My on demand hot water heater was leaking at the connection sites. It appears the original installers (a different company) didn't bother with taping the fittings! So it was only a matter of time before it began leaking! Got me all fixed up for a fair price!

Sean the Emergency Plumber came out VERY late on a Friday night to stop a leaking faucet and to ensure my son and I had water for the weekend. He could not have been nicer or more professional, and even my dogs liked him! I'm cancelling my service contract with a large Albuquerque plumber who I have used for 20 years, but who couldn't seem fit me into their schedule last night. I will use Day & Night going forward for any property I ever own. Top notch!!

I had a sink install that included a garbage disposal I provided. The sink was a large barn type sink. The thickness of the sink did not allow for the use of the disposal mounting hardware. Preston, the technician quickly took action and found the only hardware in town that would work. He quickly installed all parts. The end product was an effective use of space under the sink and a very satisfied customer.

We had to these fine folks out for a drain issue in the laundry room. Marcos was on time. He looked around and ran a snake down the main vent and then down the p-trap. The trap was found to be the issue. At my request he replaced the down pipe, trap, and new vent pipe. The final cost was lower than the inital estimate. This is the second time I have had to call Day & Night Plumbing for different issues and have not been disappointed or felt cheated or robbed, unlike dealing with Roto Rooter.

Technician learned today that the aspen pads for the evaporative cooler work much better than the blue polyester pads.

Business responded in a timely fashion.

The gentlemen did a wonderful job replacing my dryer vent ducting inside my house. They were very professional and I highly recommend them. I will be using their services again.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Mike was very helpful and was able to fix the problem easily. He offered suggestions for the future when its time to replace the hot water heater. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Phenomenal job!

Brent arrived a half hour before my scheduled window. Answered my questions, and performed a thorough check on my AC system. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Have dealt with this company in the past and have always been extremely satisfied. Fair prices, and prompt, efficient service. For get the negative reviews. I'm sure those reviewers would be unhappy with anything.

They came right on time. Scheduling wasn't an issue at all, they met my needs as far as scheduling went. They did the cleanouts really quick and ended up having to Auger the other toilet because my kiddo flushed a toothbrush down it. No charge for the auger, because they worked fast within the hour they were scheduled. Fair price.

After a no show from the plumber who was supposed to arrive, I called Day n Night and they were able to send someone the next day. We had a kitchen faucet installed as well as a leak repaired in the bathroom. Mike took care of this.
We did have a call back 3 weeks later with a drip under the kitchen sink. Luis came out and was able to quickly remedy the issue. He was also kind enough to to help diagnose an improperly installed shower head and took care of that as well. It was nice to feel heard with your questions and not feel like someone was rushing to get the job done. Luis was pleasant, used Covid protocols and even removed his shoes. We won't hesitate to call for anything further and would highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with a water heater. After the initial $300, I spent another $100 to have them tell me they needed to order a part and that I would hear back within the week. A week later no call. I called and was told they would check into it and get back to me that day. No call. So here I am, no part and no fixed water heater. Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Eric Strauss recommended Day and Night Plumbing on his radio show. I called them to inspect my furnace and I had some rusty pipes coming from my on demand water heater that needed to be replaced.

I have no complaints about their work. They were prompt, did what they said they would do, stayed within range of their estimate. In addition, they flushed my tankless water heater (I didn't know that could be done!).

It is peace of mind to find these guys.

Very disappointed with this company. Came out 3 times to fix my swamp cooler and was never fixed right because it kept breaking down. The last time it broke they said it needed another part. So I waited 3days and called back to see if they got the part. I was told they never ordered it and it would be another week or longer to get it. I spent over 400 dollars for nothing. They left us without a Air-conditioning for almost 2weeks now with 100 degree heat. Had to call someone else and it was fixed in less than 1hour.Please don't waste your money or time because this might happen to you. They take advantage of costumers and are very frustrating to work with. What a very bad experience I had. What a nightmare. The 3rd time they came out I was told it was still under warranty. Not only they lie,they have an excuse for every mistake they make. I know they will turn this whole thing around and try to blame the costumer. Try to do better and not rip people off .

Had a late night emergency with our lines being backed up. A friendly voice answered the phone and got us on the schedule for that evening. A plumber was at our door in 45 minutes and had us taken care of within a half hour. We have used them for years and feel very thankful to have them “on our team” for projects and mishaps.

In the end we didn't end up using their services, but this is the ONLY plumber I will be calling in the future. Their front desk scheduler was great, quick and responsive each time I called to update them on the leak in our laundry room. In the end, we were able to get someone else from our home warranty out quicker, but this company was still top notch in their customer support and thinking of solutions. These guys! We had a major job that we were completely freaked out about; we needed a trench dug inside the house. It meant going through three rooms and about 35 feet of tile and cement to replace an old iron pipe. Shane came out with his camera same day and got us a quote; he even helped us with the insurance. The mess was totally minimal and everything was taken care of in three days; Mike and his guys were awesome. It was almost like it didn’t even happen. We’re impressed and totally using Day and Night for all our future plumping needs.

Day & Night Plumbing just left my house after fixing the ventilation where my heater is. Now, I have had 2 other companies come by and give me an estimate. I was not sure what the problem was. One said it would cost up to $2500.00 to fix the damper as he would have to take the entire unit out and the other even higher. They never even looked at what the real problem was. I am so happy that my mom listens to talk radio and said that they had really good reviews and were honest. $400.00 for total fix. I will be a customer for life!

Ray was super helpful when he came to fix my sink. He was friendly and arrived quickly. I really appreciate how honest and friendly the guys that came out were. They even redid some of the plumbing that was installed incorrectly and didn’t charge me extra. I’ll definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue!

Preston and Chris came to service my hvac system. They were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. In addition, I asked them to service my gas fireplaces and they did so without hesitation or complaint. They also commented about how they enjoy going the extra mile to provide top customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

EDIT I changed my rating from **Great service, reasonable rates. I will call again! ** because: They did a good job with my swamp cooler switch but a couple of weeks later, it stopped cooling. My friend's husband came to look at it and the pads were packed with buildup, so he changed them for new ones and it worked for the rest of the season. Not sure why that wasn't suggested.

Discussed another job with Mike while they were there. My new washer makes a loud knocking as the water turns on and off, AKA water hammer. He told me it was a simple fix for about $70 plus the service call, but he didn't have the parts or time and to call to make another appointment. I made the appointment. he came and cut a hole in my wall and made a lot of noise that sounded like repair, but when he was done there was nothing installed. He told me the pipes are good quality so he just fastened the pipes to the frame inside the house. I asked him why the arrestor wasn't installed, he said it wouldn't help,. But he did not have that conversation with me on the first visit, nor before he started this one. I called them back a few weeks later and asked the owner if he could find out why the arrestor wouldn't work, he said his employees had been in an accident that day and he would call back. But he never did. I still don't understand why the part wasn't installed and if there was a possibility it wouldn't be installed, why wasn't it discussed with me? Now I have a hole cut in my wall and the washer still makes the same noise. I also called them re a sound from my water cooler a few weeks back and never got a call back.

I think these guys are an honest, decent bunch but the communication left something to be desired and not replacing the cooler pads was just a big miss. Swamp cooler 101. If I hadn't had someone to replace them for free, I would have been out another $100 to pay someone. I will not be calling them for my changeover this Fall because of these communication issues.

I called at 5:00 on Wednesday and left a message. They called me back Thursday morning and were at my house right at the time they said. 45 mins later problem fixed. Very friendly and courteous. Reasonably priced. Would recommend

This time, my heater blew cold. Antonio and apprentice responded immediately, inspected, analyzed problem, repaired, explained! They're incredible! I'm appreciative! Today, quick repair, explanation! So happy with this company and their service!!

Preston came out and was able to diagnose and repair our leak. There was a serious leak behind the washer - a pipe broke behind the wall. The leak had been running for a few weeks, and had created a hole in the dirt under the foundation. Preston was able to repair the leak in less than 4 hours. He was incredibly careful, and only a small portion of the tile floor (less than 9x9) was jackhammered. He also only made a hole large enough in the wall to do what needed done. He filled in the hole, did the cement and drywall replacement, and cleaned everything up. Very kind, genuine person. I highly recommend this company and esp. Preston. OH! and this happened on the weekend. The service was more, but well worth the price.

Came out to clean drains and ended up installing two bathroom faucets that my wife had purchased. Did a great job.

I've used these guys before for a very small job, but this was the first big issue I've run into as a homeowner, and they handled it well.

They sent me a message letting me know who would be arriving at my home and when, and Marcos was great. He showed up on time as expected, and gave a ballpark idea of cost before work started. After he finished, the total came in pretty much dead center in his range, and within the amount I expected to pay for the service.

I wasn't able to be at home, and had to leave the task of handling this service call to my wife, who is not savvy about home repair. Marcos did a great job of making her comfortable and explaining everything she needed to know, and was able to communicate with me over the phone as needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will continue to use this company again as needed. Best of all, I can use my water again!

The company recently sold. If you don't get one of the original plumbers/techs be ready for an unprofessional lazy person to show up and do practically nothing while trying to get you to schedule additional work. Unfortunately I will never call them again for service.

My well pump fell apart, so water was running everywhere and they ordered a new pump and will install it next week. I was very pleased with how prompt they were calling me and letting me know what was going on.

Marcos came out to replace two leaky hose faucets, and recommended replacing a third due to its age. He was incredibly responsive to our questions and took the time to set us up with supplies for our water softener which we had not been using. I had a clog and called Day and Night about 2:00. They said they could be here at 3:30 and actually got here a few minutes early. They found my problem, cleared it and were done in 30 minutes. Mike was a super nice guy as was his helper Steven. I've used them before and definitely will again.

I am a Realtor and use Day & Night Plumbing regularly. Pepe came out today to bring my seller's water heater up to code and he was Amazing! He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently to accomplish the task, reviewed the work with me upon completion and was smiling the entire time. And the charges were very reasonable! The office staff and owners are always helpful and schedule my jobs in as quickly as needed.

I get an annual check up of my AC/heating every year. This year I stumbled on Day and Night Plumbing on accident and Shantel, in customer service, convinced me to give them a try. I would have to say that we were the ones that were lucky to have found them!
Here's a list of why this company is great
1. Customer service - I received a text and a phone call from Shantel prior to my appointment with the name of my technician (Ricky). Next, I got a call from Ricky with a time when he'd arrive (all within the proposed window when I booked my appointment), ergo, Ricky and the new tech Jorge were on time!
2. Technical expertise - Let me say that our ac/heater was operational. At each point in Ricky and Jorge's service call, they asked all the right questions to conduct the annual checkup. They conferenced in my husband and sent photos of what needed to be corrected. There was no doubt that Ricky had more knowledge about our AC/heating unit than anyone that's ever been coming to our home each year. But, most of all, Ricky and Jorge were extremely thorough and kept us informed throughout the service call.
3. Final results - We bought an annual service plan with Day and Night! They replaced a frayed wire (likely due a lightning strike) in our outdoor unit, replaced the surge protector that was inoperable, mounted a capacitor to the unit (a previous company had left it suspended and not fully installed), checked freon throughput and completed the annual service. Indoor unit, they cleaned the blower wheel, chemically cleaned the coils (showing us before and after pictures), fixed a ventilation hole and gave recommendations for future options when the unit may need a thermal expansion valve replaced. Lastly, they made sure they cleaned up after their work!
4. Incredible value for their time - Shantel, Ricky and Jorge were patient, responsible, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were a valued customer at the get-go. Thank you so much! We're thrilled to have found your company!

I cannot say enough good things about everyone I’ve dealt with that this company. I had a disaster day and Mike and Kyle were exceptional both for the repair and also for the insulation install. Most recently I met Antonio, quick, efficient, and very personable. After five years with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling on an annual contract for my rental properties, I bolted after tiring of their inability to rarely do a job right the first time. As an example, Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling installed a Heil furnace in one of my properties four years ago. The technicians never installed a dampener. Subsequently for two years during the spring and fall furnace/cooler changeovers, none of their technicians ever mentioned the lack of a dampener. It was only my being present during the fourth seasonal changeover after the furnace had been installed and MY personal discovery that no dampener existed that ABQ Plumbing, Heating and Cooling finally installed a dampener. So for two years during the summer months moist evaporative cooler air was flowing in reverse into the furnace. I stayed with them hoping things would improve and was continually disappointed.

I followed Jason to Day & Night after he elected to leave Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling after many years as a field tech and field supervisor. As a field supervisor Jason was the one who would show up to fix the mistakes left by others. I came to trust Jason over the years as the one person at Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling that would set things right with no callbacks. As such I would specifically request him for all my work. He has proven to be an excellent HVAC technician!

Reading the wonderful reviews for Day and Night coupled with the fact that Jason moved to their enterprise prompted me to abandon any further association with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I sincerely hope Day and Night can sustain their current status of excellence and not fall victim to the Intoxication of unrelenting growth over the fundamental principles of quality customer service most businesses are founded upon.

Day and Night Plumbing installed a new sump pump for us a year ago and we had a great experience. We another issue and Ray came over quickly and figured out the problem, fixed it and gave great recommendations to avoid the same situation. They are friendly and priced fairly. They will be the only plumber we use in the future!

My daughter recommended them highly and after they helped me, I can see why! In a week of 100 degree temps, my refrigerated A/C started making strange sounds. I called different places and Day and Night was the quickest response time. BUT the best thing? I asked if someone could call me that evening to answer some questions as I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing harm to the unit. To my surprise at 5:30 that very night Kursten called and stayed on the phone with me for over 10 minutes and he told me a work around to get it running until he could come out a few days later!! He was a lifesaver! And he fixed my toilet and was amazing with my pup!!

Wow! What can I say, Day and Night Plumbing is great! Today as I walked out my front door at 11:00 am to walk the dog, to my left I hear water spraying from my outside faucet, but very little water outside. I called these guys and Ray comes to help. Of course the freeze didn’t help and he fixed the leak in no time. I like asking lots of questions, and Ray was great explaining everything. This company is down to earth and gives great service. Simple switch from furnace to swamp cooler. Two techs were dispatched -one was an apprentice in training. The company sent text messages with names of each tech & ETA. They were both great guys to welcome in my home & took time to be thorough. The initial charge was much more than expected, but their customer service gal caught an error in billing & rectified it the next day. She was terrific at addressing my concerns & explaining the merger of companies (vans had Duke City signage). She also offered me a yearly membership that covers summer + winter transitions + priority service + discounts on other plumbing services for $250/yr. This is a good deal (apparently rates increased 25% since last winter!). So now I'm paid till next spring & only need to make an appt when winter hits...no wait list! I think these are good folks who gave me the sense that they are reliable & want to earn repeat customers.

Day and Night Plumbing professionals took over and completed the job in less than one hour!!! The criteria that matter to me are honesty, dependability, proficiency and affordability and this company exceeded my expectations. They will be my go-to guys for all my future work!

Day and Night are the only ones that didn't try and sell an HVAC system or tell me my entire house needed to be repiped to the tune of $25k minimum. They completed the work in a badly out of code house and were true to their estimate despite the challenges an older house provides. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

I was renting a house and needed a moen cartridge removed from a shower. I called and was told it wouldn't take longer than a hour. Two hours later after hearing pounding and drilling the technician removed the cartridge. I did not tell the technician to replace the cartridge, he did so anyway. He said it was ok. After looking at the work, all I can say is he pulverized the valve and work was less than professional. I used the shower once and it immediately starting leaking. I contacted the owner/manager and was told work was not guaranteed. What type of plumber doesn’t guarantee their work? The owner was short with me and would not agree to fixing the problem. I paid over $400 and have to have the entire valve system and cartridge redone. DO NOT USE THEM!

We had to have extensive work done on our gas system. Day and Night Plumbing was very accommodating. They started working over the weekend in a Saturday to ensure the work would be done quicker. I would highly recommend Day & night plumbing. Marcos Mendoza, and his crew, came and evaluated the problems I was having with my sewer pipes, and they found that the sewer pipes were very old and crumbling. They replaced the sewer pipes, and now they work great. A small water leak was also found in the yard sprinkler pipe. They fixed that as well. None of the work was done until it was explained to me, and how much it would cost. Marcos was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I felt that they really cared for me as a customer, and wanted to do a good job for me. Which they did.

Preston came and worked hard to find our leak and then worked on Easter to make sure we were good to go. Could not ask for a more professional and quality team. Thank you!

Overall happy with the service but reason I held back given them 5 stars is the mess that was not cleaned after they were done.
Other than that everything was done correctly and communicating with me was great. Technicians were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I initially worked with Preston to install an RO system and while he was here our a/c went out. He checked it out on the spot and then he and Kurston went out of their way to get us a new a/c and worked after hours to get it installed after several days of 100 degree weather. Very fair, thoughtful and kind. Such a great experience working with them when usually plumbing/ac stuff is such a headache. Highly recommend them.

She called me, she was very pleasant and she said she spoke to what I assumed was the owner, and then said she was going to have to call me back to make an appointment because she needed to check the schedule. I could write a small article on how much trouble we've had with our gas fireplace and the companies and techs that have come to fix it but I will keep it short. Preston from Day and Night Plumbing was fast, honest and on time. As a homeowner, it's very difficult to find people/companies that do good work. This company has always sorted us out fairly and quickly. I can't thank them enough but they certainly deserve a stellar review and a high recommendation. Stop looking right now and pick up the phone. Trust me, I get one day off a week. I can't afford to mess around with sub par companies that don't show up on time and say it's broken, going to need a new one when all you may need is a 9-volt battery. Thanks Preston.

Troubleshoot and repaired electrical short.

Jonathan Ipiotis did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent.

I called D&N as my AC stopped working. I agreed to pay the emergency fee of $180 and the technician Jonathan was great. He figured out the issue and $380 (Emergency Fee and Hours worked) later I asked for a quote to repair the AC. They explained that R22 is no longer used/available and costly. They said they would check on the parts and call me back. I did not hear anything for most of the next day and I called for an update. Receptionist said she would talk to the boss. Did not hear back. Called again and said, after researching I want a quote for a replacement. Received the quote in about 2 hrs which was both fast and fair. It turned out I had a quote setup for another property with Chris at D&N the next morning for a quote to convert from swamp to AC, and I asked him about when they could get the repair/replacement scheduled. He said he had a cancellation the next day, and would get me penciled in and just needed to check if they had the equipment or could get it. I called the next morning and asked the receptionist if I was on the schedule to make sure I was available. She said I was not on the schedule and would have to talk to Chris So, my thinking was that I paid for the emergency service for two reasons. A quick response (which I got), and B, the repair of my AC (So far no return calls or follow up). I happened across a great plumber that came out immediately, and unfortunately had to re-diagnose the issue himself to be sure he was on the same page. He agreed with D&N and came out this morning and replaced the unit this morning. They also went to my other home and provided a quote for the Swamp to AC. I ended up paying about $700 more than D&N’s quote, and I had to eat the $380 that was not needed after the other plumber replaced the unit. I liked the guys I interacted with, but do not waste your money on the emergency fee. They more than likely do not have the parts and I am sure the techs would rather be home with their families. It is really a false sense of security that repairs will be done that night. Basic things yes, complex issues, not so much. All in all, D&N lost approx 28k in business today. If the lack of response is an indication of how the install is/was going to go, then no thanks. I got to go with the guy that calls back, shows up, and gets the job done. I was without an AC for almost a week, while paying the “Emergency” fee, and have no idea if they are ever going to call back. No need for a call back now, but going to be awkward if they do. Gave them a 2 star as the interactions were great, and felt like I was going to be taken care of. This is technically would have been a 1 star if it were won’t for my interactions with the Tech Jonathan and the Sales guy Chris. I am curious how many folks actually get a call back though???

Mike was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. My service request was responded to within 48 hours of my original request. Highly recommended! This is my new, first choice company for all things plumbing, etc.! Thank you for providing excellent service, and product as advertised!

Well they're were an hr late when they had a 10 to noon window. Then ran over my daughter's basketball goal. Damaging it beyond use. After 2 days of being treated poorly they finally offered a partial payment to replace what was new and perfect before they hit it. All on camera too. A partial payment doesn't replace a full bball goal. The owner Derek is rude and likes to challenge the law. He thinks he is an attorney not a plumber

Great experience with Day and Night Plumbing, easy to book the service and the agent was very professional to explain all the price and time options. The service tech arrive on time and he did a great job! Find the problem in a very short time (capacitor on the outside fan unit) and fix the issue quickly. At the end he explained all the job performed, which was the issue and they send me the email with all the picture and the receipts online. The price is affordable compare to other similar business. We had an older A/C compressor give out. Called around the city and most companies weren't able to schedule for even just the initial diagnostic for over a week out. These guys were available within a couple days and the AC was able to be installed just a week later. This is a busy season for HVAC peeps, I get it. Staffing shortages doesn't help. But man... It's HOT. We need AC or else it becomes a health concern very quickly.
Literally everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. On time, great communication, respectful of our property. They were in good spirits, laughed with us, and totally got the job DONE. 100% recommend and will be using them in the future for any other needs we have.

Day N Night plumbing came through for me on an outdoor faucet I'd had trouble fixing myself. Pepe came through and was amazing. He helped me detect a leak from my dishwasher as well. Pepe has a sharp eye and noticed that some piping nipples were corroded on my water heater and also fixed those. Saved me a whole nightmare on what could've happened. He was very professional and super sharp with what he was doing. Couldn't have asked for better service with all the extras I asked him to do.

I usually don't write reviews but felt that I had to with my recent experience with Day and Night Plumbing. My daughter needed to replace her kitchen sink due to a crack in her existing sink. I called D/N plumbing and they were able to schedule a tech to do the replacement (customer provided sink). Let's just say the installation was less than good. After the tech left, the sink started leaking due to the connections used in the install.
Jump ahead one day. I called and spoke with Michelle and explained the situatio. She was very apologetic and assured me that a different tech would be back to fix the problem. Mike and Cody arrived and took care of the problem. They were very professional and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. What could have turned out to be a very serious problem was handled without question and now the sink works and looks great. My hat off to Mike, Michelle, Cody and D/N Plumbing. After my initial impression, I have to say that I would definitely be calling them for any future plumbing work.

*****Update to previous post:
Not long after I posted this review the sink started backing up into the dishwasher with dirty water. I called D/N and explained the problem. They said that they could come by and for an additional cost fix the problem. I called another plumbing company and scheduled an appointment to have them look at the sink. I'm happy to say that Central Plumbing came right out and actually fixed the problem and it only took 30 minutes. Mark was professional, and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Even though this is a review for D/N plumbing, I want to give a shot out to Central Plumbing LLC and to Mark in particular for the great response and professional attitude. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I will definitely call on Central Plumbing LLC

Great company and service! Mike and Luis found a leak coming from upstairs tub and did the necessary repairs. It was a pleasure to do business with both men who were courteous and congenial and did a great job at the clean up. Will definitely do business with them again.

We have called Day and Night Plumbing a number of times for issues in our laundry room and kitchen last summer. Every time, they've been punctual, consistent in quality and service and for us, price fairly. I highly recommend them! Needed a drain fixed and with little fuss was opened back up by Joshua without much hassle.

Bobby arrived promptly to install a water softener and an outside faucet. We had excellent communication prior to his arrival. His work was super clean and professional, and it shows that he takes pride in his work. We are very grateful to have found a plumber that we feel we can trust especially since we have been burned in the past! We are super happy overall with our services!

Bad experience. Our drain was clogged and the repair time was 2 weeks, they came with a digging machine, trashed our front yard just to find that the pipe was just ok and it only needed cleaning. They charged $1000 for a repair that should cost $200. Do not use their services.

Tech came out did not have a clue what the issue was. After 2 hours of calling co-workers and not being able to isolate he left. Received a call from dispatch the next tech would be out. Paid 173.00 to find out a breaker was blown . The electrician came out and said the fan Motor flipped the breaker. Not happy

I had a $22,000 mini split installed a year ago. It has been nothing but a headache. Leaking through my roof, the heads don’t cool and they leak water. The condensers are loud and were never leveled. There are bubbles in the lines and the list goes on. They do as little as possible to repair things and when I called to have them come out today I was refused service because it’s been a year and they won’t work on my system. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On the install they promised to remove the old furnace and they back peddled on that too. They take your money and run!

These guys are fantastic. Called for emergency service late on a Wed afternoon. Only company out of 9 contacted that would see me before 48 hours -- 2 days! They would have come that night charging an after hours fee, but they were also available at 7 the next morning for normal rates ($95/hr -- smack dab in the middle of high and low for 8 other plumbers I called). I chose the next morning. Immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment. Received a text the next morning when Mike and Kyle were on the way. They explained their plan, answered my questions as I watched them work, and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. They were both very pleasant and professional. Top notch customer service and plumbing expertise. Based on my experience with Mike and Kyle, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems or HVAC work.

I called afterhours and they were able to help within the hour. The gentleman who came was very nice and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and told me the office would call in the morning to add us to the schedule as our water was not running. It is two days later and have not yet received a call for the follow-up appointment. The only communication I have received is the invoice for the afterhours service

Today was the 3rd coldest day on record for Balloon Fiesta. I turned on my heater last night knowing it was supposed to be cold and when I woke up my house was cold, my heater was not working. I called several different companies and was told there was a 3 to 4 week wait. I called Day and Night Plumbing Heating Cooling LLC and they came out the same day. From the very beginning when I made the initial phone call I could tell I finally found the right place. The woman that answered the phone was the nicest person I had talked to so far and was very helpful and understanding. I had the main shutoff valve break on me with the water in the off position. I noticed a Day and Night truck across the street. I called and that employee came over and took care of replacing the valve.

Technician Joshua was awesome very informative and professional

I had a break in the water line between the shutoff in the yard and the house. I located and exposed the leak in the pipe myself, but I needed a professional plumber to actually fix it. I called Day & Night, and they sent two plumbers out, Preston Talbert and Luis Saiz. Preston and Luis got here right when they said they would, and did a very professional job. They were pleasant to talk to, and got the job done very quickly. I was doing as much of the prep and back-fill work as possible on my own, and they were nice enough to give me some tips on how to do a good job on my parts, such as to cut the edges of the concrete with a circular saw next time before jackhammering it, and to make sure to use dry dirt to refill the hole.
This was my second time to use Day & Night for an outside plumbing job, in the last 5 years. I was 100% satisfied both times, and will be calling them for future jobs.
By the way, the connector they used to re-connect the two sides of the broken pipe was the most amazing high-tech plumbing connector I've ever seen (see the picture). I expect this connector to last just about forever. It costs more than a simple PVC connector, but I think I will be requesting this type of connector from now on.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Employees verbally aggressive, particularly with the elderly. Plumber pounded on my door as though he were trying to break it down.

It needed to be installed out by the city water meter to our house. Not only was the line deep but it was tied into our sprinkler system making it more complicated. But wait...there's more! When it comes to electrical issues, true to form, when you fix one, another 1 pops up:
4:30 on a Saturday afternoon when it happened and donovan came back within 30 minutes! Found the problem and solved it and now we have water through the weekend! Now that is some service!

Called them to fix a noisy swamp cooler, they came right out that afternoon. Told me I needed a new belt and bearings. Gave me an estimate for 1.5 hours in labor and parts. They did not have any parts on the truck, so I guess they had to run to Home Depot. The job was completed in 1 hour even with the parts run. I have the time they came in the gate of my complex and the text saying the job was finished. I was still charged for 1.5 hours. When the tech finished the repair he came down and said there may still be a little noise as the bracket on the fan was bent. I said OK. He told me I would probably get another 2-3 years out of that cooler. It was quite for the rest of the day and then back to the same clattering I had before. I call them back and they said it would be the end of the week before they could make it back out. He did arrive on Friday morning at the agreed upon time. He went up on the roof and came down saying the bracket was now broken and jumping all around. I asked for him to show me where this was in the cooler. We were both on the roof and he took the bracket and shoved it back and forth and said see. I told him the other repairs should not have been made if that part was in that condition. He got quite defensive and said is was all bent up and he could not tell the condition prior to the original repair. The cooler was functioning when he arrived the first time, nothing had ceased or was bound up. He raised his voice to me as we both stood on the roof. I had to tell him not to yell at me. He then said maybe he could get some JB Weld to stabilize the bracket..... but he did not have any on the truck. He said he would be back at around 5pm to do the job. Then just a few hours later I get a call from the tech saying that the owner of the company was willing to deduct the price of the repair from a new cooler and install. $1,475 less the repair of $229. I told him I thought that price was inflated. I have priced a similar cooler for about $600 or less, the motor can be reused and installation should not be any more than $400. I told him I could not afford to replace at this time, and just come out to so the weld on the bracelet to get me through the season. They never showed back up. I even called the next Tuesday morning and got nothing but attitude from the office girl. So this bad review could have been avoided if they had just done what they said they would do.

I spent several weeks getting estimates and talking to plumbers. The estimates were as high as $1,600.00 to install a shutoff valve and a frost proof faucet in an exposed block wall. Most wanted to convert to PEC instead of simply using copper on the copper pipe. Preston listened to what I wanted and did just that. They were less than a 1/3 of the highest estimate and about 1/2 of the next closest.
Do yourself a favor and just call these guys, I wasted several weeks and hours on the phone until I talked to them.
