Best Main Water Line Leak in Albuquerque NM

Eric did a fast job of tightening the kitchen drain to stop it from leaking, I did not have the correct tool to do it. Eric was very nice and never talked down to me while doing the work.

Mike was extremely helpful and assisted with a few other small problems that i had been unable to fix - he did them willingly and did not charge me

We were a challenging install with a situation not easy to fix. Alex persisted and at times more than 2 people were here working out a solution. (in the wind the roof). We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. They rebuilt the ducting for an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler); replaced a swamp cooler; winterized and summerized swamp coolers; serviced a wall-mounted furnace and thermostat; cleared out drains; and reworked some vintage plumbing on a kitchen sink and clothes washer. They've always done a good job and we've been happy with their work, so we've become regular customers.

I waited over an hour and they did not show up for the estimated. I had to answer their phone call before they heading to my home even though they Sent a text saying tech on route. I had to call and find out the tech was not heading out here. If I have to answer the phone for the tech to come out they should of mentioned that at the time I schedule the appointment and if I wasn’t going to be home I wouldn’t have schedule the appointment!

Our hot water line started leaking profusely over the weekend at the junction where it left the hot water heater and entered the wall. I called Monday morning, and they were still able to fit us in even though they were quite busy. Thank you Wagner!! The tech, Barney, was quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He had the issue fixed and in working order in about 45 minutes. Barney was great!

This company is a blessing. At the start of the heating season and all plumbing companies were backogged 2-3 weeks. I had a water heater emergency that couldn't wait three weeks, they freed up a tech to come and fix it for me same day. Highly recommend these folks.
