I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. Thank you Central, we recommend this company and their number is one you want to have on hand if you own a home.

Had power surges over the weekend that impacted our AC units. Called the number after hours, explained our situation and the next day we had a technician (Delmore) out who was punctual, professional, and safe (wore a mask). Got our units inspected and up in running with peace of mind! Everyone at Affordable we spoke with were extremely helpful, honest, and kind. It's our new go to for service!

Great job. Very fast and on the holiday too. Reasonable price considering holiday fees. Flat rate per job. Not hourly. I was expecting it to take a while so was pretty happy about flat rate. Maybe 30 mins all told. Clean job too. No detritus left behind. Stucco wasn't damaged. My exterior faucet had snapped clean off while I was replacing my evap cooler's water line. Appreciate the fast repair on a holiday!

A week ago the prior owner of our condo had a simple leaky faucet repaired as a part of repairs for the home sale. We moved in and attempted to wash the tub when the faucet let loose completely gushing water and we had to shut the water off. We called Sunshine and they said they would not warranty their work just a week later because we were different owner. They then demanded a prepaid 160.00 fee to diagnose what they did wrong. We called some one else, and so should you.

I called only to get some information. I talked to a person in HR and she was very nice and helpful.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
