Brad was patient and instructive - he answered all our questions, and we had a lot of questions. We called him to flush the tankless hot water heater after our unfortunate attempt a year ago. He showed us where all the hookups were, what everything was, the results of a thorough flush, and he even tested our hard water.
He had an interesting morning wrestling with a boiler, but he was very nice and well spoken. He could easily teach other plumbers the trade, but he made it easy for us to understand.

I use Central Plumbing for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Braden and Mark always show up on time, perform quality work, offer tips on smaller tasks that I can do on my own, and do it all at a fair price. Many jobs they've done for me even ended up costing less than originally estimated.

Our story starts when we had a leak in our garage below our 2 year old $5,400 tankless hot water heater. We checked the outside of the unit & didn’t find any leaks. The pool of water traveled under the sheet rocked wall to the other side where our furnace was. We opened the cover of the furnace and saw nothing. We decided to call Affordable Service Inc. Next-door recommended them along with Service Tech Kurt. We immediately called Affordable Service Inc. at 9:30 pm on January 19th & left a message. They called us back the next morning. Kurt & Travis were available to come out to see what was going on. Found out it was a leak inside our tankless due to corroded pipes because of high mineral counts in our water! The count was over 400! Tankless water heaters can not handle that high mineral count. Had we known that, we would have never had it installed. Kurt suggested a Bradford White 50 gallon Hot Water Heater with a recirculating pump that Travis would attach. It keeps the water circulating so it stays the temperature you want it. We decided to take Kurts' advice & so glad we did! Travis came back a few days later and took out our damaged tankless unit & installed our new hot water heater! He tested everything and then showed us how it works & what to do to change the settings. He cleaned up & took the old unit with him. And left the garage spotless! We now have instant hot water immediately. We are just so happy! Thank you, Kurt & Travis! You were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous & Sweet! We love you guys! The service technician, Gerald, is a certified expert in the Navien combiboiler radiant heating system, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained clearly what he would need to do to fix the problem and what it would cost. We will definitely ask for him in future service calls.

After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!

Plumbing Express has helped me out when the bigger companies had too much work on their hands. I needed a new furnace this winter and every place I checked was too much for me to afford or couldn’t come out for at least a week. The owner, Stephan, came out the next day and took care of me; in my budget and in great time. This was a cold winter and plumbing express felt like a miracle. I’d rather support small local business and I will continue to use and recommend Plumbing Express.

Wife called around 8 am and scheduled an appointment for 1-3 pm. Told the lady that answered we had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Tech shows up 2 hours late. Then precedes to tell my wife he does not have the right tools and the guy who does won't be able to come until tomorrow. When my wife starts to call for another plumber to come out he says good luck and you might as well wait for us to come back. When I call the next day to speak with management. The same lady asked why I needed to speak with someone. I told her what happened now all the sudden she is a manager. She then starts to make excuses why this happened. Because I called Rodgers we waited around all day, and paid at least double then what we should have due to off hour charges. Bottom line call someone else. Not with your time.

Great service! I made the call and William Legatzke was out to my house quickly. He was friendly, efficient and I will be definitely using his services again. I would give 6 stars if I could!!
