Rocketman did an outstanding job for two of my clients. I am a Realtor in ABQ and my client was selling his house while living out of state. Rocketman showed up on time, communicated what the issue was, and in minutes provided an written email bid for my client. Approving the work was super easy and they took care of the job the next day. The delay was my client, not Rocketman. I would highly recommend Rocketman.

The second seller they helped was when the sewer inspector called out an issue. The buyer called for three estimates, Rocketman and two other big companies. The house sits lower than the sewer line and has a lift system to push the sewage uphill to the main. The sewer line will always have some standing water, by design. The big company in town with three initials gave a bid to replace the complete sewer line. The new line wouldn't fix the issue - standing water in the line. However, Rocketman and the other plumber came to the same conclusion that the line doesn't need to be replaced. The line functions as designed.

Attention Realtors - here is an honest, reasonably priced plumber that isn't going to kill the deal!

I was honestly afraid to have someone come look at my AC because I thought it would be so expensive to fix but I couldn't handle the heat wave any longer. Cody from American AC & Heat showed up within the designated time window (and gave me a call to make sure I knew exactly when to expect him within the window---really appreciate the communication). He was so kind, efficient, and taught me how the AC works and exactly what was going on with it. WIthin an hour I had working AC again for a very affordable price. Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. My 85 year old mother-in-law who is a widow has a roof top unit (RTU) with refrigerated cooling and gas heating. It was blowing cold air this winter and I was out of town and she needed to get it repaired. She contacted Sunshine and they came out and got the unit heating again for $240. They recommended that she replace the unit and gave her two quotes with the lowest being $11,300. About 5 days later the heating quit working again and Sunshine was contacted to come back under warranty. They said the tech had cleaned the flame sensor and there was nothing more they could do since they said the unit needed entire RTRU needed replacing. If they did come back out there would be another charge ($240). After getting back in town I did some research and saw that a new flame sensor is $20 and an easy DIY replacement. The tech should have replaced and not just “clean” the flame sensor. We got a second quote from Thompson HVAC for 35% less to replace the RTU! I would not recommend Sunshine for service or new work.
