Valdez Brothers Plumbing and Re-pipe

Water pressure in my house sucks! The Valdez Brothers did the original piping, and everytime I call them to come out and take a look they never show up! The third time they cancelled I called another plumber and they said it would be best to call the Valdez Brothers again, because it would be $400 just to figure out the problem. My issue is still not fixed and I am very upset!!!

We had previously used Valdez brothers and they were great, so we were quick to call them when we moved into our new house. We asked Valdez brothers to come install our new water softener right away to avoid getting that pesky hard water buildup in our new shower and appliances. Initially it was installed incorrectly and caused a small leak in our garage. I called and they came right away to fix it. However it leaked again and from the same spot. This time it caused water damage to the wall of our garage. After not seeing a difference in our water (we saw water spots everywhere and there was no difference on test strips) we had it checked months later by a different plumbing company. It was never installed correctly! This was after three different plumbers from Valdez brothers had come to our house and assured us it was up and running. Very disappointed.

I had to have waterlines replaced and they immediately helped me. Plumbing and drywall was included in the price I was quoted. The price was wonderful. The people were professional and clean up was fantastic.

Called them to remove copper pipe and install new female part for tub spout, they showed up without the part,took off old part . They said they could come back with the part I originally needed, it is a way to over charge the customer especially at 150 an hour. They were here 10 minutes and charged me 150. The amount wouldn't have been so bad if the would have the part needed.

Incredibly helpful and friendly! I would totally recommend this company to anyone. I will definately use this company for any of my future plumbing needs!!

I called Valdez on Monday morning and left my number. I got a return call within 30 minutes. I explained that my bathroom sink was not draining. He said someone would be out between 9 am (the time I called) and 12:30. Diego and his son arrived at 10:20. Turned out it was not a major problem and they cleared the drain in about 5 minutes. They showed me how to check the sink stopper. The cost for a new customer is $85 per hour. I was happy to pay that as I felt they were honest. I recommend them highly. They also do cooling and heating.

Amazing!!! Valdez Brothers is the best home company I have ever worked with! Everyone of the workers and bosses were professional, kind and thoughtful. I called because I had a water leak. First the guy quoted me $3600, I said others will do it for $2400, he then dropped his price to $2000?! So, basically they are trying to get the most money out of you if you didn't do your homework! That's not how to run a business, give me the best price. It's very bothersome when companies shoot high then retract, how am I to trust them?? There's better companies out there

These guys are the best! We had a major water leak in our house, by swamp cooler. they came out, stayed till 8pm at night, got the job done to perfection. I would highly recommend them anytime of the day or night. Very reasonably priced too. They are awesome....great group of guys. Thanks Valdez Bros!

Valdez Brothers did an excellent job on my home's repipe. They were very responsive to my needs and completed the job on schedule and at a fair price.

I had previously used them when the foreman was Willie and had been satisfied with their work. This time was a nightmare!! I found a small amount of water on my front porch over a period of few weeks so finally decided to see what was going on. A young man from Valdez Plumbing came and I showed him the area. He said he would try and figure out where the leak was coming from. I work from home and got busy with work and didn't go outside for about an hour or more. When I finally did, I could not believe the mess. He had not used a tarp or anything but had dug up huge holes in my rose bed and tossed huge amounts of dirt onto my rocks. He told me he would have to dig out a huge shrub of mine as well. After another hour, I noticed through my window that I now had 4 guys out there standing around a massive hole. They told me that they had no idea where the leak was coming from, that I needed a whole new line, that it would cost $2500 and that if I didn't do it, they would need to charge me $800 for the dig and NOT finding my leak. When I told them that I needed to think about it, the supervisor told me in no uncertain terms that I needed to pay them right then and there for the dig. He told me, good luck finding someone else to work on it. They had me over a barrel and knew it! I ended up using them to do the new line, which I probably didn't even need since I had just had it redone 6 years earlier. They completely destroyed my sodded front yard, I lost my big shrub, had to deal with their horrible supervisor, and the huge mess they left. Although I tried to save my grass and four foot shrub, I was unable to and eventually got turf put in. The supervisor was rude, demanding and completely unprofessional.

I had a small job for now...10 minutes, tops, that I don't have the tools for. Said $85 for the call. Didn't show. Didn't leave a message if they called. Wouldn't take $500+ per hour ($85 * 6) for a small job. Now, you lost my big job I have coming up, a half-house re-pipe in a remodel. While plumbing is a trade, customer service is still important.

Words can't describe my gratitude for the VB. I had a pet emergency! Where my dogs foot got stuck in the bathtub drain in the process of giving him a bath. Animal control was unable to help me with my situation. They advised me to call a plumber. So I quickly googled and came across VB. Richard took my call. I explained the situation to him he quickly reacted, and came to my aid. Him and his team planned out how to safely get my dogs foot out with out harming, or running the risk of breaking my dogs paw. It took a couple of hours, but they got the job done! They were all so professional and caring of the situation. Also a very reasonable price for they hell I put them through. I highly recommend them!! They will forever be my go to plumbers! They deserve move then a 5 star rating!!!

Our water heater was leaking , they came so quickly, super polite and very thorough. They cleaned up and double checked everything. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely be recommending and using them for all my future jobs.

Valdez did a complete repipe on our home in March of this year. They did an excellent job. The crew was professional and efficient. The price was very affordable and included the drywalling. Mr. Anaya and his son do beautiful work. You can't even tell there were holes in my walls. I would definitely hire this company again and I highly recommend them.

The job was done in a professional manner & in less time than stated. This was a few years ago & we've had no problems & are very Happy with the work & crew. Would recommend them 2 anyone.

Very disappointed, I called to get a plumber he came out to my house and said he needs to get a leak detection company. Never heard from him again and I called back twice very poor customer service. Good luck to anyone trying to use this company, apparently they have more business than they need

I called for a quote at 9:04 am. I spoke to the owner, Richard, who gave me a quote of $8,500 for re-piping. I explained that the house was in the purchase process and would not be available to work till mid January. After talking to my husband, I called Richard back at 3:02 pm and asked for a written quote in order to proceed with the work. I reminded him of the earlier conversation and suddenly the price was $10,500. He said I lost out on the discount cause it was only valid if I have the work done this week. I'm fairly certain he would have found a way to claim the extra $2K regardless of when the work was done. He kept saying I have to feed my family. Proceed with caution!!!

Excellent, fast and friendly service at a great price. Valdez Bros. was the 3rd company I called on a Friday afternoon when I had a main line water leak at my house. The other guys were 2-3 days out. Valdez Bros. were there in one hour and had the leak repaired in 2 hours! Definitely recommend these guys.

I called on a Tuesday for a repipe and Valadez brothers had the job done by Thursday. Quick, efficient, and friendly service with a realistic price. Diego and Isaac did our pipe work and they did a great job and were professional and quick. I would recommend Valdez Brothers for sure. Thanks guys for the quality work!

Extremely unreliable!!!

Over priced

Valdez Brothers went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. Our hot water heater was out and they responded quickly and professionally repaired it.

Valdez Brothers came and fixed a leak in my front flowerbed after 6 pm! It involved digging 3 feet in the mud. Both plumbers were courteous and respectful of our home. They put out plastic to limit the mess made and cleaned up the mess that was made before they left. They even replanted the plants that were dug up in the process! The area looks the same as before, except now water is not bubbling out of the ground.
If you want a professional company that is not afraid to get dirty, I recommend Valdez Brothers. I am recommending the Valdez Brothers to all my friends.

I had used another company for some small repairs, intending to use them again to replace our water heater, but called/emailed several times with no response. I saw VB recommended by someone on FB, decided to call and get a quote. He said they were available TODAY, came out and knock it out immediately (like at my door within an hour from the call). Even helped me get my fireplace pilot lights back on and we now have working fireplaces for the holidays. Definitely a great experience.

I was frustrated that the Valdez Brothers’ mailbox was full and I was not able to contact them—especially since friends had used them for a complete home re-pie on two different properties and recommended them without reservations. So, Richard Valdez called me the next day. We set an appointment and Willie completed the job that afternoon. It was done to my complete satisfaction and I will use them again. I am changing my review from one-star to five.

They did our re-pipe years ago and were very quick to get it in and completed. To this day we have not had a problem with any of their work.
