Best Emergency Heat Pump Repair in Albuquerque NM

My original review is listed below, but I’m happy to say that I was refunded the service fee of $182 with tax. Kevin called me and apologized for the additional charge. I appreciate that the company took responsibility and was fair with me. 5 stars ⭐️ thanksHad them come fix a leaking reverse osmosis faucet they installed a month ago. Note that we already paid well over a thousand dollars for them to install that and a water softener. There was apparently bacteria built up in the hose. They were here for 10 minutes. Shoved a screw driver in the hose to clear it then charged us another $182. Not exactly “affordable.” We’ll be calling someone else next time.

Wagner did an outstanding job and provided excellent customer service. Our toilet was leaking at the bottom and they came the same day and sent texts letting us know when they would arrive. The plumber quickly fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. He even gave us a tip that using bleach tabs in the toilet can melt the rubber around the bottom of the toilet. I highly recommend Wagner for your plumbing needs!

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

JP Plumbery is by far the best plumbing and HVAC contractor in Albuquerque. They provide prompt estimates and preform all work in a professional manner. We use them on residential and commercial projects and they always finish on time and on budget. As a project manager, I would not recommend anyone else.

Avoid them like the plague! Failed to test the AC after installation and my house rattled like a penny in a tin can the first time I turned it on. They put an air intake 10 feet from the kiva fireplace in my casita and it filled the house with smoke - they said they didn't think I would use the fireplace after the heater/ac was installed (?!?!?) The only remaining air intake in the house is 1/2 inch too small for me to buy standard sized filters and so I have to special order them. They told me Wednesday they would be here at 8 AM Friday to service the unit - then called at 7:50 AM to tell me it would be 10 AM. I am so done with Daniels!
