OMG—we’ve been putting up with broken showers and individual h/c faucets for years that were impossible to get the temp right. Finally called Wagner and got everything fixed in one day—changed to single controls. I’m so happy. Robert Tafoya was professional, knowledgeable, very polite and just took care of it all. Was a little pricey but just like everything else these days so I agreed and ultimately worth it.

The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The man they sent said my motor needs to be replaced. I presented him with two motors, one that I bought that day (to save time and money), and one that a friend had given me (he never used it). The man told me neither will fit, and he'll have to come back tomorrow with one that does.

The next morning this guy calls and says that they'll have to order me a new motor, because one isn't available in stock, or in stores here around town. It will take about a week for the motor to arrive and will cost me three hundred and some dollars (labor not included). I knew I was being played with at that point. I told him forget it, I'll find a motor on my own and someone to replace it.

I got brave and learned how to replace the motor on my own. Turns out the motor I purchased from Home Depot (for about $75) did fit, contrary to what Four Star Mechanical told me. I wrote them a letter to vent my frustration, and sent it by mail with the check for payment for what was a wasted hour of their time. Two weeks after the check was cashed, I still have yet to hear back from them.

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Fast and honest service. Relocated a light switch,installed a second switch for a exhaust fan,wired and installed the exhaust fan,everything looks and works great.

We had issues with our radient heat system, water was flowing from our dischage outlet. Naturally we had no idea as to cause. Fortunately we called Daniels and had the great good fortune to welcome JOE and let him provide the immediate solution as well as some system's upgrade that will address easier future maintenance if and when required. Being a senior citizen we have learned to charish and respect professional individuals and the skills they profide. Joe has our respect and thanks.
