I first used Bosque when we moved to Albuquerque a little over a year ago and have used them multiple tines since. On Wednesday we had an emergency and they were out within an hour of the call. They are always super professional, extremely effective and always get me squared away on the first visit. If you are looking for a reliable team, from the person you speak to on the phone to the person coming to your home or business, these are the guys to call. Great staff and great work!! We are so thankful to Bosque!! Here’s our story...

What a rough couple of months... my tankless water heater had been giving us a hard time. And it finally gave out on us and we had no hot water for 2 days. With 4 kids in the house we were so lost. We had TLC come and gave us bad news about our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the man who built our house was so cheap that he put in a water heater meant for an RV, not for a house. We needed a 2nd opinion. My cousin referred me to Bosque Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Mike came and had a look at it and unfortunately had to give us the same bad news. But Mike knew exactly how to help us. Mike had Liz , from the office, call us the following morning and helped us to finance a new tankless water heater and got it installed and working the exact same day (today)!! You have no idea how much my Husband and kids appreciate having hot water again!! Thank you so much Mike, Liz and all the Bosque staff!!

I called Bosque after a different (large and well known) plumbing company in the area installed a water heater and left a propane leak in my house. The Bosque technician came promptly and was very friendly and professional. He found the leak at the water heater, but said they would need to pressure test the line to make sure there were no other leaks. We scheduled that work and they again arrived promptly and worked professionally. The only leak was from the other plumbing company's bad install. I would recommend this company. I'm only sorry I didn't call them to install my new water heater in the first place.

wanted to like these guys. We accepted their bid for installing a new evaporative cooler at our Albuquerque rental. They came when they said and they did a good job. But their follow-up? Total failure.

The water pump failed 4-5 months after the installation. Didn't even get through the first season! A tech came out and replaced it--and I got a bill for more than $250. (Strikes me as crazy-high, but not the point of this review.) This has to be covered by the warrantee, I thought. Nope. My complaint about the bill was passed along to the repair guy as well as the manager. Their answer: You're out of luck.

I'm a New Mexico guy. I know about water pumps and evaporative coolers. Never had one fail this fast. From the company's point of view, I suppose, they already had their money from the install; customer care didn't matter any more.

Conclusion: Beware!!

Worst company ever. Our swamp cooler has gone out multiple times after they visited. The last time they tightened a belt and it went out within a week and they couldn't get to us for another week. Finally I had a friend fix it and the belt was shredded. I would never recommend this company.

Had a sink full of chemicals that would not drain and Rick came out that night and fixed my issue in under 30 minutes he was super professional even with my kids and myself asking 8 million questions. This company was one of the only ones that would help me without waiting for the sink to drain on its own, I am grateful my kids did not have to be around those fumes overnight, Rick is amazing!

I called Bosque for a water leak in my bathroom. They were prompt in coming to address the damage and started the work quickly. They made sure to update me with their progress and they even clean up before leaving. They work as a team of problem solvers, and they take initiative to get the job done. I am amazed with the finished product. Anthony and Billie gave me a beautiful bathroom. I will be contacting Bosque for all my future needs. As well as referring them to all my friends and family. I was out of town over the weekend and came back to a home cooking inside at a temp of 91 degrees!! I quickly realized the a/c had malfunctioned. I called a lot of companies and everyone game me the same response “we are booked into July and early August”. Bosque did let me know they were also booked, but found a way to work me in ASAP. Adrian and his assistant called me a day early to swing by and make the repairs!! AMAZING. They were extremely professional and went out of there way to teach me about my a/c system. I would recommend Bosque to any of my loved ones.

Recently had sewer from house to street replaced and the job was done ASAP and done properly without hassel. Very professional and personal service with straightforward pricing and suggestions. Easy scheduling without the 3 hours waiting timeframe, they give you a call when they are preparing to arrive. Miliano replaced our AC motor and Jeremy finished the job with a complete diagnostic service of the coils and refilling the refrigerant. I would recommend Bosque restoration, plumbing and cooling to everyone.

I would recommend this company for any heating and cooling repair. Isaac and Charlie did a great job installing a new furnace in my home. They were courteous, professional, explained in detail what they were doing, and worked diligently. They did notice my water heater will need replacement and explained the reason why. I will definitely use this company again in the near future. They honor our veterans as they gave us a military discount. No other company offered this. As a military family, why would I use anyone else?! You will not be disappointed with there service. Thank you Isaac and Charlie, hope to see you again soon! A happy customer.

Our air conditioning system was not working and we are new to town. I called the first HVAC company and they said I needed to replace my entire compressor unit for a cost of $10,688.00. They said the unit was not worth repairing although it is 4 years old. I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Larry came over the following day. He replaced the fan on the compressor and had my system working that day for a cost of $915.00. I can't say enough good things about this company and Larry's abilities.

My girlfriend called this company company to get her bathroom fixed the tech came out gave her a quote signed a contract not only did they reschedule her service but 3 times but when they finally did call her to do the the job the techs were magically sick in the hospital and when they stated the operation manager would call her and tell her when the job could be finished or rescheduled he/she never did not only that when she said she wanted her money back they stated they'd take 10% for doing absolutely nothing she is contacting the company instead of the company contacting her very very unprofessional and ham don't trust them sure this is the type of company that pays for review they do horrible business

The service was for a rental, I called mid-day on a Friday and they were able to get someone out the same day. The tenants relayed that the employee who came was courteous and helpful, solved the problem quickly and they were very grateful they didn't have to wait over the weekend. I was emailed the invoice and felt the price charged was appropriate. I would definitely use this company again.

I am glad I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing. My heater could not had quit at a worse time of the year. Other places I called were booked till after Christmas. I was blessed that BHC&P was able to make it out the very next morning. I was very impressed and appreciative for that. The 2 technicians, Meliano and Randall arrived and got the job done right. Sharing this from Santa Fe.... Could not find any reliable company in Santa Fe. We decided to call Bosque Heating & Cooling after seeing a TV commercial; and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! After 3 1/2 weeks without AC they delivered. They identified the problem quickly, made the repair and it was done! I can't thank Eric and Estevan enough for their excellent service and HONESTY which is something I could not find in Santa Fe. I also have to mention Dominque in the office. She was kind and demonstrated impeccable telephone etiquette and customer service. Being business owners ourselves, we will refer you to all our clients as well. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

I called Bosque HC&P for a general swamp cooler service. The tech (Meliano Griego) first of all arrived unprepared to perform the work. It did not get any better after that. He mentioned that he would need someone else to help him and that he did not have the right ladder to get up to my second story roof. He mentioned that he would have to reschedule another visit; never heard back from him or anyone at Bosque Heating about rescheduling. As part of the service visit, the tech checked both my furnaces for carbon monoxide and reported that levels were dangerously high (meter reading 2ppm of carbon monoxide). I was told me that the reading had to be 0 ppm period. He immediately powered them down, however, he did not red tag them as dangerous to operate. I checked the OSHA and EPA websites along with various other related sites and discovered that 0 ppm up to 9 ppm are considered safe levels for carbon monoxide for indoors. I don't think these organizations would post bogus information regarding safe carbon monoxide levels; I would tend to believe I was being weaseled by a sales tech. The technician told me I would have to replace both furnaces. He was very sad about bringing me such bad news. He gave me a verbal quote on what it would take to replace my furnaces. I followed up with Bosque HC&P to question them about their technicians findings regarding my furnaces and the dangerous levels he reported and how they were well within safe levels per OSHA and the EPA. The person I spoke to was unable to discuss my findings and those reported by his tech. He informed me that he would have to research the report further and follow up with me at a later time. I never heard back from him or anyone else at Bosque HC&P regarding this phone call. I called this company for a simple swamp cooler shutdown, but in the end realized that this service call was mainly a sales call. I'll don't intend to ever look this company up again nor would I recommend them to anyone unless you want to be snowed. Very unprofessional office folks and poorly trained technicians.

Our pilot light kept going out. First they replaced thermo coupler, then whole water heater. The pilot light was out the next day, 8.28.20. They blamed it on living in the foothills, too much wind. Told me too bad you didn't go tankless and live with it. Gabe and company couldn't be bothered to check or look further, like maybe the roof vent. I'm not an expert, but I'm certain that with all the wind here people are not supposed to live with this. For two years we didn't get up once a month , realize we have no hot water, go light the pilot light, wait ....then shower . We have nothing better to do in a pandemic, we don't need to have clean clothes and dishes. It is fine. Please look elsewhere, if you want professional service.

We had called Bosque to get a qoute for replacing one of our swamp coolers. The technician was over an hour late without communicating to us he was running late. After we had received our qoute we had a couple of questions so we reached out several times to Bosque. Each times were told we would get a call back from the technician. It has been two weeks with no response. They also had someone come out to look at a roofing issue. We never recieved a qoute. When we called to ask about this we were told that technician would call us back, which they never did. There are a lot of great plumbers out there that are way more responsive a helpful. Don't waste your time.

Had the pleasure of having Adrian come to my home to help me with an issue I was having with my dishwasher. Adrian was able to quickly determine the issue and fix it. Luckily it wasn't too big of a project and he was able to have it fixed pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the previous owners installed the dishwasher wrong which was causing it to back up and flood my kitchen. Adrian was basically a life saver. He was also able to determine that my brand new refrigerated air conditioner was low on coolant and able to fix that too while he was there. I highly recommend Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing to anyone who needs a repair made in their home. Ask for Adrian!!

I used this company when I lived in Edgewood, and I was happy with them so when I moved to Los Lunas I called them to come set up my boiler for the winter and give me a quote on repairing the system. They didn't come on the day that was scheduled so they called to re-schedule. They showed up at the end of the day when it was nearly dark. They set up the boiler but one of the techs had a bad attitude and acted like doing the work he was hired to do was an inconvenience. The other guy (the new guy training) was super nice. They told me they couldn't get me a quote on the repairs I wanted same day, of course they hardly even listened to my concerns to begin with. But they said they would email me a quote the next day. I never got a quote via email or any other way. Then about a week after they left the heat in the master bedroom did not work. Shotty service. Shotty attitude. I won't be using them again.

I recently had a clogged toilet that caused the tub to backup I had a horrible experience I called my Home Warranty Agency and they contracted Bosque Plumbing the 2 plumbers they sent were Gabriel Carrillo and Josh Griego they explained what needed to be done they had to install new clean outs and go up the roof to unclog the system they were very cautious at what they did as they were also in a dangerous situation I was comfortable and had a peace of mind as they performed their job with patience,dignity,pride,friendly,showed great professionalism and Expertise.I will definitely make a referral on Gabriel and Josh and Bosque Plumbing to my family and friends.

Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing were the best solution to our issue. A solar company knocked out the power to our furnace during their installation and they didn't know how they did it. We called Bosque who went above and beyond by sending someone out same day, Meliano even arrived an hour early which we really appreciated. Meliano was professional, quickly located the issue, explained what the issue was, and repaired it within thirty minutes. We are highly recommending Bosque Plumbing and Heating! The first week in October we tried to light our 38 year old furnace, which by the way has worked flawlessly for the 38 years since installation. The furnace wouldn’t light and we spotted a possible problem with the electrical cord and socket. We called a Plumbing & Heating company that we have dealt with a few times in the past with good service. They set us up with an appointment 3 weeks out. We decided to wait for them rather than call someone else. On the appointment day, the service tech came in and saw the cord and socket, declared he would have to call someone else to fix it to bring it up to city code. He went outside for the call and came back in as the expert, declaring it would be very difficult if not impossible to fix. He found what he said was another problem with a pipe vent, even though he couldn’t/wouldn’t answer our question as to why it couldn’t be fix. He said the furnace needed to be replaced, said an estimator would be calling and left. The estimator never called. We called a couple more companies, left messages, no return calls. A neighbor suggested Bosque P&H. We called and they set an appointment for us within a few days. Morrison came out that day and explained everything to us. That the cord and socket indeed could be changed and the vent pipe could be replaced. He explained that even with these corrections, the furnace might have a carbon monoxide issue and he would then have to condemn it. We agreed to let him try. And try he did. The furnace still wouldn’t light. He gave a quote for a new one. We didn’t have to wait for someone else to come out and check the situation and then give us a quote. We felt the price was reasonable and agreed. Installation would be the next day. Techs Issac and Nick arrived the next day. Removed the old, bulky, heavy furnace and replaced with a new, smaller and more efficient unit. They worked many hours in a tight space and got everything up and running. They answered questions, showed us the operation of the unit. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled away all the trash. We appreciate the time they took explaining things and the efficient way they completed the job. Bosque Plumbing and Heating is now our go to company!

These guys are great! We contacted them to have a complete roof replacement as well as a Refrigerated AC unit installed. JT was our project manager and went above and beyond with every aspect of our project. He made sure that we were kept in the loop during the entire process and was present during both installations. The level of customer service was incredible and we felt comfortable leaving our home in his hands.

Nick, David and Andrew installed our AC unit at the same time as the roof was being replaced, all three were so professional, well-skilled and did a great job with the installation. Nick took the time to map out the best place to install the outdoor condenser coil and double checked the placement was alright with us.

Overall, the entire Bosque team made this process painless and we will absolutely be returning for future home projects!

My elderly mom was without an AC for the first part of the summer, after contacting Bosque HCP, they instantly provided my mom with a portable AC unit to keep her comfortable while they worked diligently replacing her swamp cooler. The process took no more than a day and they made sure my moms comfort was of top priority. Most important, this company is BOSQUE HEATING COOLING AND PLUMBING and NOT Bosque ROOFING. That’s a different company. We 100% recommend Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing for all of your roofing needs. Aaron Renfroe was wonderful to work with. He needs a raise/promotion. We met him over a year ago and his professionalism left such an impression on us, we called him recently to replace our roof. Aaron evaluated our roof, saw a lot of recent hail and wind damage, helped us file a claim with our insurance company, met the inspector/adjuster at our house and walked the roof for 3 hours with her. I truly believe he helped us get our entire roof covered by our insurance company. He went to bat for us. During the shingles replacement the roofing team noticed the decking was not up to code. They replaced the entire decking too. So, we literally got a new roof from the bottom up. Insurance covered it all. Thanks so much to Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and especially Aaron!

So interesting story. I was about to submit a 1 star review and the following is why. I was having issues with my AC of course during the hottest week of the year. My Squirrel cage was destroyed. I called Bosque as a new customer and hoped for the best. Thr arrived and removed the issue. Of course the part was out of state and took a week to get here. Finally the part arrives and is installed. I was at work and my wife was at home. I arrived at home that evening and the AC was cooler but not as it should be. I wqs frustrated and went to investigate the problem. I noticed the fan motor was on the wrong side of the unit. DAMN I thought, another fly by night business that was incompetent or trying to up sell. I called all evening long, and the tech was at another call. This is where my rating became a 5 star... The owner Carlos contacted me and arrived at my place around 9:00 PM and didn't leave till it was fixed. Its operating the way it should and shows extreme character of the Bosque business. Human errors are expected, as long as they are corrected. Thank you all for what you do!

Bosque was a lifesaver today. This morning we noticed our Central air unit was not working and the house became very warm. Gave them a call and they returned it quickly, showed up within half an hour of talking and solved the problem. The Bosque Restoration Team headed by Bill was amazing! I miss good customer service like back on the east coast and these guys have it down!!! Bill repaired sheet rock and a large crack in my ceiling along with some other small items around the house. They are a separate team from the HVAC & plumbing specialists at Bosque. They were extremely courteous and professional and quick at their work. No goofing around, horseplay or swearing on the job and were mostly quiet and focused on their job. If they were running behind they communicated it to me via text right away. I have never had such polite workers in my house. Constantly making sure I am comfortable and that I was pleased with their work (which was pretty meticulous). Everything extra I asked them to take care of they said yes too and stuck to the original bid. They cleaned up like no other! (I never asked them to either) Vacuuming every dusty footprint off the floors, cleaning their fingerprints off of my front storm door, and wiping some of the hard tile floors down. I think my place is actually cleaner than when they arrived! I was blown away. Apparently they also do full home remodeling as well. I will def be giving them to my friends for referrals and using them again in the future.

I have used many heating and Ac services and not one can compare to the outstanding service we received from Bosque heating and cooling services. During the high Temps this summer our ac gave out and Bosque was the only provider to squeeze us in. Carlos explained the whole process and completed the job installed a new unit they did outstanding job and cleaned up and the service was above and beyond what we expected. I reached out to Bosque heating and cooling and plumbing. Had someone come out to give me a qoute for a airgap installment for a dishwasher. Called the following week and was told Dominick is no longer with them.

Called to speak to a representative they stated they will get someone out to me the same day. No one showed, got a call the following day from the representative sharing that they do not do that kind of work. Sadly, I wasted 3 weeks with the run around. They should have not sent someone out initially to take a look at it then telling me it's no problem he will give me a qoute in a couple days.

Can't say enough good things about these guys!!! We unfortunately had a flood shortly after moving into our house, which required half the kitchen being taken down to the studs. Bosque did what essentially became a full renovation for us, turning the previously closed off, somewhat dated kitchen into a beautiful open concept space. They were extremely sympathetic to our situation and worked hard to keep the space livable and have the work done as quickly as possible. They set and followed clear timelines, even working ahead of schedule at times. Bosque HC&P did a very big job for us and all the guys were the best. Together, Carlos planned it out and Joe, Eric, Victor, Adam, Miguel, Delfinio, Super Mario, Nico, and Michael made it all happen! Removed and replaced two furnaces, two swamp coolers for two refrigerated air units, redesigned half of the existing ductwork to rezone the house, two water heaters for two tankless, completely repiped all fixtures in the house including four bathrooms and a wet bar and all four toilets. They were in and out of the house very quickly with a clean job site and hot running water every night :-). Couldn't have asked for a better crew and the install on the furnaces and the tankless was a work of art! Definitely recommend them for your jobs, big or small, and I'll be going to them next for a complete kitchen remodel.

Might’ve been good, we’ll never know. Had an A/C outage which is an urgent fix this time of year (incredibly hot outside). Called around and Bosque said they could make an appointment for me. Great! Except, the day of service rolls around and I have no appointment. They “never said I had an appointment.” Well. Silly me, I must have made up the time window and date that they gave me and stopped calling around because I didn’t want my A/C fixed. So no appointment, and they can’t get to me or try to get to me with any urgency, care, or assurance this won’t happen again. Manager said there “was nothing they could do.” Ok, that’s fine. There’s nothing I can do either, except go with another company and I’d recommend anyone who wants a professional company to do the same.
