Had them come out to look at my AC thinking it wasn’t working because I was told by someone else that if something was wrong with the furnace you couldn’t use the ac either so thinking that I just called pd out. Hunter was very kind to explain everything to me and what he was doing and told me pretty much everything was working I felt like a dummy but it’s always better to be safe then sorry!!! Price was reasonable as well and didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg like I had to do with other companies! I will be definitely using them in the future if I need something else worked on! Thank you so much! My house is nice and cool now!!! :)

I've had David Lies plumbing come out twice in the last couple months for two separate issues. Both times had different plumbers, both were knowledgeable, experienced, and did a great repair jobup . Super professional, I'm a customer.

I heard his kids in the background as he called to let me know he would be here soon, I couldn’t be more grateful! Very courteous and professional, took less than an hour! Highly recommend!!

AC was not working. Called them late on a Wednesday after another company failed to show up, and they were here by Thursday Evening and had it fixed instantly. Ben was the service rep and he was amazing. DEFINITELY will be my first call in the future, and highly recommended. Fixed a blower issue at my residential property.

These guys are great! Another company wanted to charge us $800 to repair the AC in a house we were trying to sell. Frederick's diagnosed the problem properly and repaired it for $245 and squeezed us in before our closing on the house. From the ladies who answer the phones to the technicians to the repair manager they are all quality people who went our of their way to help us

their employees are working hard in a time manner, some business would keep it long for man hour labor but these dudes are fine

I recommend On Time Plumbing. Fair, honest reliable service. Colton came out to fix our faucet in the backyard. Colton arrived in the time given he called to let me know he was coming by. Upon arrival Colton introduced himself he was clean & very professional. Colton explained what was causing the leak gave me couple prices in case he had to cut into the house, which he did. Cleaned up the debris.Replaced the old leaky faucet & replaced with this shiny new one. Great job thanks!

Worthless sense of customer service and over priced

John and his apprentice was professional and courteous. There was a defect from the factory and they repaired it under warranty. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered and they were fast once the parts arrived.

5 star review for the tech's that replaced the water heater they were quick, professional, and efficient. Office staff was awesome as well coordinating with the home warranty company for a quick replacement.
