After an unfortunate mishap my salon was left without hot water. Luckily MGP Mechanical was the first call we made. They were able to come out same day. And the guys were great. They were able to get it up and running and went above and beyond to make it happen the same evening so we weren’t without hot water for longer than we needed to be. Will definitely be using and recommending them from now on.

I scheduled an appointment to have my water heater cleaned and they did not call and cancel the appointment when they decided to cancel it on their end without me being informed. I saw them go by and no one told me anything until I called. Do not send me notices in the mail about your services when you are not able to perform them!!!!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

This was our second time having 4 Star Mechanical do work at our home and we will definitely be calling them again! They are no nonsense, very knowledgeable, get the work done in a timely manner, very reasonable hourly rate, just overall great people to deal with! Thanks again 4 Star for fixing our leaking shower pipes and replacing the broken shower fixtures!

We had two AC units and a furnace installed in the spring of 2021. The installation was performed by two very young , but nice technicians. Unfortunately we have had 3 issues since the installation. The issues while under the first year of warranty were addressed rather quickly. However the plaster repair for water damage and rerouting wiring was never repaired. I ended up repairing it myself. Recently our upstairs a/c unit stopped functioning. Since then we have had at least four different attempts , over 4 weeks without an identifiable cause. Finally the supervisor came out. He informed us that it is well known that the batch of Amana units which we have are known to be defective. It seems like the initial technicians should have known about this but instead performed multiple unnecessary expensive tests. So far we have rearranged our schedules numerous times in order for one of us to be home when a technician comes out. So far they have canceled on us at the last minute a couple times. this company has a wonderful reputation, which is why we chose to trust them. So Going into the 3rd summer with a “relatively brand new” system, I’m quite disappointed to report that it’s not working.

Called Plumbing Express because we had a blocked pipe somewhere in my house. Steve sent out a competent plumber (Dion) who unfortunately had to work in a tight space in a hot garage to snake the line out. When I called, Steve spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem to ensure that the proper equipment would be with the plumber when the plumber arrived. In addition to snaking the drain Dion installed a clean out in the pipe that needed work for future issues. I also found Dion to be a good communicator about what was happening and answered a few questions I had about the plumbing in other areas of my house. I called Steve at about noon and the issue was resolved about three hours later. I knew up front before committing to working with Plumbing Express the hourly rate charged. I appreciate knowing that detail so I knew what to expect at the end of the work.
Lastly, this is a NM licensed (#380321), insured, and bonded organization. So when you do business with them you can be assured that you are in fact working with a professional in their field.

Do yourself a favor and go with a professional outfit. Not only did they use parts that were not up to code, they left a huge mess. In the end, I decided to call another plumber and I'm glad I cut my losses.
