This company was exceptional. They resolved the issue. They were thorough with their testing to ensure the issue was resolved. They were reasonably priced.

I had clogged sinks that needed immediate attention. My primary plumber was out sick and so I was forced to find a plumbing service online. After some quick online searching, I found TLC Plumbing and Albuquerque Plumbing. Both had on-call service and had availability to come out right away. The problem was that I was very nervous about using a big company. In general, these companies are more interested in selling additional services than resolving the actual issue. Quantity over quality. After speaking with both TLC and Albuquerque Plumbing, their on-call reps did not offer much reassurance that I would receive quality service. They were abrupt and weren't great at answering questions I had. They almost had this take it or leave it attitude. In the end, I decided to leave it.

After a little more searching, I found NCB Mechanical. The on-call rep (might've been owner) was exceptional. He took the time to answer questions I had and reassured me that the company had a high success rate in quickly resolving the type of issue I was having. So, I scheduled to have the plumber come out the next morning.

The plumber was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very tactful in his approach. He did not take a brute-force approach in resolving the issue in an effort to get in and out. He took his time. Unfortunately, the clog was a little worse than he had thought and the snake he needed wasn't currently available. Since the issue was not resolved due to the tool being unavailable, I was not charged. The plumber was very apologetic and assured me that someone would return first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. While I was disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved, I appreciated the plumber being honest with me and not charging me for a mistake on their end.

As promised, the next morning a plumber came out. As expected the clog took some time to clear out. The plumber then asked me to work with him in ensuring that the pipes were completely clear. We ran a series of tests such as running water and filling up the sinks and releasing the drain. The plumber wanted to spend extra time testing to ensure the issue was resolved. I appreciated this since the one and only time I worked with Roto-Rooter the issue came back shortly after the plumber left. After a good amount of time, the plumber felt comfortable that the issue has been resolved. The plumber took the time to explain why this issue might’ve happened. He also provided advice and tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitely use this company again. Great all-around experience.

It's a bit unnerving when there's a puddle of water in your yard and a water bill for $213.00 dollars. After wasting just over $900 dollars on two companies who happily gave misinformation, I reached out to NCB mechanical through a Google search for a competent plumber here in Albuquerque New Mexico.Though there are many good ones here in the state, I settled on NCB after talking to the company owner Brandon Saiz. Marcus Chavez came out to my house to give me a free estimate. After inspecting the puddle, going under my house, he returned with the news that my main water line needed replacement and it was going to cost around $3000.00 dollars less a senior discount of 10% since I'm a senior. A date was set and when Marcus returned with a co-worker (Nate) they went right to work under some very hot and humid conditions. A trench was hand dug since there were obstacles in the way. They were of one mind and on point throughout the job. Once done, it was done and no additional unknowns or surprise charges. No more puddles, good water pressure, a happy wife and a happy me. i would not hesitate to call NCB mechanical again for future work...(which BTW i did; Marcus came out to resolve a bathroom Issue and Nate came with an HVAC specialist to give me an estimate on Mini-Splits). As an up and coming company, it would be smart to give them a call for your needs.

I was so impressed but this company! Not only did Marcus Chavez fix our sink he was also very knowledgeable and has pride in his work. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately and finished hours later.

I called due to a clog in the main line clean outs in our septic system. Dominic and Brandon were here within an hour of me calling for service!! The techs were very kind and professional. Great service and we will definitely use these guys for future service. Thank you!

This Co came in and replaced all of the piping throughout my whole house. From the main waterline at the curb to the house. What a great job. I would recommend them to anyone with the same issues.

Nate came out on a Sunday to diagnose our swamp cooler not working. He was very professional. Turns out the pump was bad. He had it diagnosed and fixed in no time! Very punctual as well.

Brandon runs a great crew that you will soon be glad you brought on board. I needed a brand new AC and heater. I was cool by the end of the first day as it was still warm. Heater was quickly installed with all the safety equipment and a pressure test verified by the city. They took time to install the proper condensate pump explaining everything as they worked. System was great for 1.5 year until I had trouble one night keeping the flame on in the heater. Brandon promptly showed up to troubleshoot and found that a sensor was a little dirty. Left me with the skills to quickly tackle the job on my own if I see it again. Super friendly and professional as I took advantage of their 24/hr service. Even in their busy season Brandon went the extra mile to keep our family warm and happy. Not to mention he easily beats the boys out there like Wagner ($10k less) Affrdable (8k less) truly a diamond can be found in this company. I haven’t even had the opportunity to use them on a plumbing call yet. Is there anything they can’t do? Haven’t found it yet! Keep trucking Brandon.

We reached out to NCB Mechanical regarding swamp cooler issues in my new apartment. I had reached out to the office several times immediately after move in as I noticed that it was blowing air but not cold. I waited 4 days and my air was still not maintenenced or serviced as I requested. I decided I would call NCB Mechanical and was assisted by Miguel who was able to look at the unit and noticed many issues with the cooler. No water, pump was old and not functional, pads were disintegrating and the inside was caked with old dried up mud. Miguel provided prompt service, although the office did not allow him to make the necessary repairs, he was courteous, respectful, friendly and most knowledgeable.

Check this company out. I just had a complete AC and furnace replacement installed at my house. I'm more than satisfied with the work that was completed by NCB Mechanical, and in particular, Brandon, Ryan, and Nate. The system was installed quickly and well, and in price comparison from approximately 15 different companies around Albuquerque, NCB won hands down. So if you're looking for a complete heating and cooling system, I highly recommend NCB Mechanical.

Our AC decided today was a good day to stop doing it's job. Miguel is a saint! He arrived within the time frame he promised. He very quickly assessed the situation, knew what was needed and even thankfully had the part on the truck. He quickly made the necessary repairs and the temperature in our vents immediately started to drop. We are so grateful for the knowledge and expertise!

Had NCB come out and install a tankless water heater, last fall. They worked late several nights just to make sure things would be done when they promised! Then, had to call them back again this spring for a leak in our yard. They came by early Monday morning to check it out and got the repairs started Tuesday morning. Repairs done by early afternoon, have had no issues with their work!

Both men Miguel & Brandon were extremely professional got here on time installed toilet cleaned up & left. They took a minute to make sure we were satisfied. Nice young men.

It turned out to be not so simple (isn't that often the case?) and they kept at it until it was complete. Wagner's had told me I needed to replace the thermal expansion tank and full port drain valve on my water heater and it would cost me $500. I called your company for a second opinion and was told my water heater was just fine and did not need those parts replaced so they saved me $500.

We called NCB Mechanical when our heater stopped working back in early January. It was just after the holiday and we were sure we’d have to wait because most businesses would be short-staffed due to people out on vacation. We called Brandon on a Sunday and he was out Monday morning. As it turns out, the broken component meant we needed to replace the whole unit. We went ahead and asked for the replacement cost for both the furnace and our refrigerated air unit, which were both over 15 years old. Brandon quoted us a great price (better than what we paid for the existing units back 15 years ago). He and his team member were back the next day to install everything. They were professional, quick and clean!

These guys came today. Marcus (plumber) and Morrison (HVAC tech). Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I had them check out my heating/cooling units and learned quite a bit as a new homeowner. Marcus put in a new water heater and was very detail oriented. He explained so much to me about the unit, its fittings, and how best to maintain it to make it last.
