I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! We have worked with Mark for several years when he worked at another company. When he started Central Plumbing (his own company) we made sure to become one of his first clients. Mark is the nicest man, very efficient, works quickly and is an expert at his trade. His is also honest; he doesn't try to pad our bill with products and services we don't really need. He will let us know when something is wearing out and should be replaced, but he isn't at all pushy about it. Central Plumbing deserves 10 stars. Hire this company; you won't regret it.

I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

The most recent technicians who came to my house installed larger ducts in two rooms and now I am getting heat in those rooms. For several years now, those rooms have been cold. Until Bobby and Evans replaced the existing ducts those rooms were cold. Bobby and Evan were efficient and I want to thank them for the work they did. For years now, I have been cold and until now, no one had suggested to me that the ducts to those rooms were too small. Josh the service manager and Joseph the owner approved Sunshine Plumbing installing larger ducts. Thank you everyone involved.

Rodgers did a great job they were prompt and fixed my leak in the wall within an hour they were very good at explaining what they had to do and didnt charge an arm and leg. I would definetly use them again.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
