I've had them out for air conditioning, heating and water leaks in the last 2 yrs and not once have I been disappointed in their services. This was my first experience using Wagner Mechanical and it was very positive! My air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening and they were able to send a technician out today to diagnose the issue. The communication and updates via text and email they provided were stellar. Jose, the technician was on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our furnace went out overnight. I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did.
He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise.
Given our experience, we can unreservedly recommend American AC & Heat.

Stephan provided excellent service! He went above and beyond by helping us out with an additional faucet problem. Stephan was prompt, professional and quick.

This company is the only one of more than half a dozen I called who actually answered the phone. They also came out the same day, knowing we were without heat. I was very happy with service and will stick with them for all my heating/AC and plumbing needs.

I’ve never dealt with company that is so unprofessional that I feel the need to write a review like this.Was originally given a quote on having the drain line for my entire house re-piped which required excavation of the crawlspace. I thought cool they seem like they cared and would get this done with no problem. The day they were to start the work the guy calls and says he can’t come. Ok so we reschedule for the following day and that’s where things started going down hill. They went out of their way to not do the work and kept coming up with excuses. The sad part is that if they would have just done what was asked the project would have been done within a few days. It’s now almost a month later and I’m still having problems with plumbing and they insist everything was completed. They also managed to hit our waterline and had to delay work because of that. Also after the supposed work was done they left my yard in a mess. We are still finding pieces of pipe all over.My wife has talked to their general manager Jeremiah Jackson and he has stopped responding to us and every time we call he is always in a meeting. We found out that our last invoice has a forged signature in the customer line indicating we accepted work. I know why they call it Signature now. I think Forged Signature is probably a more appropriate company name. Do not go with this company. Deceitful, lazy, incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever seen.

My heater wasn't working and had heard great things about Homerun plumbing and thankfully he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Diagnosed the problem and had it working within the hour. Great service and very professional. Would definitely recommend.
