Our Heater and AC went out in May 2021. We were paying over $500 per month on electric as our home is all electric. Once we replaced the units our electric bill dropped almost $300. They have amazing customer service and will be honest with you instead of trying to constantly up sell you. Just a wonderful experience for a terrible situation. Would highly recommend them!!

I called Integrity last night at 8pm. Within minutes someone messaged to say a tech would contact me in the morning. They were to my home fixing my AC by 7:15am. I am so grateful to this company. Anytime I call them they quickly get to my home and fix this issue. I highly, highly recommend this company❤️

Though he did get the job done. (I wish I could remember his name) He was rude to me, my mom, and my dad. Plus guy spoke very quiet, and mumbling, and got annoyed when I couldn't hear him... I'm 20% deaf, this guy couldn't be bothered to talk clearly. Never using Integrity lol service again.

Keith helped me with electric work and also made sure to take care of all of my needs and made sure everything was how I wanted it! I definitely plan to use them again!
