Called this company because we needed work on our water heater. Not only were they able to get a tech out next day, it was a WAY better deal, and was going to able do it same day!!

Roto-Rooter was going to charge us $1000+ for a part replacement, as well not being able to fix it till next week.

Sadly the only reason we didn't use the company is because our landlord opted to use another company. If it were our choice, Motherroad would have been the way to go!!!

Excellent service from the point of making the appointment all the way through the execution of the service. The company was able to get someone out to assess the issue the same day I called. Once the issue was identified the part was ordered and put in the following day once the part arrived. Josh provided the service. He was efficient, professional and very informative. He educated me on how to maintain my system to help extend the life. If you need some plumbing work completed turn to Wagner for excellent service.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I have an area of our house that is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter so we finally decided to look into getting a Mini-Split heating/cooling system. We saw a display table with information about Lennox products at our favorite Lowe's store. We signed up for an appointment later that day. Soon after, I got a phone call confirming our appointment with Dan, who is the Project Manager. A bit later I get a text message showing me a picture of Dan with a brief bio about him. Now I not only what Dan looks like, but also some information about his background. I thought that was pretty impressive. Our appointment was for 3:00. At about 2:30 I get a call from Dan saying that he was on his way to our house and his arrival time would be 3:00. Again - impressive. As it turns out I had a last minute request for an appointment. This meant my wife would be home alone and would have to deal with Dan on her own. Long story short...she texts me around 3:30 saying the appointment went great but no contract. When I arrived home she explains, that after reviewing our particular situation, Dan advised her that a Mini-split system would not be a good solution in the room where we were hoping to get it installed. He told her he could go ahead and give her the details about getting one installed but that he would not recommend it. Seriously? He turned down an opportunity to make a sale because it wouldn't be a good investment for us? Who does that anymore? I immediately emailed him and thanked him for his professional and HONEST behavior. He responded, thanking me for my kind words and added, I am just lucky to work for company that values ethics and encourages us to be perfectly transparent with our customers, especially when a potential sale is involved. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is why I am writing this review! I plan to spread the word about Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing every chance I get. This is just the beginning!

Bodie is a true professional! He has done 3 big projects for our home, and all have been great experiences! The most recent was a new swamp cooler and the project got complicated but Bodie figured it out and stuck to the quoted price. Couldn't recommend this locally owned company more!!!!!!!

Western has handled numerous issues for us and have some great technicians who are prompt, polite and professional.
