If I could I would give them 0 star. What a company. Charge you $79 do come over and diagnose the problem? All I need is to replace a part that’s broken and they still want to charge for to tell me wats wrong with it after the company guarantee the unit send me a new one to replace it. Wow! Just wow! Call someone else and don’t bother to call this company. I’ll make sure I’ll tee this to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company.

I had the good fortune of having Kurt sent out for the first job and I've been requesting him ever since. He's a true professional, friendly and comfortable, and always looks to fix the most obvious thing first rather than just start ripping walls and floors apart. I have one more large job that I need to schedule (replacing an old section of polybutylene), and I will be calling Affordable to do that job and definitely requesting Kurt. I had a new combined Heating/Air-conditioner system installed: Carrier; easy to fix and service & parts easy to get.It involved a Crane to lift unit onto the roof. It was a 10 1/2 hr job! Building a gas line re-route plus a condensation line. Re-fitting metal venting, etc. Discovering a faulty gas part union trial of new unit; got replacement & installed that. A GF was established or changed out (?) Trouble with being on the rooftop; out of site! They did take photos which looked very neat, tidy, and well placed piping, etc. Hard to evaluate out of sight range goings on.....An electrician was involvedand supervisors came. It all seemed to run smoothly and organized manner.My main installer was very calm, professional, open to answering questions and explanations. The unit is in, up & running and seems to be working fine. Time will tell. All workers appeared to know what they were doing and seemed to be a good team.I must say: it was a great time to install a unit like this; because, the men were available, units were in fresh supply, no delivery issues and the crane was ready to roll the next day! A long, hard day for the installers; but, painless for me! Installers should know sheet metal skills and have several years of experience! Mine did.I am happy to have replaced the OLD FREEON, it is such a climate polluter! The prices were very competitive and hard to select just one good company out of 3 bids. I chose Wagner.I encourage others to replace their old FEEON Units If they are able.

Quoted one price, said they offered military discount...all false. Charged for the pads I supplied. No military discount. Total scammers. Shady business and not veteran friendly. Charged almost double what quoted.. Not another penny will I ever spend with them. Save your money and call a different company.

Cody and his crew are the best. They are excellent craftsmen and work very efficiently. Cody explains everything and is well educated and experienced in his field. I have worked with many HVAC companies and American AC&Heat is at the top. I highly recommend them.

I used Four Star Mechanical to service my Heater and they were very quick to come out and very affordable! I would use them again!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
