Carr Plumbing did work at my neighbors house and hit the electric line then had to run I new line to the transformer coming through my yard. Yard was torn up for over 6 months before finally coming back out to fix the mess. The fix was to just throw grass seed on top of the trench of dirt that was left. Grass did come up, but the yard is so rough and unlevel it's difficult to mow. Granted I have not called to complain, but would have thought since I wasn't the customer they would have made my yard like it was before.

It's interesting you're responding to my review 5 years later, clearly shows you don't care about your customers. We used your company (5 years ago now) and it was a horrible experience. You said you were going to come out and never did. Then you finally came out and didn't fix the problem but charged us anyway. We had to hire another company to fix the problem. Terrible customer service and company. Do not use.

Never met Patrick or spoke with him and he shows up on my door step demanding payment and if I didn't pay him he threatened to get a foreclosure on my house. Not once did I receive a bill or phone call from him. I wasn't even the one who hired him. Very unprofessional.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

I worked with Willy and had a great experience. He called 30 minutes in advance to prepare me for his arrival. He was upfront about pricing and after diagnosing the problem gave me several options to choose from. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision or do unnecessary work. Later I was able to get a hold of him on the first call to ask questions about submitting a claim to insurance. I will continue to use and will highly recommend!
