Shaq came out same day and unclogged my shower drain very quickly and at the same price he quoted me over the phone. He was very nice and left my bathroom like there was never a problem. Will definitely use Whitehorse again in the future!

I have had a couple of different technicians come out. They have been courteous and knowledgeable. Each one has gone above and beyond to give me great service.

Preston, our technician, showed up on time and was able to locate the leak in our front yard. Preston then dug a hole after moving the gravel and exposed the leaking pipe, replaced it, filled in the hole, and spread the gravel out again. I couldn't even tell he had done all that work!

You lied about a part to make money off me. Your dishonesty is beyond harmful and embarrassing as I racked up a bill on my electricity because I can’t afford thousands of dollars for a unit that DOESNT need replacing. Way to go. Lying poopsacks.It is too late. I used a different company that sent an experienced tech to solve the issue. This was yesterday. The parts were in town at one of the two major places that sell parts for units. Word around town is that you send the rookies to sell units instead of fixing the malfunctions. I believe it. If they had just looked at the number on the part they could have fixed it and saved me the panic.

I was renting a house and needed a moen cartridge removed from a shower. I called and was told it wouldn't take longer than a hour. Two hours later after hearing pounding and drilling the technician removed the cartridge. I did not tell the technician to replace the cartridge, he did so anyway. He said it was ok. After looking at the work, all I can say is he pulverized the valve and work was less than professional. I used the shower once and it immediately starting leaking. I contacted the owner/manager and was told work was not guaranteed. What type of plumber doesn’t guarantee their work? The owner was short with me and would not agree to fixing the problem. I paid over $400 and have to have the entire valve system and cartridge redone. DO NOT USE THEM!

Our AC decided today was a good day to stop doing it's job. Miguel is a saint! He arrived within the time frame he promised. He very quickly assessed the situation, knew what was needed and even thankfully had the part on the truck. He quickly made the necessary repairs and the temperature in our vents immediately started to drop. We are so grateful for the knowledge and expertise!

These guys were so punctual and kind! They took there time while also taking the appropriate amount of time to do the job and were professional and friendly. The customer service is great as well as the plumbers!
