Rocket plumbing has great service, the guys were awesome, professional and got straight to work. Also they did out water leak with efficiency and thorough work. After digging up big holes they made our place look like nothing happened at all. I highly recommend for water leaks and any other services.

We needed a wall furnace replaced and called multiple companies to get quotes. Central was the most reasonably priced (not too cheap to raise questions and not to expensive to raise eyebrows). They were punctual not only when showing up to look at the work for a quote but in showing up to do the job. They were very clean in performing the work, very professional, and very courteous not only to my wife and I, but to our home as well. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly (moving a line and installing a new gas valve for proper function of the heater and adjusting venting height per code which was not included in the quote) and then a little further by raising the height of my water heater vent (which was not even part of the project but needed to be done).

I would recommend the guys at Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone who wants great, professional service at a reasonable price. These guys will take care of you.

Nathan was real professional, and polite, he came in ask questions about the problem, left for about 30 minutes to get part for my bathroom faucet in the tub. He installed part, and finished the job. I couldn't have had a more proficient technician. The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

This company was contracted through a warranty service. There was three separate interactions, and all three of them resulted in a waste of time. For example, the first time they were supposed to come out in the a.m., however, they showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon. The next time they were supposed to come out, they ended up calling me at the very last minute of the window to tell me they didn’t have the right parts. This last time they were supposed to show up in the a.m., but they showed up in the p.m. again, and to make matters worse when I open up my garage to coordinate their repairs when I went into the garage, I caught them working without them telling me. they claim they tried to call me to tell me they were running late and they also claimed they knocked on the door however, both don’t match up with my experience. Long story short they did a good job but they’re terrible at communicating.

After paying $80 for a quote to fix my heater, we were told it was going to cost around $600 to fix, and that may or may not fix the issue. When my husband came home that night, he found the damper had slipped, or been out of place, causing the heater to sense it was overheating. He put the damper where it should be, reset the heater, and now it's working fine. Glad I did not go with the $600 fix when it was just the damper needing moved.

Mario worked very hard to help me with my cooler. He literally went up and down the ladder at least 50 times! JP personally called me later to ensure I was satisfied.

Also, Michael came to fix a problem (my roofers had spay foamed over the air inlet valve for the cooler), and found and fixed the problem along with rewiring and installing a new thermostat. Great work! They cam right away when I called and gave me excellent service.

Responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.
