Had a hot water heater burst. Extreme stress and mess. Called Fore Gen spoke to Mari who is the BEST. She sent Marcos and Max out immediately. They were so cool, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about what they had to do. Im so grateful that everything was handled so quickly and professionally. AND FOR A VERY AGREEABLE PRICE. You wont go wrong choosing these guys. Thanks again Max and Marcos.

I had a leak just before my open house. I found Fore Gen and called Max. He sent one of his plumbers out the same morning and my leak was fixed by noon. Great service, great communication, and excellent pricing. I recommend them highly. It was actually a pleasure to have an experience like this in a time when it can be difficult to find high quality, honest and professional tradesmen.

The owner of Fore Gen is fantastic. He goes above and beyond on getting the work done. He makes sure everything is in working order before the job is complete . Very impressed with his tile work in my bathroom . He is honest and professional.

Needed to have my AC unit serviced. I dont know anything about an air conditioner except I was going to die without one so it was important to me that someone comes out quickly. Fore Gen was on Facebook and so I called. Very nice guy Max came out with Marcos and had everything running great in no time at all. They were very respectful and made sure I understood how I could troubleshot things in the future which I really appreciate because Im a single woman who doesn't make a lot of money and so things like this matter to me. Its why I did this review. Thank you to Max and everyone at Fore Gen.

I rated a one star for this company as we accepted a contract from them and the job was not completed according to this contract. What is lacking is the installation of intake and exhaust venting as well as removal of the old boiler. He promised to finish this. We have contacted Max Zamora numerous times and now 3 weeks later, we do not have a date on when the work will be completed. I may consider changing the review rating if they would complete the work.

Max and Marcos did excellent work installing our water heater.

Someone came out on Monday to work on my toilet as it kept running. Had him check my other one said I might as well do that one. Still noticed a little noice inside like dripping he said I might have to replace the whole mechanism but he thought he got it fixed. So later that day
there was a lot more noise so I called to make an appointment for the next day. Nobody showed up no calls nothing and now the other toilet is running. So I have the water turned off to both of them and no plumber because no one is answering their phone..

Air conditioner/heater changeover

The technician works quickly to identify the problem with my jetted tub and completed the work in a timely manner.

My father is an elderly veteran. We initially called because he is having issues with his main line. This company came and ran the main line and they took my father's money. Witch he don't have much of and gave him a 30 day warranty. The main line backed up the next day, they said they would be back to check the line. They have never returned and ignore my father's calls on a daily basis. That was 2 weeks ago, I'm thinking they are ignoring him until the warranty runs out. Who runs a business like this, please steer clear of them. They are not professional at all! My father has to keep cleaning his own line at 78 years old. Until he gets enough money to have someone else come. Shame on you fore gens plumbing.

I was really impressed with the equipment they used to find my leak. They made sure not to dig before they located the leak to save me time, head ache and money. I really appreciated it. Most companies will just dig everywhere until they find it then the owner has to flip the bill to repair the damage of flooring Sheetrock paint you name it. My neighbor had that experienced so I was expecting the worst. I have already recommended this company to a at least two neighbors and a friend. I will definitely keep them as my go to plumbers! The knowledge they have is unmatched. These guys have the best prices I was quoted and by far the best knowledge. Honest guys are hard to find.

Can't say enough about the whole team at Fore Gen. Called and spoke to Max who arrived right on time. Agreed upon price, which now I think about it was an even better deal than I knew at the time. So Thanks for that too. But yeah I had a major leak coming from under the house and wasnt sure what or who to call but glad I called these guys. Initially I thought this job was a little to big for these guys but I was Proven wrong when they showed up prepared with everything they needed. Max was great he eplained everything along the way and Marcos didnt mind me over his shoulder for a lil bit while he worked. Real good guys doing excellent work on every level. I will continue to keep my business with Fore Gen and would suggest to anyone looking for a competent, hard working and professional plumber Fore Gen is an excellent choice. You wont be let down.

Max Z arrived within the time window the office promised and did a great job of replacing our broken lavatory faucet set. I felt good about supporting this family-run business and encourage others to do so too.

Marcos did a great job replacing our faucet. He was on time and went out of his way to help us out! Marcos was very knowledgeable and I would recommend their company to others.

Max Zamora is very professional and Fast Plumber. II have three houses and Zack is is on my speed dial ! He installed a new a/c on one house and replaces two outdoor faucets in less than 30 minutes! You won't go wrong selecting Fore Gen Plumbing !

I wanted to thank Max and Fore Gen Plumbing for being an honest, hardworking and reliable company. Once I saw that it was my main water line that needed to be replaced I was a bit worried. Then I met Max, and this is the first time I can say I had a reasonably pleasant plumbing experience and it was all thanks to Max and Fore Gen Plumbing. Max knows plumbing and he does it promptly and very cost effective. I will recommend Max to all my UNM co-workers and close friends. I’m very happy to know there is an honest company like Fore Gen Plumbing in our state.

Called and scheduled an appointment to have this company come out to look at our leaking water heater. Arranged with our jobs to be home when the plumber would arrive and 30 minutes before the appointment time we received a call from the company stating that they had a big job that was giving them difficulties and they would be canceling our appointment. We are now left with a water heating that is still leaking and minimal chance of a getting a plumber out today because of the time of day and missed time off work due to poor communication on the company’s behalf.

As always -- pricey but prompt; a water heater is not something you can wait on a few days for replacement. They always do good work; you get what you pay for.

These guys were so punctual and kind! They took there time while also taking the appropriate amount of time to do the job and were professional and friendly. The customer service is great as well as the plumbers!

Had an appointment between 10AM and 12PM today. Had to drive all the way to Albuquerque and hang around the city for two hours just for them to no call no show.

Edit: Response 1 Yes. I did reschedule with you multiple times. Never once did I reschedule or cancel with you without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice, which is a courtesy you did not provide to me. I will however, say that it takes guts to admit you left me hanging due to an intentional act on your part. I have to respect you for that

Edit: Response 2 Now you have modified your response to claim I stood you up, as well as claiming that I cancelled same day. This is entirely untrue. I never gave you less than adequate notice of cancelling my appointment with 24 hours being the absolute minimum. Also, you did not send any text alert to me.

Fore Gen Plumbing is now my go-to when I need a plumber. Mari was very helpful and professional when I called to have a whole house pressure increasing pump installed. She had us scheduled quickly and had the estimate to me right away. When Max arrived (on time) he got right to it. His experience really shows. He did an excellent job and made it look good too. When it came time to pay, the estimate is what was owed. I believe that Max went above and beyond my expectations and no extra charges showed up in the bill! I will definitely be calling them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Do not recommend this place at all! We are having problems with our sewer so we had them come out, we paid them $400 to use a camera to go under our house and pen point and tell us what the problem was… They left and did not tell us the problem, we called to ask and they were so rude and unprofessional. Talked to two different people and they were both RUDE. We decided to use someone else. When they found out we weren’t going to use them they got very unprofessional with us and would not tell us what the problem is or where the problem is located even though we just paid them for that reason???? I have never written a review to any business but I just can’t believe the way these people run their business. Save your self the trouble.

Max and his crew at Fore Gen Plumbing did an incredible job. They installed a pressure reducing valve for me per an inspection report, and made sure to get ahold of the inspector to collaborate on the details. Everything went perfectly and was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Marcos Jaramillo replaced our faucet super fast and did a great job! I wish we had called them first! We were quoted $1,000 from Daniels plumbing to replace our faucet (or $350 to rebuild our existing faucet with no guarantee that it would work) plus a $70 service fee… all information we had to wait at home for 5 hours to hear. Fore Gen sent someone out right away! Marcos was on time, super knowledgeable and polite, and charged a fraction of the cost we were quoted!

Plumber did not show up to do the work. Called 6 hours late with excuses. Tried to re-quote work after the price was already agreed upon. Do not ever use this company

The plumber showed up and fixed the issue we had with leak with in 30 min and was very reasonable. I will be calling again and I will be recommending then to family n friends

Good communication and professionalism. We had an issue with a small leak due to a nut not being tightened correctly , but they came out and corrected it within the hour after I called them .

Spoke to a lady in the office who was able to work with my busy schedule, so I was grateful for that. Marcos showed up on time, ready to work. He did an excellent job of communicating with me and my husband about what he felt the issue was, what he was going to do to fix it, and just how much this was going to cost us. I will absolutely use this company again in the future. Marcos was knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. Oh and he repaired my shower valve. The valve had broken causing a very annoying and difficult to address leak. We had previously been told that it would cost us upwards of $1,200 to fix. So when Fore Gen Plumbing gave us such a good quote we went with them. And I'm so glad we did. Couldn't have went better. I highly recommend Fore Gen and if your able ask for Marcos! Great job! I am a return customer because Max is absolutely wonderful!!

I appreciate how Max hustled to get some major plumbing work done, replacing basically the whole old corroded system of 100+ year old pipes at my house.

There was some misunderstanding with a few pieces of wrap-up (final inspection, cleanup) that caused some frustration for me and my roommate, but Max is an upstanding guy and heard my frustrations and came as soon as he was able to put the finishing touches on the job.

As a tenant in an old house that needed plumbing done quickly, I'm grateful for Max rising to the occasion and busting his tail to get us pipes that were new and safe to rely on for drinking water as quick as he could.
