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. We had a pipe leak right below ground level that was difficult to get to. We called B Carlson, and they were able to squeeze us in that day. Ryan came out and had it fixed quickly. He was friendly and professional, and was very knowledgeable. He was able to get through the foundation without creating a huge mess, and made quick work of the repair. We were very happy with his work.
