I'm an Operations Facility Manager Downtown. When we need service a 3rd party company locates a vendor for repairs. Number One Plumbing has been the best thus far. Job's we're completed quickly and efficiently. They also had great communition and follow through. Key when running an operation. I highly recommend them for repairs and service needs.

Nathan was a great worker and very professional! He did all of the troubleshooting that was necessary for the job! Was having a problem with the refrigerated AC unit and Nate did everything and anything to get it running again!

Cory and his team installed a new mini split in one day, and were professional and responsive!

I can't say enough good things about this company, their staff and the quality of work. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. David came out and surveyed our home for the estimate. Gave me a few options. We scheduled the install. Cory and his crew were the most thorough I have seen in a long time. Very detail oriented and precise. I am very particular and this team exceeded my expectations. Really impressed.

The person who came to fix our swamp cooler did a great job. The swamp cooler seemed to be blowing hot air, not cooling. And if it was set to “high cool”, it would work about 10 minutes then shut off. J.A. fixed it by assessing the situation - the cooler system was stressed and overheating. Fixed it and now we can survive this heat wave!

Don, HVAC Specialist was prompt, professional, great attention to detail oriented and comprehensive work. He was receptive to any questions or concerns I had. He was mindful of moving equipment in the house, cleaning up work debris afterward. Ensured all work was competently done, for example, his work in the attic he showed pictures of blown in insulation that was placed back that he temporarily removed to complete his HVAC work. Cannot recommend Don and Number One Plumbing enough.

We have been using Number one pluming for about 10 years (AC, heater, water heater, etc,.) Cody and Nathan were very quick to diagnose the problem with our AC unit. They worked with us to get a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future.

My neighbor recommended Number One Plumbing. Ivan, our technician was on time and let us know he was arriving prior to the appointment. Our AC repair was done the same day of the appointment since the parts were in. He was informative and patient explaining the process. We plan on using Number One plumbing in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs their services.

Number One Plumbing, A/C & Electrical came out and fixed my A/C unit. I had called to schedule the repair and they were booked out a couple of weeks, but offered me after hours rates to get the job done next day which I greatly appreciated. Kyle was super friendly and the A/C was fixed in about 20 minutes! The reason there is only 3 stars is that I was quoted $145 per hour, but two guys came for the repair. The job invoice shows they started at 7:16, and finished at 7:43, for a total labor of $290. I just wish they would have quoted me a price for two people, as the job took less than a half hour, but I was charged for two hours. Just be aware of the labor charges as they add up really fast.

They were great, J.A. Was friendly and efficient, he did everything he could to make sure the ac was running, these guys work above and beyond.

They installed 6 smoke detectors last year..we have vaulted ceilings..one of them the alarm was going off and they wanted $450 to come out and remove the smoke alarm because it was “after hours”..$450 is a big screw..this company too expensive..more companies that are way more cheaper and will gladly help elderly and disabled without taking their life savings

Ricardo did a great job troubleshooting some strobe lights that were flickering. Fixed the problem in less than an hour. He’s a lovely capable guy.

Ricardo was very professional & wanted to make sure I was 100% pleased with his service, which I was. He not only turned off the gas heater in two rooms, he also started up the A/C for the upcoming summer season. After he was done, he did a final walk-through to make sure everything was buttoned up. Apparently he's been with #One for 3 years. He is obviously a great employee. Treat him well & he will be with you for a great number of years going forward. I recommend at Ricardo's next performance review that he received an increase in pay of at least 20%.

Called on #1 after seeing their great reviews online. We called for an estimate to replace our failed 1962 Sears Ten furnace after it caught on fire. Kurston showed up quickly and was surprised to see this old furnace had still been in use. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in asking questions, all so he could clearly understood our concerns before he offered the best furnace applications for our needs. He truly made us feel as if our interests were part of the solution! Definitely recommend having him be part of any estimates you may have for HVAC work. Thank you, Kurston!

This review is a little bit late, as they did the work a couple of months ago. However,
I've been using Number One Plumbing for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. They've always been on time & professional. This appointment was no exception. Nathan was my Tech this time. He was on time and very polite. He shut down my heater & set up my AC quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and was nice enough to get measurements for my, so that I could order a new AC cover.
Number one is my first call whenever I need help! I highly recommend them!

Arnold kept me informed on each step along the way. He was willing to answer all my questions and gave clear explanations. His work was very neat, and cleanup was good.
He arrived on schedule and let me know when he needed to be delayed.

Cory removed the old HVAC ducts, installed the new unit, including three plus the remaining two zone units, custom made outdoor trim to cover wires and coils, etc., etc., and even re-hung a framed rug and other pieces that had to be moved in the process.
He was at my house off and on over a three or four-week period. He was usually assisted by someone — Nate, Ivan, and others — but often was on his own. I know there was more than one day when he only broke for a very brief lunch.
Cory was always courteous, prompt, informative, and showed great care in making sure I was happy with the results. He was also kind and careful with my cat and dog when coming in and out of the house.

Took a week to fix my thermostat. Kept my property management people updated about the developments. Their tech left trash on my floor, and they also stole a pair of my earplugs. Their system for call backs and storing information is terrible. They didn't arrive on the scheduled day nor did they call to reschedule. There was no confusion on my end with regard to scheduling as I have a voicemail confirming a 12pm - 2pm time for the 14th. After following up with them on the 15th after their no show, they sent a guy over unannounced, unscheduled, and an hour and a half before the previously scheduled time. Ultimately, the problem wasn't even properly addressed. Had to replace the thermostat interface myself to get it working adequately. Additionally, their customer service is very unprofessional. I received lots of excuses and bad attitude (I mean, just look at the passive aggression and legal posturing in that response below).

Professional on time got an estimate from a heating and a/c business quoted me around $7000 to replace a/c so I got a second estimate from #1 I didn’t need a new A/C a piece of insulation was blocking the airflow they reinstalled it and my a/c works perfect again they were very honest and save me from being ripped off.

My 3yr old furnace was not turning on in 11 degree weather. My installer from another HVAC company was unable to come today so I called Number One Plumbing and they came within 4 hrs.
The pipe that drains the condensation had been installed on the outside wall of my garage and had frozen. That’s why the heater wasn’t turning on.
Nick expressed disappointment that the condensation drain wasn’t installed inside to prevent freezing. We discussed other more workable solutions. He was so informative and concerned.
I am having the original installers come out in 2days to fix the problem. I will insist on a free repair!

Not only was the company able to get me in very quickly for A/C repair, but Cory very quickly identified the issue, and instead of having to set up a following appointment for installation, he went and purchased the part, came back and installed it all within the same afternoon. The technician will lie to you, they are not very reliable, twice I had them come out and twice they lied to me. I do not recommend this company.

Preston, our technician, showed up on time and was able to locate the leak in our front yard. Preston then dug a hole after moving the gravel and exposed the leaking pipe, replaced it, filled in the hole, and spread the gravel out again. I couldn't even tell he had done all that work!

He communicated with us through the process and diagnosed the problem before he even got to our home. Technician Jesus A was able to diagnose and fix issues with an evaporate cooler in a professional and timely manner. I appreciate that he put on a mask with no hesitation due to a compromised elderly resident. The cost was reasonable, and we are once more enjoying cool air!

Three plumbing issues - hooking up the swamp cooler, fixing a dripping kitchen faucet and attending to a pipe leaking in my front yard ($300. 00 water bills).

Another review documented that this company doesn’t care about the customers time. I can attest to that. I waited 5 hours for the plumber to return with a part! There were ongoing mishaps -maybe it can all be considered just a ‘horrible, no good day’ for that particular plumber.

I would prefer to NOT RECEIVE A REBUTTAL from the owner David, as it is clear from reading his responses to other less than favorable reviews- he turns it around on the customer being the issue.Not great for customer relations.

Preston arrived early. He was very friendly and professional and was able to complete the job on one visit. I would definitely recommend him.

I called them because the air flow from my AC was weak last year. They sent a technician to my house on June 1st to start up my swamp cooler and diagnos the problem. I believe the technician's name was Joe. He began by taking the panels off my AC on my roof. He told me my belt was loose. He asked me to come up and look at the motor. He unplugged it and plugged it back in an attempt to show me it should be replaced because it would probably give out soon. There was a slight moment that it hesitated to start but I believe now he did not have it connected to the outlet enough and there was a gap between the electricity and the prongs. I asked him how much it would be to replace it and he quoted me $250.00. I had already told him I was out of work due to the pandemic and would not be able to afford that at this time but if it needed to be replaced I would be able to do it myself because I had done it before on my older unit I had before. I had put a new AC a little more than a year ago and last summer it wasn't working right that was another reason why I called them this year. He came down to turn on the water so I assumed he was done cleaning dirt out of it. He put the metal plate in to seal the vent from my furnace. Then he turned on the water. Shortly after then he took a small snake tool to clear the tubes from the spider I believe. Then when he was finished he came down and told me it would be a $109 with tax it came to $117.58. That was a lot of money since I was out of work but considered it a bargain as long as it worked. I got the money in cash a couple of days prior to his scheduled visit so I could pay him. He wrote me an invoice with the work he had done and had me sign it and collected his fee. He warned me several times not to turn off my unit because that would be the end of the motor. I was worried so I didn't turn it off out of fear for a week afterwards. The next day I noticed it was a little warmer in the house than the previous day so I went up to check it out. I removed the panels and noticed a lot of dirt in the water at the bottom. Then I noticed the pads were not getting wet water was dripping and some were not dispensing water at all. I managed to fix that issue it helped a little but not enough. Then I inspected the pads closely and they fell apart like dust when I removed them. I had to go by new ones and put them in. The air pressure was still low in the house for a week and my wall thermostat was in the high 80's during the day. I checked the belt and it appeared to be loose so I tightened it and after that it was working properly. I had to unplug the motor a couple of times to accomplish this task and did not notice any issues with the motor not starting up again all of this work happened over a week after his visit. Since then I have no problem turning it off. Since I took his warning about not shutting off my AC seriously I ran it nonstop for the whole week. I did not call until the 10th of July to express my disappointment to their answering service. They called me back two days later and I told them what my issues were with the service they charged me for and he said he would talk to the owner and call me back. A short time later he called me back and told me his boss wanted to offer me a free Ac shut down and a furnace start up. I thanked him for reaching out to me but I did not have any confidence in their company. Truth is I don't trust them and if they did come out again I believe they would find something to charge me for so they would be compensated for their time. The guy I hired the year before replaced my poly line for free and did everything this licensed technician did for less than half the cost and he used a shop vac to clean it. Who knows how much he would have charged me for that. After all he supposedly shut down my furnace by putting the metal plate in it's slot he didn't even put the furnace panel in place even though it was lying in front of it. Makes me wonder how much he charged me for that bit of work on that bill. On July 13th the owner said he will send me a refund.

They gave us a reasonable quote and I asked if they could work us in today, which they did. All the conduit and fittings were installed clean and tight, like artwork. Luis is a very knowledgeable professional. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Called Number One for a quote. A older gentleman came over on a Friday & look at my Heating/Cooling unit that was making tremendous noise. He said he knew what was wrong, & get me a quote by Monday. No quote was sent to me.  I called on Tuesday & they scheduled a repairman on Thursday. He (Kyle) came & said it would be an inexpensive quick fix, there was a bent piece of metal  holding the squirrel cage. He showed to me, & got the part fixed, only for the unit to continue to make a lot of noise. He came back the next day (Friday) to fix the squirrel cage, same thing he fixed something else, to no avail. He said he was taking his daughter to the fair so he would come back on Saturday. Still no success until Sunday. I asked if he wanted to settle up payment that Sunday. He said it was $849, & said the company would bill me the next day. I checked my e-mail Monday no bill. I called company to have Kyle call back to discuss bill, plus the unit is still making a slight high pitched noise. Called again a week later. I didn't get a call back or bill. A month later a women from billing calls me tells me I am delinquent in paying them $949! I explained the situation & she butchered my last name. I asked her to please call my by my first name since she couldn't pronounce my last name Benavidez. She got upset & said she had a stutter. She indicated that I was making fun of her stutter & would have the owner call me. I was not giving her a hard time about a stutter. I was frustrated with the company ugh! I will pay when I get a bill in my e-mail. I talked to Kyle Oct 26, 2021. He apologized for their receptionist not relaying call. We discussed bill, he said his quote didn't include tax, which is fine. They did include a 13.98 late fee. Which is has been waved.

Good response timing and good value. Ivan was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

From April through July 2022 Number One scheduled six appointments for an advertised service at my residence via PNM. Twice they called to re-schedule. Four times they just did not show up with no communication. I took time off of work to await their arrival which had an actual cost on five occasions as one call came about the time that their technician was to arrive. I believe that they never intended to complete this service based on an array of unverifiable and easily falsifiable statements offered in excuse. Additionally, the operator defended this kind of treatment because of the service that was promised to be performed (no cost to the end user, it would be covered by PNM). What kind of company makes that many appointments over that length of time (more than a third of a year) and does not fulfill? After those six missed appointments they just canceled. There is no reason for me and others that were fraudulently (deceptive behavior) scheduled for this service to ever consider this dishonest firm.

Cory, was prompt and came at the beginning of the service window which was great. Cory, expertly switched my system over to AC for the seasonal maintenance. He also diagnosed a line leak on my water softener, fixed it, drained it, filled it with salt and recharged the unit! Cory was also very informative about the softener and my heating and cooling system which was greatly appreciated. Cory’s service was outstanding and he’s a nice guy as well. The maintenance package I purchased last year has been worth every penny and I intend to purchase another for the coming year. The cost has risen because of inflation but is still a great value. The seasonal change over was included in the maintenance package but Cory didn’t charge me for getting my softener up and running! Thank you so much Number 1 and I hope Cory gets a donut or breakfast burrito for every time his name is mentioned in this review. Ha ha

Needed several electrical services. Ricardo was professional and did a great job. He had to cut a hole in the wall to install the electrical outlet. The work was impeccable. He walked me through the entire process, and gave me a quote before he started the work. He also cleaned up after his work, and was very courteous and patient with my elderly mother who likes to ask a lot of questions :) I HIGHLY recommend Number One Plumbing!

I have been using number one Plumbing since I purchased my home 6 years ago. They have done a number of repairs and installations for me which include Plumbing and Electric. I purchased some brand new Hunter ceiling fans with lights. Ricky installed them and they seem to be doing great. Within a short time one of them was ticking very loudly. Number one Plumbing sent Ricky to check it out immediately. Ricky saw where he did not secure some wiring; thus, causing the ticking. In fact, he told me he checked both ceiling fans to ensure that the wiring was secure and corrected the problem with the ticking fan. However, here we are a couple of weeks later and now the other ceiling fan is ticking. I would have left a five-star review but for that. I am reserving a five-star review and an update to see how it goes when I call them on Monday morning to have someone come out and fix it again. M. Lucero
Update: I was contacted by #1 Plumbing early Monday morning regarding the ticking in my ceiling fan. They scheduled me right away for Ricky to come back out. He came over, found the problem, and fixed it. I have honestly never been more satisfied than I am with number one Plumbing AC solar and Electric. One of the most important features that I have found with number one is that they are extremely trustworthy. Again, I have used them for the last 6 years and I can't tell you how many times I've had them out for repairs and installations and I have never felt ripped off or deceived.

The night before Ricky was set to come out and fix my fan my heater stopped working. It happened in the middle of the night so I called #1's 24-hour line. Kursten called me back right away to see if we could troubleshoot over the phone. Being unable to do so, he let Richard know first thing in the morning that I needed possible repair to my heater. Richard called me very early in the morning to set a time for Kursten to come out. It turned out that my thermostat was not communicating with my unit as it is Wi-Fi operable. Kursten reset everything and showed me how to do it in the future. Once again, number one Plumbing AC solar and Electric did right by me.

This was for an emergency pipe repair to stop the water from leaking near the meter. It was less than a week before Christmas. They came to provide an estimate within 1 day of contact; it was too late to see clearly what needed to be done. The company was able to squeeze us in on the next afternoon but was unable to get to us. Work was accomplished the next afternoon. Water is back on and we stopped wasting water. We are happy to have the repair completed.

I will not use this business in the future. They do not have the decency to call till after the arrival time that they are not coming. They did not come to fix the leak of my kitchen sink. I waited like idiot for two hours. My kitchen sink is leaking really bad and it is ruining my wooden floors in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This plumbing company only thinks of themselves and not the customer’s time. A friend recommended this company.

Number One Plumbing came out to fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and installed a garbage disposal. Moses was very professional and did an awesome job explaining exactly what he was going to do and showed me how everything worked after he completed the work. I work recommend Moses and Number One Plumbing to anyone needed some works done around the house.

Nathan hung 2 ceiling fans we purchased at Home Depot as their Pro referral. Came within window given, very professional in making estimate and quickly installed fans. When 1 wasn’t cycling he returned fixed the issue within 5 minutes

My biggest fear with plumbing businesses is dishonesty e.g. creating issues for more money. I’ve used #1 Plumbing for my last three seasonal change overs and each time their technicians have been honest, thorough and respectful. My recent service was no different. Nathan was on time, courteous, professional and most importantly was very knowledgeable of my H/C system. Btw, thanks Nathan for standing up my trash bin that the wind toppled over! ☺️

We were in the process of buying our rental house when a shower valve stem failed and started leaking into the wall. The management company sent Number 1 to fix it. The first guy got discovered that the stem had fallen apart and was part of a set way past their design life. He got replacement stems for everything, but after he left I discovered he only replaced the ones I watched him replace before I had to attend a work from home meeting. This fixed the immeduate leak but didn't do anything about the leaks that were about to start.

When he discovered the flanges were too big (a previous rental repair) he smeared clear silicone to plug the holes and left it looking terrible even after I mentioned we were buying. I later discovered he hadn't sufficiently tightened the stems when they started backing out and leaking from just hand turning the knobs. I also found he didn't replace the failing diverter.

I called to complain and the dispatcher sent someone else who did replace the diverter, but also failed to tighten it, which I discovered the hard way after he left. He also told me it wasn't possible to get properly sized flanges and the terrible glopped on silicone was the best anyone could do. I explained again that we were buying the house and would appreciate better-than-rental work, so he said they could come back after we purchased and do a really good job.

Don't pee on my foot and tell me it's raining. I ended up fixing all the repairs myself.

They are a great company and good customer service. They get the job done.

Update: I've now used them for electrical and HVAC maintenance and both teams that came out were EXCELLENT!! On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again!

Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

Joe was extremely nice when he came out however it has been over a week and they were suppose to give me a quote /estimate. Obviously couldn't wait and went with someone else. A waste of $65

Outrageously expensive and do not guarantee their work. Charged me $413 to unclog a bathroom sink and it was backed up two weeks later. They compared themselves to doctors and said they charge a flat rate cause their professionals. You’ve been warned.

David did a great job giving us the best options for replacing our HVAC. Colin, Ivan and the rest did a fantastic job installing it as well. They explained everything they were doing and worked hard to do a great job. They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Second year I use #1 Plumbing, A/C and so glad I did. Just like last fall, Richard was super friendly and helpful. He was able to send someone same day (I unintentionally put out pilot and could smell gas in garage). Technician, Chance, was more than prompt, courteous, correctly shut down furnaces, showed me safety tips, and got A/C ready for summer. They'll be coming back in the fall for sure!! My contractor used them several years ago to install an AC unit for an addition onto my home. I called them for 2nd opinion when 2 other big name companies in town here both told me I needed to replace main A/C unit on roof, which was past warranty, to fix a particular problem #1 Plumbing installed wireless connector to fix problem and saved me thousands (also gave me a quote for new unit in event I wanted to replace unit though not necessary per #1, and their quote for same type of unit was way lower than other 2 businesses ) have been using them since 2020 to do seasonal checks of equip. Very honest, professional and on time

I called Number One Plumbing when my tankless water heater was intermittently turning off for unknown reasons. They scheduled someone to come out the very next day! The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Many companies do not know how to properly diagnose or service tankless water heaters. Number One Plumbing was able to assess the issue and get it taken care of in no time at all. I can’t recommend this company enough if you are looking for top-notch service at a great value!!

I can't give Number One Plumbing enough praise for their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile to get a job done properly, and there are a number of employees to acknowledge over an variety of various projects they have completed for me. I hired Number One Plumbing to make corrections to a new tankless water heater installation that a previous contractor had fouled up so terribly that it would not pass the required city inspection. My first interaction was with Richard, who was able to quickly schedule a meeting with a technician to come out and look at the work required. I was impressed that the owner himself, David, came out to not only look over the water tank corrections, but also looked over the entire plumbing system of the 60 yr old house I had recently purchased. David was courteous and thorough, and provided a prompt, reasonable estimate to make the necessary corrections. A short time later, Arnold and his apprentice completed a clean and professional job on the water heater, ensuring it passed inspection--which it did with zero problems. Because of a great experience with Number One, I hired them for a few more jobs around the house--performing a seasonal inspection on the HVAC system, which was completed by Ivan, and insulating some exposed plumbing lines in my crawl space, performed by Don. Both technicians were professional, prompt, and courteous, and deserve kudos for having to work in the confines of a crawl space. I had been interested in adding solar panels in a desire to start moving towards a more eco-friendly utility regime, and I was put in touch with Vinny--their solar program rep. Vinny's no-nonsense approach was great in explaining the ins and outs of the process, the benefits and risks, and tax deductions to be taken advantage of for a new solar system install, and I decided to sign on through Number One for the solar installation. Vinny has been great through the whole process, keeping me informed of the status, and also working various financing options and last minute changes when it was discovered the roof was in need of replacement prior to installing the panels. I was put in touch with Russell Hawkes of Design Co Construction, and within a week I had a new metal roof installed, giving immeasurable peace of mind before starting a big solar project. The solar install tech, Chance, and his team did a super job on the installation. I need to also mention how helpful Kyle was during the various projects Number One completed, offering insight, and personally seeing that each job was done to satisfaction. He and Kursten even spent precious evening hours to install a safety switch on the water heater which was needed to protect the laundry room from flooding in an unfortunate event of a leak. Both gentlemen get top marks for their courtesy and patience working in less than ideal conditions to get the job done right, and it show's an exemplary commitment to upholding the strong reputation Number One Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric has earned. My personal thanks goes out Richard, David, Arnold, Vinny, Chase, Ivan, Don, Kyle, and Kursten and their teams, apprentices, and helpers that have transformed my home in ways that allow me to rest easy at night. I can’t really say enough about Ivan and this company. I have been through a nightmare of multiple companies coming out to 34 times each replacing the board on my furnace the gas valve on my furnace etc. etc. Both other companies tried to sell me an entire new furnace for $3000 and more. I decided to make one last call after seeing the great reviews for this company and they absolutely live up to all of them. They were here in an hour to help me. Ivan was able to diagnose and fix the furnace before I could even blink. Then he got my gas fireplace going again! The entire visit was $150. I couldn’t be happier, or recommend Ivan higher. I addition to being prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, Ivan is also just a great human being. Six out of five stars.

#1 Plumbing has done several plumbing services for me, two of them emergencies. Diagnostic and work results are always excellent. Moses and Arnold have been especially helpful, both very knowledgeable and willing to explain as they go.

Thank you Cory and team for making a big job look easy. Took two days to replace furnace and A/C condenser. I knew it was going to be a big job but the guys got it done. Very clean, respectful of my home and work orientated. We plan on an extension of our home, will definitely be using them again.

I had been told by a vent cleaner that my dryer vent was not up to code and shared this with Kurston. Plans were made to rectify this. Today, Kurston and another tech arrived. Kurston shared that in discussing my vent issue with his colleagues, he thought he should contact Sandoval permits to see if it passed the first time and what code was in force the year my home was built. Turns out code for dryer vents was different in Sandoval county at the time my home was built. He saved me a lot of money and headache! I would highly recommend as they did the right thing by me instead of just barreling ahead and doing a job that really wasn't needed.

They were timely and upfront on the issue. They also did not attempt to sell something that was not needed. I will be using them again in the future for any electrical issues.

Don re- routed the master cool drain lines on our roof so they would water our gardens. He was very helpful & accomplished the change quickly.

I had a shower head that was leaking in a continuous stream that needed a valve cartridge replacement. They were supposed to come on a Friday, but got hung up with a couple of really involved job (which I understand will happen sometimes in the plumbing business) so they came out on a Saturday to fix my problem! The service rep was courteous, and the work was done well.

I had a burst pipe in my front yard. I had worked with a previous plumbing company which was not a good experience. I found this company by googling and I contacted them to discuss the issues we were having. They were able to get Chance to my property and figure out the cost of the repair quickly. The pipe was fixed within the same day. Wished I would have went with them to begin with. It would have saved me money and headaches.
Also, they had to go through flagstone in my yard, they put it back together very nicely. I wasn't left with a mess! This was all taken care of while I was out of state. They kept me informed and in contact the whole way. Thank you for everything!

Very disappointment with this company. They cancelled 2x on me. Abdul (plumber that came out)was nice but management was unsympathetic. I attempted 3x to reschedule and was charged for an estimate, although nothing was done. I understand circumstances happen but I wouldn’t recommend.
