I waited four days for another plumber to show up. Called Donner Plumbing at 7:00 Monday morning and a heating specialist and assistant were at my house by 9:30 a.m. Long story short... my boiler needed to be replaced. Damian, the service Plumber, was excellent. He and Ricardo, his assistant kept the area clean and were very conscientious, considerate, and respectful. His work was excellent and I plan to use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

What a pleasant experience it has been with ABQ Plumbing for our heating/cooling maintenance! Always friendly, efficient, job professionally done with a reasonable price. Pam is wonderful, and would love for her to be back in fall. She shows me pictures of the cooler, so I know what's going on and what to expect with no surprises. They should have more than 5 🌟!

Mike runs a very professional outfit. He has done a complete hvac replacement for me and most recently saved me a bunch of money on some duct work. He is not afraid to dive into a dirty and tough job ( see pic).

Alexa is the worst customer service representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She was unable to hear my frustrations about her having her tech turn off my cooling WITHOUT any authorization and would yell at me and hung up on me twice! Despite me telling her I recorded these conversations, she claims she never hung up. I would LOVE to have the owner/boss of this business contact me to have these recordings sent over.

I had American Flame AF-4000 fireplace controls replaced by Daniels H&A. The controller failed after less than 60 days during the summer when they were only used for demonstration purposes. Daniels did not assist in solving this problem in any way what so ever...beware.

Fixed my heating and air condoning. Have been having problems with it and they came up with the solutions to keep it fixed. Chad and Jeremy did a five star job.

Bodie was very prompt and professional, but most importantly he was upfront and honest. Very reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend.
