Rocketman scheduled a visit to provide an estimate for some plumbing work in my home. The technician was friendly and the estimate was reasonable. Unfortunately Rocketman Plumbing dropped the ball from there. Bottom line: they scheduled an appointment, which required me to be away from work for 4 hours, but couldn't get a tech to show up in the 4 hour service window they gave me. To make matters worse, I wasn't even told that the technician was running behind until I called to see what was going on with only 20 minutes left in the service window. I couldn't afford to take more time away from work, so I agreed to having the the job done later in the evening, but was told nearly 45-minutes later that it wasn't going to happen after all. Frankly, I expected more from this company. I will be going with someone else and would encourage you to consider doing the same.

My water heater stopped working on Sunday during this artic blast. I called Monday morning and they scheduled a tech for noon. Tech Ryan made it by at 10:30am. He cleaned up and checked my old heater and was able to get it to relight. He gave me a quote to replace my old system which is badly needed. Ryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate B. Carlson's professionalism.

Friendly, professional and local family owned. I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. Thank you Central, we recommend this company and their number is one you want to have on hand if you own a home.

I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of the new refrigerated air/heating unit beginning with Micah and lead technician Joe Kissinger who was very personable and professional. Joe was methodical and thorough at each step of the process and communicated his knowledge to me along the way that gave me comfort and assurance to the quality of the installation performed. Well done!

We needed a water heater ASAP and they got it scheduled and installed so fast. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Techs were timely and did a good job with the install. I understand getting professionals to do work is expensive and rightly so but I was surprised at the cost of the valve. I searched and found similar valves for a tenth of the cost. I would recommend Wagner for other jobs.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

Called them after another company didn't fix the problem. The guy was nice and it seems they fixed the problem. They were really late but no biggy, that's normal it seems with service companies - 3-5 was scheduled. Here for about an hour. Cost just under $140. Mostly labor.

I endeavored to change the faucet in my daughter's bathroom on my own, but got frustrated halfway through the process and needed professional help. Ben from JP's was Awesome! He finished installing the drain pipe (the point at which I gave up) and he doubled checked the work I had completed to ensure there would be no leaks. Great company, great service, and they show up on time!

Plumbing Express has helped me out when the bigger companies had too much work on their hands. I needed a new furnace this winter and every place I checked was too much for me to afford or couldn’t come out for at least a week. The owner, Stephan, came out the next day and took care of me; in my budget and in great time. This was a cold winter and plumbing express felt like a miracle. I’d rather support small local business and I will continue to use and recommend Plumbing Express.
