Love Reddi Industries. Called Dennis (my go to guy at Reddi) and he told me to call the office and set up an appointment. Within the hour I had Devin out at my house and he figured out what was wrong with our water heater and had it fixed quickly and easily so our family had warm water. Thanks Devin at Reddi!

Service man came out and told us we needed a new hot water heater. Gave us an estimate for over $1300. After he left, my husband fixed it. A sensor was dirty. Only good thing was they don't charge a service call fee.

My most recent experience was with Dave fixing my broken ac. He fixed it quick and gave me a great explanation of what was wrong. Every time I need them they are always responsive and helpful. So far I have used Reddi for garage doors, plumbing, hvac, and sprinkler systems between my house and businesses. (I should include Sarah and the rest of the admin staff are a great part of the success in the company as well!)

The company itself is okay. We have used them before and the technician that came out was very professional. But on 1/2/21 Tech #50021 DEMARA - FRANK Service Date: 01/02/2021 came and was supposed to give an estimate for why our bathtub was not getting hot water. He never gave me a price but fixed it anyway and then charged 163.xx. I wasn't prepared to pay because it was only an estimate but I spoke with quality assurance Susie who did work with me, which she should not have had to do. The tech lied and said he discussed price with me when he did not. They have stopped with getting signed approval because of COVID, so I hope they do bring that back because I feel like he took full advantage of not having my signature to adjust the anti-scald. I was not given a choice to use their services. I do want to thank Susie because I did lose it on her and yelled and I apologized but I was just really upset with the tech. Unless they bring back having to have signatures to approve of work, I will not be using them in the future. COVID or not. Quality assurance was quick to respond which I appreciated.

A service call was made and the technician arrived on Sunday evening. I had a meeting to go to so I credit card paid in advance. 30 minutes later the tech called back and said the line was too full of roots and feared the cable would get stuck. After being charged $216 dollars and knowing that I was not happy with the service, Tommy Stevens, the owner, called me and credited back my charge. After discussing the difficult situation with him, and knowing that they have helped me before, they would still be a great company to call on. Thanks Tommy!

We needed to have the furnace sealed to prevent air from attic and crawl space to enter the duct system. The repairman, Jason, was knowledgeable, efficient and did the job in one morning. Our home is so comfortable now. I have used Reddi in the past and will keep using them.

Cody who works for Wichita KS air conditioning & heat came before time but tried to call me first. I was amazed to the professional wisdom that came from this young man. He worked to link into the clues for our problems and solutions for better air flow. Before Cody I had been told that our vents were better to have big filters. Nobody ever told us that is was hindering our air flow. He thoroughly cleaned our AC and kindly informed me along the way. He was excellent. Thanks

Had a service scheduled a week out for 12-2 on Monday to fix a fireplace igniter.They called at 1 the day of to cancel because they don’t have techs that are capable of working on fireplaces. They were rude and unprofessional. Too many other, better options to choose from for any service they try to provide.

Technician Dean communicated his eta, worked diligently to assess my request for a rain sensor replacement, asking me where I wanted it located to be easily accessible, as well as aesthetically pleasing. He took his time checking all my sprinkler heads, repositioning them to be more effective and teaching me about how to watch to see when one is ready to be replaced. He went over the operation of my new rain sensor and was very helpful and easy to understand. I will ask for Dean from now on because I feel he was the most professional Reddi irrigation technician I have had. Thank you, Dean.

I called this company mid-afternoon on 7-22-2020 they told me someone would call me before the end of the day, they did not call so I called them early morning on 7/23/2020 to inquire and was told that they had tried to call me but I did not answer, I confirmed the phone number they had for me which was my cell and it was correct, they did not call me. She then told me she would have someone call me once again, remember, this was early morning and as of one and a half days later I have not heard from them. I have used this company before and was OK with previous experience but extremely unhappy now as they have caused me a several day delay in getting my necessary repair started as I waited for them and finally realized they were just not interested in my particular job. Would have been much better for me if they would have just told me upfront that they did not want to do this so I could have moved on.

David F has always been excellent in his previous service calls at my residence and did that as well on today’s call. Courteous, friendly throughout his time while proficiently performing his tasks as well as addressing my questions. David is very knowledgeable and just plain leaves me with total confidence that my system is functioning well. Bring David to your next appointment and you will see such High quality performance. Alex came out found my sprinklers that were bad called with estimate finished job he then text me that he closed gates, locked doors ect..this is exactly why I use them.

Kenneth did a fantastic job! With 100° weather, 86° in the house, we were very concerned about our elderly parent inside. 30 minutes and we had air again! He was our hero today for sure!

The two men that came out fixed the problem quickly, but they were also quick to leave without any explanation of service, just a quick bill. When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.

I was trying to hire them to do a clean out on my mobile home . They ended up breaking my clean out and then trying to charge me again to install another one. I just want them to fix what they broke or did not install correctly to begin with. So I guess I’m going to have to go to the courthouse this week and get the civil court involved just get what they broke or did not install correctly fixed. Horrible experience . I’ll never use this company again. Also they left their trash underneath my trailer as picture shows as well.

Great company! The gentleman got here early (bonus!) and had our heater taken care of in just a few minutes. Super polite, fast, and very knowledgeable. Price was way under what we thought we were going to pay. Love these guys, will definitely use again.

Dennis was at the house slightly ahead of his scheduled time frame which was fine with us. Our kitchen sink and one of our bathrooms sinks backed up today while doing laundry. I knew exactly what was wrong and where the clog was it has happened in the past. Dennis was a new person for us so I told him what the situation was. It had been five years since we had a problem with this area. He was here about 45 minutes and saved the day. Our drain is working great now. Thanks Dennis.

Received excellent service from Devin Self. He promised I would have running water on Tuesday and he kept that promise. He was very professional. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I had an issue with my garage door... I called and Cody came out and fixed my issue, and the lubricated my door, and gave me a can of lubricant with instructions on when and how! Great service!

Cody-man who serviced my garage door did a great job. He communicated with me to keep me updated on his arrival to my house. His actions showed me that he is a good worker and gets things done. I appreciated that even though it was late in the day, Cody was still able to commit to fixing my door.I was a bit surprised regarding the cost to do general maintenance on my garage door but this doesn't reflect on Cody but with the company.

I had multiple issues with my sprinkler system and Dean Nestor was able to diagnose, make suggestions and repair my system - even in the dark - for a fair price. He was very knowledgeable and I will highly recommend him and request him in the future.

I do want to voice a concern I had with the service done on our septic tank. When we were trying to isolate the issue, I had two techs come out. They needed to dig up the septic lid to see if the tank needed to be pumped. While taking off the lid it was broken into pieces. I said that was fine, just replace the lid and fill in the hole when you're finished. I came home from the hospital to find the below picture. Broken lid, hole not filled in and job not finished. I called and asked what the plan was and was told Reddi isn’t responsible for damage done to septic system? Really? And if I wanted a new lid, I could go get one myself and fill in the hole, myself, OR the techs could come back with a lid for around $50. I said you guys need to do it as I am very busy and quite frankly, thats part of the job Im paying for. The techs then came back two or three more times, once with the wrong lid and finally with the right lid and finally got everything put back together as it was. My wife then informs me they didn’t charge me $50 as quoted over the phone but $125!!!! THREE TIMES THE QUOTE!! Now I have no intentions of paying the remainder of the bill. Buyer beware, Get all Reddi Industries quotes in writing.

I suspected my septic tank was full, but admitted ignorance in the matter. Called around and left messages at several places. Reddi Industries answered and put me through to a guy there who took the time to lay out the facts. Super helpful toward my making an informed decision. Thanks Tyler!

Zack was able to clear the blockage, which happened to have been a bunch of roots, and had the sewer back to normal very quickly.

Came home today to my refrigerator not working!! Terrible smell.Called Action Appliance. Kim great lady told me what to use to help get the smell out of the refrigerator. Dana awesome Tech came to the house, found the problem, found the part, went and got it and installed it. Super service. Didn’t know the company is now Reddi Industries. I arrived home from an out of town trip to a freezing home (internal temp read 52 degrees). It was 6 pm on a Friday evening in December and Jason from Reddi came out and was able to quickly evaluate the situation. He made phone calls to obtain the parts and had it quickly installed the next afternoon. 24 hours after diagnosing the issue, my house was back to a comfortable temperature. Jason was very friendly and personable I would recommend Reddi to anyone!

Annual maintenance on a/c. I will request David Furlong to service my system when scheduling for future service. Very professional as well as knowledgeable. David kept me informed as to what he was doing and answered my questions.

Your so called plumber was a liar , very dishonest , never figured out the real issue .. all he wanted to do was sell me an entire full house repipe.If he had actually got into the crawl space to look and figure it he would have known what was going on.I’ll be sure to let my church know and the small town city I live in to never use this company or use that David guy ever again.

I have used their plumbing and air conditioning services for the last few years and they have always been top notch and their prices are very competitive. Their staff have always been professional. They haven't done any quick/bad fixes which necessitate follow-up visits. The get the job done and they get the job done correctly. And they are always fast and prompt. They were on time. Access to the basement was not easily accessible. They had to carry the machine down but were able to clean the sewer in a quick manner. They made sure to clean up and were polite. They explained what they were doing and what the clog was. I really appreciated their effort.

Frank and Aaron were Awesome techs!!! They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Frank took his time to explain what the initial service problem was with our old water heater and the benefits of replacing it with a new, up to code and more efficient water heater. It took them about two hours from start to finish, how amazing is that since they had to deal with stairs and a basement! I really appreciated both men being aware of keeping things neat, clean and tidy!!! I also want to say thanks for their treating our dog so kindly. We always have a good experience with Reddi, but David Gutierrez was so great I had to mention him by name. Thoughtful, thorough, patient with all our questions, fast & good worker, and just an all around great guy! He replaced a bathtub drain pipe in our basement and installed a toilet. We plan on asking for him by name when we have more drain lines replaced in the near future.

Had a slow draining sink in our rental property. Called Reddi and they came out a few hours later. The tech, Dennis, was great and even though we ran into a few issues due to the layout of plumbing he was able to get it to start to drain. Later that night the renter noticed the sink was still draining slow. Called Reddi back and Dennis called back back right away. He came back out and worked on the issue again. He used a camera this time and found the clog.Quick reply from the Reddi to resolve the issues. And the tech was very professional. Will use again if ever run into another plumbing issue.

Weston was amazing. Went above and beyond to accommodate us today! I work night shift and after setting him up Weston agreed to close our garage door once he was finished so I could go back to sleep. Our winterization is complete, thank you!

We have used Reddi and Overhead Door at my company. Their service is so good, I decided to start using them personally.

Called the after hours AC line on a Saturday evening. Dispatcher said she couldn’t get a hold of the tech. He showed up the next morning around 10 am and said he “was too tired to come out.” Then proceeded to tell me how I needed a brand new ac unit. My unit was replaced in 2009, so less than 10 years old. I had a second opinion and all he did to fix the unit was replace the capacitor, a $15 part. This company is dishonest, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Dennis Witsell for the company did the proper recommendation for us and completed the job in record time. Prompt on schedule and cleaned up any mess. We are very satisfied and plan to keep his business card for future use. Thanks Dennis.

Had my home's AC repaired 0n 06-30-18, they provided me same day service. They returned call as promised. Professional staff. Technician was on time and called me before he was on his way to the home. The Technician diagnosed and caught the air condition problem quickly. Explained me the problem. The technician was competent and knowledgeable. I did the same repair previously, but Reddi Industries did the work for less cost (very reasonable price). Very satisfied with the quality of work. I Will call them again in future if I need any other AC/HVAC service.

On 2/17/19, Sunday, my son and his family came over for a visit. While they were here, we were not aware that their 5 year old had flushed a rubber ball down the toilet. All we knew was that after they had left, the toilet was not operating properly. I placed a call to Reddi Plumbing at 6:50 that evening. They were extremely quick in sending out one of their plumbers, Luke, who found out that there was a rubber ball trapped in the toilet after spending a good half hour working to get it out. My thanks to Luke and Reddi Plumbing!

Garage door service. Very prompt and courteous. Fixed our issues and made suggestions about how to continue with food maintenance. Excellent service!

Had a garage door spring replaced at 7 PM in less than 30 minutes. Technician, Michael M., was extremely quick and provided lots of good information about how to keep garage doors maintained.

Tech#18027 Bird - Michael arrived at our home this morning to preform our A/C check up and performed a very through inspection of the Air Condition System. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable.
We would highly recommend him to anyone needing services.

The plumber came out, fixed main the issue, however a cap was leaking when he was done. He replaced it and left without testing it. It's still leaking. We immediately called back about the issue after being unable to catch him before he left. We called right away and got told we would have to wait until the morning. I again reiterated that he had just been here a few minutes prior, and our sewage line is still leaking every time we flush the toilet because he didn't double check his work, but assured us he fixed it. The woman on the phone said we'd just have to wait until morning, at which time I can talk to their employee who handles customer complaints. We just spent $500 to go from having one problem, to a different one, and still can't use our toilet. Completely unacceptable.

We had our garage door go down late morning and Zac from Reddi Industries Overdoor was at our home within a few hours and had us fixed up in no time. He was very professional and knew exactly what was wrong the moment he saw the garage door opener and fixed the issue in no time. This company has done other outstanding jobs for us and will definitely recommend them and will continue to use them if we're in the need for their services.

Our central air stopped working on a Friday night. By Saturday morning the house was 89 degrees inside. We called Reddi Industries and a technician came to the house and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. We were treated very well and Reddi met our needs exceptionally well. This is a great company!

They were here within an hour or so, and the tech Jason diagnosed the problem immediately and provided me a quick fix - so we are cool again in this Kansas heat.

Cole Center was very honest and did not try to sell me more than I needed, since I was putting in a new furnace. He was efficient and timely. Cole is an excellent heating and air conditioning professional.

Kenneth Baty has been providing semi annual maintenance for my furnace and air conditioning units for several years. He has always been thorough. My furnace is an old one but continues to provide efficient heating and the air conditioner provides good cooling as needed which I feel is partially due to this maintenance program. Kenneth provides clear explanations about what he has found during the examinations of my equipment. He has always been punctual for the scheduled appointments.

Came out same day, had what he needed to resolve it that day, informative, worked with our home warranty company on payment, very kind and friendly towards myself and our kids. I would call them again! Highly recommend Zack as a technician.

Craig Dugan of Reddi Overhead Door called me in advance to let me know he was on his way.Upon arrival he introduced himself and promptly reviewed the situation.Upon acceptance of his proposal and estimate, Craig immediately set to work.He also reviewed many things on the doors, lubricated various parts, checked the function of the doors, and made necessary safety adjustments as he would as if they were his doors. That was much appreciated.Craig exemplified someone who takes pride in his work and is an asset to his company.I strongly recommend that he be entered into the rewards program and contest.

I've used Reddi for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. They always show up on time and prepared to handle the problem. They are respectful and they present themselves well and always explain what they are going to do and what they have done. They explain the charges clearly too!

Our A/C went out on July 2nd. I called about 5 PM and got ahold of Reddi who just started selling Trane units as ours was 22 years old. They came out yet that night, quoted a new unit, and installed it the next day on July 3rd. Less than 24 hours. WOW.. Workmanship was fantastic and courteous installer. Would give them a 6!!!

We called Reddi on a Friday afternoon about our broken heater. Their technician, Cody Wickham, arrived later that same afternoon with no appointment necessary. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to us exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, and then took precisely the 35 minutes he said he needed to go and get a replacement part. Cody returned right on time, immediately got to work, and had our heater back up and running smoothly before 6 PM that same Friday. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. This company tried to overcharge us for a plumbing job. Got a second quote that was only a fourth of what reddi was going to charge. Other company was a well qualified licensed plummer not sure reddi's guy even knew what he was talking about. Disappointed because we had used them before and were very happy with that experience. We will never call Reddi again had some other services scheduled cancelled all appointments.

The owner reached out on this issue and helped come up with a solution. They were very proactive and appreciate their customer service on the matter. I will continue to utilize Reddi for servicing our HVAC units moving forward.

Called (6) plumbers and heard the same thing. “3-5 days before we can get there”. Called Reddi and they called me back with in the hour and had Frank on site an hour later. Frank had our new water heater installed in three hours (that includes a 45 min trip to get the new one).Guarantee I never call (6) plumbers again. First call goes to Reddi and the second call is to Frank to make sure he gets the call.

I am very happy with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the technicians who recently unclogged my house's sewer line. It's an old house with its normal issues, and frankly I was becoming tired of waiting for people to arrive only to be offered a make-do solution. I guess I just hadn't given Reddi Industries, and particularly Adam. a chance to see what needed to be done. They were prompt, clean, uncomplaining, polite, conscientious and interested in both this house and its history. More important, I do truly feel I got a fair deal. While there are many tasks which I know I am fully capable of performing in regards to household maintenance, I also recognize there comes a point where it is cheaper and smarter to rely on a professional. I recommend that anyone at least consider Reddi for any home maintenance need. As long as they empower their field personnel to make decisions on the spot and proceed accordingly the will be your best choice.

David Albaugh came to my house within 30 minutes of me calling into Reddi - my garage door was fixed within another 30 minutes. So fast, done right. David is great!

DO NOT USE.Buyers used Reddi to scope a line on the house i was selling. Technician (Adam B.) was inexperienced an said i needed my line replaced:$3K; but he would not truly know if it was an issue until he dug, by that time most of the $3k would already be incurred. He already was staking my yard as if he had the job. This almost costs me the deal on my house. I hired an independent plumber and said my line was in good condition for 45-60 yrs. and that it needed minor root treatment. DO NOT USE REDDI.

New Years Eve, I called at 3pm and had person at my house shortly after 5pm. Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing. Still had my info from 2014, took my credit card and emailed me a receipt immediately with a one year guarantee.

I have used Reddi Industries for my irrigation system maintenance for two years now. I will award one star for the excellent service provided by Dean in the year 2021. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things about our system.My experience this year, 2022, has been very disappointing. I had my sprinkler startup in April by Jerry, including my back flow inspection. I received a final notice letter in July from the city saying that my back flow has not be inspected and is due by 7/22. My wife called Reddi on 7/11 and the person on the phone said it would be taken care of. Was told by the city on 7/13 that they still don't have records. My wife has called Reddi again on 7/13, 7/14, 7/15, and 7/18 to follow up on each persons promise to rectify the problem. The city still does not have records of our inspection. Eddy, Olivia, and Jennifer have all picked up the phone and fallen short of seeing this through. At this point I have paid Reddi for a service that was not provided. It's disappointing that in today's phone call they refused to send a technician out to redo the inspection.I do not recommend Reddi's services for future needs.

My house air conditioner quit working at 10:30 PM on a very hot night. I have a medical condition and need to be out of the heat. I called Reddi and they sent out technician Kenneth Baty within a hour. Kenneth was very professional and explained to us what was wrong with the air conditioner and that he was able to fix it Tonight. He had the part on his service vehicle. Kenneth had my air conditioner running within 45 minutes. I will be using Reddi Industries and Kenneth Baty for all of my heating and air conditioning from now on. Thank you again Kenneth and Reddi

First Westin went came out and got our system set for the summer and suggested some ways to make our water more efficient. Great job!Then Westin recommended that Seth work on our backflow because ours is different because of the hill our house sits on. Again great communication and great work.5 Stars for both of them!!!

Called and was scheduled for same day service. Jacob called an hour ahead of time and asked if he could come then or if he should wait. Off to a great start!! He came in, had the toilet fixed and put back in place within an hour! Then....he broke it. He assured me I wouldn't be charged for ANYTHING but that day's service. I was then scheduled for the following day. Again. Jacob was an hour ahead of schedule. He came in, fixed the toilet, and even let my kids stand over his shoulder and watch, answering every one of their questions as he went along. He was the most courteous and kind plumber I've ever met. When I need Reddi again, I will absolutely be asking for him!!

We needed an opener for our garage door. David came out, assessed the situation, gave us some options, and we went with the key fob and another one for the car. He was great. So very professional and nice. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them, and him, again.

Service man was very professional. Very honest and knew exactly what he was doing. Use to use Cook's as my service. Had them out many of times. They never pulled the inspection plate on the coils. Reddi man pulled inspection plate and found 19 years of build-up. Cleaned the system. Checked everything else. Reddi just became my go to for all services.

Friday morning, we awoke to a broken garage door spring. For us, a broken spring was a major problem. We couldn’t open our double steel door with that broken spring. The first place we called couldn’t get to us until Monday. Then we called Reddi and spoke to the dispatcher, who called us back a few minutes later with great news. A tech would come between 2-4 PM!Tech Michael McDonald arrived on time and soon had our door in excellent working condition again. Tech Michael was polite, friendly and skilled. He was our hero that day.

Service was on time (early, even), professional, and efficient. I appreciated the explanation of everything he was fixing and tips on how to complete preventive maintenance.

Zach Beden did an EXCEPTIONAL job fixing our VERY broken garage door. He was very professional and polite. I wasn't sure it could be fixed and he was so encouraging that it could be. I had a bad leak in my sprinkler system. Water was pouring into street, I had the wichita water company come out the next day, they left a note on my door that I needed to call a lawn sprinkler company to turn my system off to stop the leak... you think they could of done that.. but no... hours going by and at least 3 calls ...I could not get anyone out here... I got the number for Reddi from another source ... they were out here in 30 minutes, got the line turned off and then back to fix it the next day. Becca helped me on the phone and set up the appointments she was amazing!!!The best service I have had in years!!!!!!

Responded quickly to quote what needed repaired. Turns out it was the line from the city water to the house. They were able to come back and repair within 2 days. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is due to leaving the yard they dug up a mess. They did not attempt to tamp down the dirt. Even the city tamped down the area they dug up and placed new grass in the area too. Reddi unfortunately left the loose dirt. I would have said something before they left but they didn’t notify me when they were done/leaving. I was a little annoyed with this too since I left the garage door open for them to access the house. Will update this review if they return.

My garage door wouldn’t open. Called Reddi Overhead Door. In about 15 minutes Cody arrived. He was friendly, obviously punctual, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and was on his way.
I’ll definitely call them again when needed.

We found a water leak in the basement ceiling and called Reddi Industries, Michael Chetwood came out at 10 PM and after looking at sink and dishwasher knew the leak was coming from a copper pipe in the ceiling. He had to cut a small hole in the ceiling and you could see the the small pinhole in the pipe. He was very good about keeping the floor clean and using towels to limit the amount of additional water after cutting the pipes. If I ever need plumbing services again I will ask for Michael Chetwood

Weekend call for the sewer line plugged up & they said maybe 9pm but they were able to come by 7. Very clean and professional. Cleaned out a football size clump of tree roots. Billy did a great job

Terrible service, tried for three days to get these people out to repair a sprinkler system. Finally got them to commit to a day and time. They never showed up or called. I called them back and they said the technician had called in sick and could they reschedule for the following monday. Very unprofessional, should have at least received a call to let me know they were not able to come. Will not recommend nor attempt to use them again. Waited around for 3 hrs for nothing.

I was referring to this company as part of a home warranty. It took 10 minutes from calling the Home Warranty company for ready to respond to me via phone. They were on scene Within an hour and be able to repair my garage door opener so that I could park my vehicle in my garage. They have all the parts they needed without knowing what they were getting into. The person who showed up to do the repair was kind knowledgeable and did a great job!

Zach B. was my service tech and he did a fine job. An appointment was scheduled and they gave me a two hour window. I appreciated the fact that he called me prior to coming and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He showed up within that time and immediately found the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the cause of the issue, what it would cost to fix, and an estimated time it would take him to complete the job. He was done within that time. He gave me the option to pay now or receive a bill. I was pleased with the results and would definitely call them again for any future issues with my garage door.

We recently had Dennis come out and help with a plumbing issue. We thought we just had a clogged drain but found out that the main line under the house had a major clog. Dennis clean the main line under the house and from house to city connection. We have our main line on the city side cleaned on a regular schedule but never considered cleaning the lines under the house there was so much stuff that came out from the years of build up! I had some issues with my sprinkler system not watering in my beds and causing one of my large bushes to brown from lack of water. Jeffrey Renner looked over everything and added a spray to the hose system so the bush could get more water as it grows larger. Additionally, he fixed some broken heads and ensured all were working properly.He was extremely professional and knowledgable.

Michael Jimenez truly is a hero to our family. The hot water heater at our house quit working on a Friday days before the Christmas holiday. After calling numerous plumbers – half of whom did not answer and the other half said they were unable to come out until the day after Christmas – Reddi Industries was instantly available. Michael arrived as promised on Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. His initial assessment was that the pilot assembly needed to replacement but also that, because of the water heater’s age, he also recommended a complete replacement. Unfortunately, the home warranty company only authorized replacement of the pilot assembly. Michael diligently attempted to explain the situation to the home warranty company, but to no avail. Michael also informed us that only one store in the city carried the necessary part and that it would not be open until Monday, Christmas Eve. Despite Christmas Eve being Michael’s day off, he kindly offered to sacrifice time with his family to assist a customer without hot water in the winter. Michael agreed to obtain the part first thing Monday morning and fix the hot water heater of a family he did not know, but that included a 6-month pregnant woman. True to his word, Michael arrived on Monday morning with the part and began working. Yet again, because of the age of the unit, replacing that part failed to fix the water heater. Following numerous additional calls to the home warranty company, a replacement was finally authorized – something that Michael originally recommended as the correct solution. Michael went above and beyond in this instance, which seems to be in line with his courteous, knowledgeable, and patient personality. We cannot say enough positive things about our treatment by Reddi Industries and the stupendous service Michael provided. We will not forget how he took time away from his family on Christmas Eve to help us.

We needed our air conditioner repaired and the service tech was Rude and very unhelpful. Then when we tried to work with Reddi and our home warranty, Reddi Industries blocked our calls and refused to work with us! Very poor customer service! Will not be using them again!!

Tech (Michael) called when on the way... was right on time and very courteous!! Work was done quickly!! Price came in under estimate!! Would definitely use them again!!

Reddi was convenient, quick, and very easy to work with, from initial scheduling through the completion of the work. The young man who came to do the work was friendly, efficient, helpful, and clear in his explanations and recommendations. I have been pleased with Reddi in the past, and I am quite pleased with their response and quality now.My rating would have been 5 stars except that the job (sewer line clean-out) turned out to be much more expensive than I had expected (as compared to a similar job done at a previous house). If the plumbing issue hadn't been so urgent, I would have sought to make a claim on my home insurance, had I realized what it would cost. I don't yet know if Reddi works with my home insurance company, or if a claim can be made after the fact.

Cole did a great job diagnosing and repairing our furnace. Reddi came out the same day I called for service and they have always been fast and professional. I have also used them for plumbing and garage door installation services and have been happy with those services as well.

This is our 2nd time having Reddi Overhead Door come out. The first time, replacing our garage door opener. Very reasonable cost! And they were right on it shortly after we called them.This 2nd time, we called because we found the garage door had a broken spring (that was over 20 yrs old). We could not get the door up. Needless to say our main vehicle was in the garage!My husband called them around 8 am. They called back around 8:30am. They weren't sure they could get to it, but it wasn't long before Zack called saying he was on his way. We were 45 minutes east of Wichita. We appreciated this SO MUCH. Zach got here right when he said he would and door was repaired within a short amount of time. We are so pleased with this company. I called at about 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon for a water heater leak. A little over 2 hours later I had a new water heater installed and heating. Reddi Industries has always sent someone right away when I've had a plumbing problem.

I had a plumber clean out my sewer line less than a week prior to calling Reddi. The line backed up again and I needed emergency service. Reddi sent Dennis to my property at 9pm, and he proceeded to clean the line and confirm it was good to go by running water through it for 20 minutes while running his clean out tool (the first guy was there and gone in 15 minutes). Dennis proceeded to assure me that I did not need a new sewer line (the first guy said I did). He gave me advice about how to take care of the line and make it last another 10 years (it's clay tile from the 1920's). Dennis won me over and I will definitely be calling Reddi with my future plumbing needs.

Zach Beden from Reddi Overhead Door company did an excellent job. He was here on time, called beforehand and was friendly, professional, and skilled. He quickly fixed the issue with the garage door (caused by wear and tear) and took steps to reinforce the door to help it last longer.

Our refrigerator wasn't keeping things cold or frozen. We were afraid we would have to buy a new refrigerator. my husband called Reddi and Dana was at our house diagnosing the problem--a fan that needed replacing. the next day he came and replaced the fan and the refrigerator was working fine. Dana was professional and he was also following the pandemic guidelines, which we appreciate. Also, the job was a whole lot cheaper than buying a new refrigerator.

Called to ask if they could detect small natural gas leak. Said they could. Guy comes out to my house with nothing but a flashlight in hand. He looked around for 30 minutes and decided he wanted to give me an estimate to replace gas line from outside of my house to mechanical room. Not what I asked for. Went to Home Depot instead and found a gas leak detector instead, found leak in less than 5 minutes.

Scheduled service for a service call between 5-7 for the tach to not show till 7:55 but called @ 3 to come early and wanted to charge $215.00 to snake a drain 30 feet. Over priced and poor scheduling.

Yesterday we contacted Reddie to have our water heater replaced. My wife is 64 and I am 70 and are no longer capable of being able to change the water heater in our basement. I took off work to get a water heater and have it available for the technician when he arrived. I then went back to work as the technician arrived and started the job. The problem was the technician was not able to get the water heater up or down the stairway by himself and had to have my wife assist since he didn't have any other help.The actual installation was good, but the only reason we were willing to pay to have someone do the installation is we weren't capable of doing the actual lifting and moving of the water heater which my wife ended up doing anyway.I have since been contacted by Reddie and had a positive resolution to the issue which helps maintain my previous positive experiences with their work and ethics.

David F. came out promptly when we called on a Monday morning with concerns about our furnace. He thoroughly evaluated the unit, and was very responsive to our concerns. He patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before leaving.

Mike Jimenez was the plumber for Reddi who came to check out a toilet that was leaking. We were interested in replacing two of our toilets with the ada height toilets.Mike was extremely helpful in helping us select the toilet that best met our needs. I appreciated his expertise and will definitely ask for Mike next time we have a plumbing issue.

I had repair of my garage door opener arranged with Reddi by my home warranty company. A nice gentleman named David A. came out to assess the situation and determined a new opener was needed. Reddi came on the job quickly a few weeks back when a medical emergency took homeowner out of home and plumbing emergency happened. Luke, the technician was helpful, cheerful and friendly. He got a root ball out of the sewer.Today, another plumbing emergency brought out Jeff. Jeff was also above and beyond the call of duty on his professionalism. Reddi was a great service provider (customer 9+ years), but has grown too quickly and it’s office staff cannot maturely handle anymore.We’ve called and emailed 5+ times in the last six months to have a service scheduled with no call back. Said they will schedule after we paid $80 for the original estimate. We paid that, but still no call to schedule the service after weeks.We ended up calling an alternative provider who’s quote was 1/3 Reddi’s. Recommend you consider your other options.

I needed a new sink installed, Ryan came out and diagnosed that the pipes were beyond repair and new ones would be required which was something I expected. His professionalism and work quality really made this a smooth experience. I am beyond happy with the repair and will definitely be calling Ryan again for any future plumbing needs!

Our AC unit died on Sunday (in the middle of a heat wave) and Jason was at our house to check it out at 8 AM on Monday. He was frank and honest about our options for repairing our 27 year old unit. The clear cut choice was replace the old fossil with a new and efficient model. Reddi quoted a very reasonable price. The best part is that Jason was back a couple hours later to install the new unit! He was professional and quick. By the middle of the afternoon my house was cooling down along with my stress level. David Furlong was very helpful and timely in getting my A/C diagnosed and going above and beyond helping me deal with my warranty company to get it replaced. If it wasn't for him or Reddi my family would have been without air conditioning for several weeks this summer but thankfullly we only had to deal with it for 1 week and that was American Home Shields fault. I will definitely use Reddi for my A/c and Furnace needs in the future. They were easy to get a hold of everytime I called and were very transparant with everything throughout the entire process.

I was first seen by a Lawn Sprinkler tech and the plumbing issue was beyond his ability as it was more of a plumbing problem and recommended their best plumber, Frank, and I went with that.When Frank came out he looked over the job well, made his recommendations, listened well to my thoughts and feelings about the situation (having some small plumbing experience myself) and we settled on a very good solution. He also took into account that the pipe problem was an issue from a previous Reddi repair and adjusted the price accordingly, though since I was asking him to go beyond the simple fix I did incur charges I was glad to pay as Frank did an EXCELLENT job for me!UPDATE: 8/19/2020... Wanted to thank SETH for doing a great and efficient job replacing a shower faucet. I was replacing a very old shower stall and they existing faucet was very corroded and no shutoffs, so I had him add shutoffs (Which are easily accessible from the other side of the wall in an unfinished storage room. He did quick and very good quality work.I have not had truly bad service from Reddi, and the only issue I had was dealt with professionally and with proper consideration.I recommend these guys very highly. They might not be the cheapest, but they are a great value for the quality of work done. I think enough of them I actually recommended these guys to my son who was looking for work in their area and was hired by them. I know he's in a good company. :-)

Had a hole in a pipe and water was pouring from my ceiling. Called and they were out to my place fast. Devin found the hole in the pipe in the basement ceiling and fixed it within an hour. He was fast, smart, and efficient. I will call them for all my future plumbing matters! Price was about $300 which was awesome as he had to cut out and replace a pipe. He only cut a small hole in the ceiling. Very great service!!

I called to receive help with a sprinkler system valve rebuild. Andrew called back in 15 mins and said he was en-route to me. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. On 04/22/2019, Dean Nestor, a Reddi sprinkler systems technician with very professional demeanor, checked the integrity of our sprinkler system and found a leak on the Male Adapter leading to the outlet side of PVB. His discovery of the leak and fixing the leak will save us untold dollars in unnecessary water bills due to leakage. We also asked him to cap a drip line on the north side of our home so we could use the line again in future for a bird bath, a fountain, or other water feature, etc.MOST IMPRESSIVE, HOWEVER, beyond the EXCELLENT quality of service, was how courteous and patient he was with me, a totally befuddled consumer who, never before, had been able to understand how to operate the computer that adjusts the rotor zones and schedules the clock.He took as much time as was necessary to make sure I knew how to operate the mechanism! He never once acted like my need for him to repeat explanations was an imposition or inconvenience. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN TEN YEARS OF OWNING A SPRINKLER SYSTEM THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT I TRULY UNDERSTAND HOW TO OPERATE THE SCHEDULING CLOCK! And, that’s because the Reddi technician actually treated me with respect and patience.Other companies’ service technicians in the past have, without exception, made me feel like I was an idiot. They intimidated me with their impatience, so, of course, I was too nervous to feel free to ask enough questions to be able to thoroughly understand their explanations.Even though it was already past 5:00 PM, and he had other appointments after ours, he never once acted like my need for him to repeat explanations was an inconvenience. David came to our home on time, quickly repaired our air conditioner, was very professional, and treated us cordially. We have used Welsh’s Heating and Air (now a division of Reddi) for years and we were pleased to have a familiar technician respond and do their usual great work.

Our A/C unit had a minor issue on a weekend, partly due to its age and partly due to my neglecting to change the filter often enough. Cole from Reddi called us a half hour before his arrival and showed up exactly when he said. He diagnosed the problem quickly was very good at explaining all the details of what he found. He was skilled, friendly, and professional and offered good, useful information on possible upgrades to a new unit. It's never fun to need HVAC work, but I couldn't have been more satisfied with the response I got from Cole and from Reddi in general.

We needed a complete home system, AC,Furnace and gas hot water heater. Jason and Cody from Reddi Industries came out and we couldn't be happier! Their work was meticulous and everything looks great! Had a technician out to look at a dryer that is under warranty he told me the dryer is fine it is operator error. This guy should not be talking to customers. Will never ever use this company again.

My experience was top notch from start to finish. I called late for an appointment they came out 1st thing the next morning. My service technician was prompt courteous and explained everything to me And was helpful to explain how to keep the problem from re occurring. I had many roots cleared out from my sewer line. They were so patient with a difficult to pin-point issue on my plumbing and septic. I let them know upfront that I am a single mother and couldn't afford to pay for multiple visits so they discussed everything on the phone with me before they came out. They explained my issue in full detail and followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfactory. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or septic issues!

I've been a long time customer. Unfortunately today I have to edit my 4 star review. They recently had a price increase. Rates are insanely high now. You can find someone cheaper. If you do go with them make sure you know what they are charging before they do the service. I wasn't so lucky today.Edited 9/13/19: I was contacted by the Quality Assurance Department. The lady was disappointed that I wasn't contacted in advance with a price before service was performed and said she would speak to the owner. After that all I got was a too bad, that's our rate. Have easily used them 10 - 20 times over the last several years I find it convenient after a nearly 20% price increase this was the only time they didn't call in advance to tell me the price.

Reddi has been serving my sprinkler system for a couple years now. They are timely with scheduling services. The tech who comes out is always on time and very friendly. Aaron Shofe himself deserves five stars.

Zach, the tech, was nice and did quick work once he arrived. He was great. I was given a two hour window in which I called and spoke to Craig to ensure everything was going as planned. He stated that the tech was 30 mins behind and would be here by 5 (the end of my window). Zach called and said he would be here in about 30 minutes. It was more like 45 and we are waiting to eat dinner. This happens, there are set backs in life and it is understandable. However, Craig's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Last year I tried to have the job done by them and they sent a husky fella who couldn't fit where he needed to. They never sent anyone else out. Then now, we are inconvenienced and Craig offers a 10 dollar coupon from the phone book. I have a 1 year warranty on the work that was done and that will probably be the only time I use this company again. Zach was great and that's why 3 stars... Customer satisfaction in the office with Craig who stated we are not Domino's Pizza.I'm not poor, I can afford the work, but I work with high revenue clients and know how important customer satisfaction is to a company. If you want to be talked down to, call these guys.4th and 5th stars: better communication and customer satisfaction skills in the office.

They charged me $1900 for a 30 gal natural gas hot water heater. Main floor install.

I needed HVAC help and Reddi was the first to answer my phone calls. Cole did a fantastic job of explaining every detail and giving me future advice about my system. He had everything up and running very quickly! Reddi has helped me out numerous times and I'll be calling them the next time I need anything.

I have had Kenneth perform service on my units before . He is very knowledgeable and excellent to work with.

Called for service made mid morning and appointment mad for same day late afternoon. Technicians (Mike C and Scott) called at 2pm saying they were on the way! I was impressed!! They arrived and analyzed the problem (water driven sump pump 'hammering' after discharge). Mike and Scott installed a new back flow check valve and added another one which after several test cycles, proved to solve the problem. They also cleaned out the sump pump impeller, reinstalled the entire mechanism, and did a nice job cleaning up any spills (water) or debris from the repair. What impressed me most was their knowledge of the 'system' and their analytical skill in troubleshooting the issue. My hats of to them for their efforts and for fixing the problem. This is not the first encounter with Reddi Industries for plumbing/water heater issues. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner. I will most certainly call on them again for assistance.

Reddi is usually great to get someone to come out when you need them. We sometimes have problems with roots in our line and have had Reddi come before to clean it out and clear the blockage. This time we needed them on a Saturday.....they don't charge extra for weekends. The tech that came.....Daniel Titus, Tech #48011.....arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He quickly took care of the problem. I really appreciated that even with the type of work that he did he was clean and did not make any kind of a mess in either my house or yard. Completely professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend.I do wish it didn't cost so much but Reddi is comparable to others in the area on prices.

I called them out to our rental house to address a leak in the basement from the bathroom above. They (mis)diagnosed the problem as a clogged sewer line, and their clean out job had no impact on the leak. Even after another (expensive) follow on visit the leak is still there. They were nice about it, but refused to take responsibility for their mistake, so I'm on the hook $345 for a totally unnecessary sewer clean out on top of everything else, and I still have a leak to find and fix.

Jason and David are my heroes. They were the greatest guys with a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to cry on. I have a home built 1952 about 976 sq ft. They came out to inspect my heating system October 2018, before winter. When they did, they discovered a significant crack that was leaking carbon monoxide when I used my heat. I was overwhelmed with emotions that I cried. I had a previous company coming out every year to inspect my furnace and apparently they did not do their job. I would get home from work about 5:30pm and fall asleep about 6pm. I was extremely tired. It was hard for me to wake up the next morning. I was getting carbon monoxide poisoning. It takes about 6 hrs to get it out of your system. I could have died from this. They told me I was very lucky to be alive. I know a lot of hard working people do have the money to replace ac/heat systems. Reddi Industries hooked me up with the GreenSKy Program. I only pay $87 per month. They also have another program for people with financial hardships. My electric bill has been cut in half. Instead of $125 I pay about $56. I feel very safe and comfortable knowing my heat and ac will work as promised by Reddi Industries. People, I strongly urge you to get your ac/heat checked out before something tragic happens. Do not become a statistics. Reddi Industries is trustworthy and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone willing to listen. Be proactive and take action. It's not worth losing yours and your families lives.

The service tech from Reddi was very respectful and prompt. He actually worked us in a couple of hours earlier than we had scheduled. His evaluation of the problem saved us a lot of money. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes with the job completed. Reddi has been a very good service provider for us.

Very happy with this company, they have serviced my garage door and air conditioner over the last year.The technician (Jason, I think) was sharp, experienced, genuinely friendly, and arrived better than an hour early.Fixed my A/C for $285, an hours work and a $200 capacitor (pretty expensive for a fairly common capacitor), but at least my home is cooling.Since I just called Reddi the night before, their turnaround time was phenomenal and highly professional.Comfortable again!

I called Reddi Overhead Door saying none of my remotes would open my garage door. I was connected to someone who would check & get back with me as to when a technician could come look at it. I was called back and an appointment was set up for that same afternoon. The technician, Michael McDonald, that came out checked everything over & then decided I had no power (which had been turned off due to non-payment by tenant unbeknownst to me). The technician and everyone I talked with in the office were polite and respectful. I appreciated the same day service although the problem wasn't urgent.

Called to schedule an outdoor spigot repair. The office was easy to work with and quick to schedule - actually able to schedule same day with a timeframe from 3-5. At 530 when the plumber hadnt shown up, I called the office to find out if he was on his way. They called me back and stated he got held up and apoligized.About 5 minutes later the plumber called me and stated that he didnt feel it was necessary to come today. Stating since it was now after 5 NO ONE would be open to sell him the parts to fix my problem and stated it was at least a 6 hour job. His advice was to simply reschedule because the work load was so heavy. I clarified that he had not seen the spigot or been out to my home. He agreed, but stated he was sure it would take half a day of work. When asked for a price quote he stated he couldnt give one without seeing the problem.I cancelled with Reddi and have chose to find a plumbing specialist elsewhere. The fact that they were unable to meet their own time frame was frustrating in itself, but the quote of time but refusal to come by and provide me the no obligation actual quote to truly assess if it could be fixed with a firm price added to it. The plumber made it clear that my buisness was not a priority.

We could not find anyone to fix water leaking in the walls for a week and a half (at minimum). I was told by a colleague that Reddi was fast and professional. I called them and Cameron came out the next day. Cameron and Jacob worked and completed the job with excellence. They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend Reddi!

So my experience with this company was in a parking lot. If the technician is the driver I am not confident that their plumbing skills are all that great when they do not know how to give proper right of way or drive on the correct side. Thought Mike McDonald did a nice job explaining the service he was doing on my garage door. I thought the cost of the service for spraying lubricant on the springs and hinges was excessive. I thought the cost would have been $50.00 - $60.00.

On the coldest day of the year I had no heat. Within a few hours of calling Reddi to the rescue Kenneth Baty fixed the furnace and saved the day!

Scheduled an appointment for fencing estimate two days out. Technician failed to show during appointment time. Then texts me saying they don't use anything but cedar. I said I didn't care I just needed an estimate. Technician then begins to ask me questions to complete the estimate via text. So I scheduled an appointment to text someone. Waste of my time and this person doesn't even care. If they were going to be late that's fine just give a heads up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I had an emergency leak on a Sunday and they were able to respond almost immediately. From the customer service scheduler to Devin the plumber, their service was excellent. Devin was helpful in pointing out some items that may become future headaches. Top service. Will be adding Reddi as my primary repair service. Thank you.

My washer was draining water all over the floor. Dennis came out two different times to fix the problem. The first time he installed an extension on my drain pipe and checked it to make sure it was not plugged. He also checked the outside pipe that leads to the sewer to make sure it was not plugged. I was able to wash about 3 big loads of laundry and then it leaked water all over the floor again. Dennis came out the cleaned out the drain pipe again and removed a large amount of lint and stuff. I'm guessing the loads I washed loosened the plug and caused it to move further down into the drain pipe. Dennis was great. Very professional. He answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing. He said to call again if the problem reoccurs. Thank you.

As a former employee of Reddi Industries and several other plumbing companies in the Wichita area, I have to say that Even though they are not always the best company to work for, they have the number one customer service in the industry! I wouldn't have anyone else do work on my property, assuming it was something I couldn't do myself.

Water was backing up in a sewer drain, and a tech, Alexander Gubitz, came out the same day and fixed the issue. He also let us know how it may have happened and what we could do to avoid it in the future. I was happy that someone was able to come out in the evening and still not get charged unreasonably.

Mike C and Scott replaced our sump pump. I called about 10 AM and they were able to get here at 12. Really fast turnaround. This past weekend our shower unexpectedly had a blockage and needed immediate service. We were fortunate to find Reddi online and they got out to our house for a free assessment of the work within an hour of calling. We received wonderful service by Jesse H. We have (unfortunately) had a lot of plumbing work over the years and this was by far the best individual we have worked with. He has impeccable customer service skills, was incredibly kind and patient in explaining the process and what was going on, and he even did a great job cleaning up after himself. We will certainly be calling Reddi in the future and requesting Jesse. As a bonus, they worked very well with our warranty company which can sometimes be an immediate no to service for some companies.

We had a washer issue. When we called for service, they were very knowledgable of the brand. When the issue was explained they knew exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. They kept us informed of when they would be out and ordered the part. The service guy was very pleasant, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the part replaced in no time. Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. Charged me $260 to use a vacuum cleaner to clean a drain.. didn't fix problem, told me it would be a bunch more money to do more work.

Its a busy time now with fixing furnaces with the temp being below 0...... I called around 2, got a call back shortly after stating a tech could come out within a couple hours. He arrived within an hour. Kenneth Quickly knew what the problem was, ran out to get the part while he left a temporary one on to let me start reheating house. David Gilchrest was phenomenal. After spending a couple hours on my own trying to figure out what was wrong with the fan. David has fixed very quickly. Since I was interested is what happened, he took the time to go through everything with me in a great deal of details but easy enough I could understand. Not to mention that I called in at 11:45 am on a Friday and David was out by 2:00 pm, then the unit was blowing cool air by 2:45 pm. The whole experience was positive from first call to finish. Couldn't be happier with the installation of an Air Scrubber by Eric today!!He was EXCELLENT!He had to be very creative with the system we have in order to install the Air Scrubber unit and also an Air Bear Filter! Just got a new washer/dryer and realized I urgently needed a dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling with Jennifer was easy, from estimate to service. Cody was polite, prompt, and did a thorough job clearing my dryer vent, which was a total mess. Not sure how my house hadn't burned down yet, but grateful that Reddi saved me that insurance claim. If you can't remember the last time you had your vent cleaned, you should really give them a call!

A flooded back yard is not something you want too wake up to, yet that was the situation. One call to Reddi before hours was answered and was promised a return call shortly after 8 am. The repair of our garage door was done quickly and we are thankful the technician was very knowledgeable and capable to do the repair. We were charged only the regular service charge even though the technician had to fix several things.

Adam Benero used a camera probe to evaluate our sewer line. Although some bellying was found in our long sewer line, Adam decided, based on his experience, that the problem was not severe enough to warrant replacement of the line. We appreciate Adam's experience and his concern for not spending money unnecessarily.

Winterize was so expensive this year compared to the other years. also I was not told about the increase in the winterize. I got the bill and was shocked. I could have went with my HOA which had a great deal with other companies for $60 vs Reddis $125. I do not plan to use Reddi again in the future for winterize.

24 Dec 2018, Craig and his work partner (I didn't catch his name) showed up today and went right to work! He was very professional and asked me questions to try and pin point the problem I was having. It was 'tree roots'. It looked like a porcupine was wrapped around the attachment when it came up out of the sewer pipe! He was quite shocked that I had that problem in the area I lived in. Come to find out it was tree roots in the 'city portion' of the sewer lines. He said that he was going to send the city a letter/notify them to come out to our area and ensure that they cleared that up. He also told me how to keep the tree roots cleared! It took them less than an hour and it was money WELL spent and a whole lot cheaper than I expected. Keep up the great work REDDI!

Andrew Sabala was a great help in getting my irrigation system adjusted correctly after my new fence was installed. Very courteous, very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what was going on through the entire process. Great dude, greater attitude. If I had a sprinkler company, I would want 10 of him on the crew.

Able to get an appointment in couple of days. On time. Asked for a Duct cleaning but couldn't because no return vent. Asked to scope the vents to make sure they were intact, was told couldn't only had a 2ft scope. He was able to look at crossover and blower told both looked good so I guess it was worth the $75 I paid for approx. 15 min of work

In the past week I have used Reddi twice, once to install a new toilet and also to open our sprinkling system. I couldn't be more pleased!Chris replaced our toilet. He was conscientious, clean and courteous. He provided an instant estimate that I knew from prior research was fair. The toilet he removed was made in 1968, and was far heavier than today's toilets, but he somehow managed to carry it out of the very tight space without any scratches.Dean opened our sprinkling system. I have used 3 or 4 different companies in the past and never have I experienced a more thorough checking of the heads and nozzles as well as very fair pricing. He replaced one head, raised another, and I could hardly tell where he had dug. He also drained some water from the main water valve area that had accumulated from the heavy rains. I couldn't be happier with the work he did and the fair price that was charged.I will be using Reddi for all my future needs, I just wish they had a Handyman service!

Reddi Industries is the company I always call for my plumbing needs. The one time I didn't, another provided replaced the main water line from the meter to the house. 7 months later, they were back to repair the job that was not done correctly. For the THIRD time, the line had to be dug up and replaced, but this time I wised up and called Reddi like I should have done in the 1st place. They warranty their work, they give free estimates and they just do overall quality work. I won't every be unfaithful again.

This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

I encountered an issue with my residential garage door opener mechanism. I contacted my home warranty company about the issue, and they contacted Overhead Door Company, a component of Reddi Industries, to arrange for a service visit. Tech Cody McDonald arrived on a timely basis, accurately diagnosed the problem, and performed an expert installation in a reasonable time. He explained the device's new features that I hadn't encountered before. He cleaned up the work area in the garage very competently. This experience will motivate me to contact Overhead Door Co., through Reddi Industries, for all my future service needs for the garage door opener.

We own an older home and I know this 1930s toilet repair was a bit challenging. But Frank took it on and did a great job. He was up front about the cost of repair vs replacement. Even told me to consider the difference in size a new toilet would be in the present space. I said no thanks. I wanted to keep the original look as long as we could.He found the parts to be sure he even could do the repair and did the job in a reasonable amount of time for under the cost he estimated. The people at Reddi always does a great job for us. Thanks for my re-newed toilet!

I had basic maintenance completed on my sprinkler system. The mechanic completed sloppy work, including leaving trash (old parts) laying in my garden. They also messed with the settings for my sprinkler, and de-actvated one of the zones; it almost killed part of my lawn!

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon. Reddi Industries were one of only a very few who took our phone call and were willing to help us. They were reasonable considering it was on a weekend and considered an emergency. Technician arrived when they said he would be. He was polite, knowledgeable and took care of our problem rather quickly. Thank you!!!

We had a relatively small issue which turned into a flooded kitchen by the time we found it. I tried 2 other plumbers, both of whom were tough to get in touch with, slow to respond and could not commit to a time for the repair visit. I contacted Reddi and had a repair visit scheduled within minutes. The technician (Devin Self) actually showed up a little early, evaluated the problem, offered an estimate for the repair and fixed the problem all on the same visit and within less than an hour. I was very pleasantly surprised at Devin's courteous, professional approach and pleased with his skill level. I am in the customer service business and was very happy with the service provided by Reddi Industries.

Our sprinkler system quit working a few days ago so I called Reddi Industries. Ashley the scheduler was very professional and had us scheduled with a technician the next day. The tech, Dean Nestor arrived as scheduled and was very thorough in troubleshooting the system. He explained everything he was doing and found the problem in just a few minutes. He had the part that was needed on his truck and replaced the bad item and was finished in approximately 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from Reddi Industries and their employees.

I had a serious plumbing issue that was very difficult to fix. Chris came and did great work that and fixed the issue. Unfortunately, due to the situation he had to do things the hard way that other providers probably wouldn't have done. He also went above and beyond and fixed my sink as well.

Plumber did great work on our water heater. But office charged us $50 inspection fee and 1 month later has never scheduled the inspection with the city. Business office refuses to help or straighten out the inspection. In addition, inspection fee is only supposed to cost $35. Leaving this review after numerous phone calls and receiving no help from their business office. City of Wichita requires an inspection after a water heater installation.

I had to wait to post this review until I cooled down. While I am pleased with the repair service they provided, I am less than satisfied with the process of trying to pay a bill. I don't know how many times I had to repeat my address, card number, etc.. it looks like they could easily (and quickly) find me by using the invoice number I provided. After the person couldn't get it on my first call, I called back, the 2nd person couldn't get it right either, then hung up on me. I called back yet a 3rd time and finally got my payment thru, although I did have to repeat my card number a 2nd time. This whole fiasco was uncessary and totally unprofessional.

Kenneth did a great job servicing our furnace for the winter, and after we had a part break, he came back and fixed it quickly with no additional charge!

I called Reddi Industries because the toilet wasn't flushing correctly. A friend of mine told me to call them after he was overcharged by another company who could not clear the blocked main line he had, Reddi came out and finished it and fixed it for him. They sent their tech Dennis Whitsell out who got here within the agreed time window even though somehow they had my number wrong and couldn't get ahold of me to re-confirm time. He checked out the drains, (confirmed only toilets were the issue) and honestly had my toilet fixed and he was gone back on the road within about 10 minutes. It was a simple fix but definitely came through for us. Thanks!

Wrote an extensive letter about a bad service. Rep said it was forwarded to owner. No word back a week later. Disappointed to not receive any word back. I'm left to wonder if they didn't forward that or if it got ignored :(

I asked a them to send a mechanic to look at my washer machine an when he got here he arrived with no tools an right off the back said he would have to charge us 500 for transmission an he didn’t even inspect it long so we called another company,able an ready appliance repair,. They fixed my washing machine in 30 min. An the mechanic showed up with tools very professional an the part he fixed was only 100$ for a coupler motor an transmission was good he said the last mechanic from reddi industries didn’t know what he was doing or he was lying

Kenneth Baty with Reddi Industries was very professional and knowledgeable about our GeoThermal Unit. He was very efficient, explained everything he was doing, and had us up and running within the hour! Reddi is open 24/7 and answered our call for service on Sunday afternoon without additional charges. Kenneth exhibited great customer service and took very good care of us.

We had an our backflow pipe burst. Called Reddi the next day and was able to get a same day appointment to fix the backflow. Other companies had waiting lists ranging from one day to two weeks. Timothy was our technician that came out and fixed everything and winterized our system. He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

How relieved I was knowing my technician had installed my equipment (18 years before) and knew his way around my systems. Within two hours of my initial call I received a return call, and estimate for the job and the job completed - very fast and efficient. I had a broken torsion spring on my double garage door. Upon arrival, the tech, Zachary Scranton, assessed the job, recommended an upgrade spring size, changed both springs out and had the door operational again. House well pump went bad and after waiting for a whole day without water they called me back to tell me they can't do it. Made excuse after excuse. Sounded like the technician just didn't want to come out. VERY AGGREVATING!

Called got put on hold, someone answers and I’m immediately put back on hold. Someone answers again, I explain my problem and immediately am back on hold. Then when I talk to someone again I am asked my address and am told I will get a call back. Couple hours go by and I never received a call back.

The lawn service is terrible. Poor quality. Leave large ruts in yard, damage gutters and down spouts and don’t inform you when they have damaged things. Poor billing services. Poor customer care and at time just totally unprofessional. The electrical service guys were absolutely great although their rates are higher than most. Do not recommend lawn service for sure.

Tech #45017 White - Westin: These guys have bailed me out several times over the past seven years. Your office has always been very prompt about calling back to set up an appointment and then not wasting my time by telling be to stay home from work for a half day waiting on them to arrive. The techs call me thirty minutes before they are going to arrive and I meet them at the house. Love it. They've been out here in all kinds of inclement weather, scorching heat, wind, rain, and even a blizzard, but that did not keep them from getting our lines unclogged promptly. Westin always explains what needs to be done before proceeding and letting me know the cost. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. My heroes!

Reddi Industries is incredible. When our garage door broke, we called and they fit us in immediately the next day. Zachary Beden came out, figured out the problem in minutes, fixed it and then explained it in detail exactly what happened and how he fixed it! The experience was so great and we will definitely be regular Reddi Industries fans!

Great service, value, and professionalism. Dave did a great job at explaining/communicating the problems I have, what was to be done to and how long that was going to take. This was in contrast to a competitor I spoke with, who's bid was not as competitive, who didn't take the time to explain and was not on time. Overall the Reddit team did a great job and I know who to call if/when I have any AC issues.

Called on Wednesday night because my AC went out. Reddit was the only company that had 24 hour service so I could call and make an appointment. I made the appointment for the next day between 10am-12pm. Got a call from Reddi that they had an appointment canceled and could they be there in 20 minutes...of course! Technician by the name of Cole showed up and within minutes had it diagnosed and fixed. I highly recommend Reddi and will use them for all future calls! Thanks Reddi!

Rant:Yesterday, Reddi Industries were scheduled to “start up” my sprinkler system between 11-3. Their serviceman shows up and I show him where the equipment was located. Within 20 minutes or so, he rings the doorbell and said he was getting power at the house and the system control box but not at the well pump. Stated that they were having many wells on the west side with this problem and that it was probably the well pump. He also said it would cost around 1050! I asked, $10.50? He said no, $1050.00! He also said his voltmeter wasn’t working and he would come back. I never heard from him again. So, I call the company back and I explain that with the help of my boyfriend and within less than an hour, see that the submerging pump control box cover wasn’t on right! We placed the cover on correctly and Bam...the well pump is working! She started they would get someone out there yesterday, but also stated they had had problems with well pumps on the west side! I am still waiting...So today I call them back with my story again and am told the dispatcher would call me back to reschedule.I have never tampered with that control box before and have been able to do my own restart in the past, but needed some sprinkler heads replaced and was the only reason I called them. My system was working fine when they winterized it at the end of last year! I even told him so, but he said that had been several months and things go bad.My old sprinkler guy was with SSI Sprinkler and he has been doing my work since October of 2014! The same guy! Unfortunately, they were bought out last year by Reddi Industries! Just a little background information.I am not accusing anybody of anything, but I find it strange this occurred! Something tampered with that box and it wasn’t me and I live alone! I google who owned Reddi Industries and low and behold, STEVENS pops up! Hmmmmm, now this situation is making perfect sense!Rant Over and so is my dealings with Reddi Industries!

Kenneth with Welch's - Reddi has been servicing our boiler for years and is always courteous, responsive, and does excellent work. I would highly recommend him for residential boiler (and HVAC) service.

Reddi is amazing. Everytime we call for an issue they solve our problem. Frank Demara just installed a water heater and sump pump. Very knowledgeable and didn't press us into making the purchase. He gave us options and really liked the price that was quoted. Very friendly and explained the installation process. Reddi employees like Frank is the reason we call back anytime we need something. Keep up the good work Reddi.

He told me he could have the part the next day. Then he told me he could have another part that would work the same that night instead, obviously i chose the same night. He arrived within an hour, and I guided him to the AC unit. He replaced the part, and my AC worked again.Before winter we had a quote of nearly 1000 dollars. This time he said somewhere around 700. After it was completed he brought it down to about 600. I am very happy with this company over all.
