Motherroad did a professional job in installing my heater and when the extra mile by getting my air conditioner winterize for no extra cost. I very pleased with their work.

Mark and his crew did a great job connecting our house to the county water system. Reasonable price and timely quality work. Didn't try to add unnecessary work.

My experience and my wife's experience with Sherry (Sheri) and Kevin was not very pleasant, Kevin YELLED at my wife over the phone and was short and RUDE with myself, Sherry did not own her conversation with my wife, she said my wife spoke to the OTHER girl, my wife explained to them with had her elderly mother living with us and it was very hot in our home (98') to be exact, they had told her they could not come until next Tuesday but she insisted they come today which they said Greg would be in touch sometime today because they were very busy, Greg had come out the week before to check the unit THEY installed 3 years prior and said nothing was wrong with it my complain then was that it wasn't cooling enough I also told him the unit outside rattled alot all he did was check temperature, at that time he told me I had just used up my labor warrenty, Eric came out and fixed the problem with the unit today $160 + dollars and tightened up everything no more rattling so I'm happy now because it's cooling. I am not HAPPY with Sherry, Kevin, or Greg (he NEVER called us) or the bill. Greg gave me his personal bussiness card the week before told me then IF there were ANY other issues to call him he is the first person I called at 5 a.m., the office was next, no one called me back I understand they dont open until 8 a.m. but no one called me to acknowledge my call, I finally called and I was told that there system was down that they had my voicemail and were waiting for the system go back up to reach out to me. I would like to thank Eric for being very courteous and fixing my problem. They have told me before that if anyone else services my unit it VOIDS the warrenty and that it will COST alot more, I paid ALOT of money for my Refrigerated Air Unit thourgh them so I feel my hands are tied for now.😳😳😳😳

They Installed a new HVAC system at my residence. Jordan was super.....he was very communcative. He performed the installation. He kept me informed on every step of the process. All steps occurred as he told me it would and I now have an operating system. I would give him 5 Stars!!I wasn't that impressed with the communcation between the employees there. Things that occcured, even though resolved, happened because ot the poor communication between all the moving parts of the company.

Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless...!!!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.

The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.

I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Came out to repair a swamp cooler on a holiday weekend that was blowing warm. Replaced the water pump and charged me $400. Still blew warm. They came back out and said it was because the pads were deteriorating and clogging the water line. Next day it started blowing warm again and making a grinding noise. Will not have them return.

Mike runs a very professional outfit. He has done a complete hvac replacement for me and most recently saved me a bunch of money on some duct work. He is not afraid to dive into a dirty and tough job ( see pic).

ABSOLUTELY GREAT!

November 2014 our original furnace decided to quit and the weather was getting cold. We called Sunshine Plumbing & Heating and we had a new Carrier furnace in a few days. The other companies we contacted couldn’t even get to the house for weeks.

Then this past summer our swamp cooler decided to quit. Who did we call; Sunshine Plumbing & Heating. They had a challenge getting a new system in the furnace space in our 1969 tri level home, but they did it. We now have a Carrier heating and air conditioning system that is fantastic.
We can’t praise the personnel at Sunshine Plumbing & Heating enough, they are great!

We highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing & Heating.

Monday morning.... NO WATER! Called a well known ABQ plumbing company and their first response was I needed a new water softener offering me a $4k job. Realized it could not be the softener -- had to be the well because water was not coming in on sprinkler system either. Based on reviews and also recommendations from well respected building industry contacts called Rodgers -- they lived up to their outstanding reputation. Immediately the problem was found in less than 5 minutes. Changed a switch box made sure all was in working order and have running water. Saved me $3750! Thank you Jeff and Rodgers!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
