Best New Furnace Install in Albuquerque NM

Problem was identified and fixed in a timely and professional manner. As with many contractors, the service person needs to pay attention to what the client is trying to communicate. There were some communication issues.

The owner Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and came out right away when our water heater went out. He was so thorough and professional. He took time to explain everything and walk us through our options for replacement. We had hot water again the very next day! I will definitely call him again for any of our plumbing, heating, or cooling needs and fully recommend him to anyone in need of those services.

We added a new laundry sink and needed the faucet and plumbing professionally installed.
Called this business and we are very happy with their work. Their prices are fair. Response time was excellent. We will call them again.

Installation of the new furnace went great. In 26 years in our home, we had never had a working furnace in the great room addition, although the ducting was/is in place. We heated the room with a wood-burning stove in one end and a space heater elsewhere in the room as needed. This new capital improvement will save us a lot of firewood expense and at least some of the fireplace hassles, so we’re pleased. Thank you. Wagner Mechanical replaced the furnace in the original part of our house a couple of years ago, which also went great, so we were happy to call them again. ONLY ONE THING hasn’t gone as expected: It’s been three weeks and Wagner still hasn’t arranged for the city inspection that will result in a green tag on the new furnace — a thing that’s supposed to happen within 10 work days. We trust it’ll happen; might take a phone call to give Wagner a nudge. Anyway, all in all, we’re satisfied. Thanks again.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Nicholas Kettinger, Preston Talbett, Abdul Ramadhan, Kurston Kramer and Eli Grado are each highly respected by each other and us. From changing the thermostat of an old heater and replacing parts (as we were trying to save it), changing out old, cracked cast iron pipes, replacing the furnace, and replacing the hot water heater, these specialists all work together as a team, explaining everything, consulting with the most experienced technician when anything is questionable, to reach the perfection necessary for this propane gas powered equipment. Very disappointed, I called to get a plumber he came out to my house and said he needs to get a leak detection company. Never heard from him again and I called back twice very poor customer service. Good luck to anyone trying to use this company, apparently they have more business than they need

Update 2/2/21! Stephan of Plumbing Express NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK he was paid in full for. There was no reason why the work was not able to be completed but what we know from experience is that Stephan’s business practices and level of professionalism do not stand up to his initial assurances and are questionable, at best. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about hiring this company. Also, be sure to check out the complaints against his business on the BBB website!
Stephan was hired to replace a septic system for our home, he was paid in full and we were assured work would be complete within one week of digging up the old system. That was the first of July and it's now October 1 and the ground is still wide open and nothing is connected. To say this is unsanitary and unsafe would be a massive understatement. Every week we're told a crew is coming to finish and workers show up for a few hours and then leave and we don't see them again until we call to see what's going on. This is 100% unacceptable. They are unreliable and unprofessional at best and not worth the hassle of dealing with them. There are MUCH better and more reliable plumbing service providers out there. I 100% advise NOT HIRING this company unless you like dealing with poor communication and bad excuses for not completing work.

Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!
