Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Charles was sent to help out with our new toilet and was very professional and friendly. We had an emergency and Charles showed up within an hour, found the problem right away and fixed it in 10 minutes!!

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.
