They were earlier than expected, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They were more about fixing the issue, than just trying to sell us a new unit.
I have now used them for a plumbing issue, and ac issue. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a difficult problem with a sewer clog after just installing new plank flooring near the floor drain. Jeremy identified the location of the clog but was unable to reach it with blades to clear it due to some unfortunate routing choices by the original plumber. He suggested clearing the clog with pressurized water, and to protect the flooring he brought out folks from Stover’s Restoration to be prepared to remove extra water from the floor drain. This worked perfectly and it was important to have the drain managed, as quite a lot of water came up before the clog finally cleared. I’m very grateful to Jeremy for his methods that respected our investment. He verified the drain was cleared with camera and showed me the whole length of the drain with the probable reason for the clog. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. We’ve used OTP several times over the last few years and their personnel have always been way above the average for their profession. Highest regard for their work!

This company was sent out by American Homeshield and I would definitely recommend! They went above and beyond to repair our air conditioner. They came out on a moments notice and made sure it was working before they left. Explained the issue and guarantees their work!

We have AHS so they use this company when we have plumbing issues. Although American Home Shield is nothing but problematic it's not the fault of this Plumbing company. On Time plumbing did a great job clearing out our plugged up sewer line!! After 2 days with not being able to use toilet or shower I was finally able to do so after they left! Thank you so much Justin and (can't remember the other guys name) you two were awesome!!

I recommend On Time Plumbing. Fair, honest reliable service. Colton came out to fix our faucet in the backyard. Colton arrived in the time given he called to let me know he was coming by. Upon arrival Colton introduced himself he was clean & very professional. Colton explained what was causing the leak gave me couple prices in case he had to cut into the house, which he did. Cleaned up the debris.Replaced the old leaky faucet & replaced with this shiny new one. Great job thanks!

Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

The text before arrival was perfect. It included a picture and estimated time of arrival. Very polite! Discussed what was going on and what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

Justin and Cody was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, eager to work, and get the job done on replacing my gas water heater with a tankless water heater. They cleaned up well and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend them and the company they represent to my family and friends. I feel very Blessed and can't express enough appreciation for the excellent quality work done today.

I called this place because a friend recommended them to us after calling around to other places and being told it would be a few days (one place said 2 weeks) after I spoke to them on the phone they had someone at my house in 10 minutes!!! 10 minutes yall! Not only was the service affordable... they are honest and will not try to scam or talk you into extra services we were quoted one price and paid that same price. The young man who came to snake the pipes was very professional, got the job done and was in and out. I will never use any other company for plumbing purposes ever again. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have used On Time on 2 different occasions for my water heater and shower issue. Both times I had Justin come out and I really appreciate his work. He is always on time (ha) professional and really takes the time to show me what the issue is and what caused it so I can avoid having issues in the future. I will always use On Time plumbing because of him.

I got these guys through American Home Shield. While AHS is a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less about anything other than getting the warranty premium, Tony made it happen and got my heater running with the outside temp at -15 and indoor at 38. AHS might have gotten something done a week or two after the pipes burst (which they wouldn't have covered). Because of Tony, I will use them after the home warranty expires and I have a choice.

Everyone I talked to and dealt with were extremely polite and professional. Chris came out and was great to work with. Very happy to have my AC fixed. Look forward to using them again in the future. Thank You!

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!

Brandon, Jake, and Anthony worked on my broken water line. Customer service was great. They cut the sod off before digging so that I would be able to save my grass. All persons were very polite. On time Plumbing is the only company I will call for all my plumbing & heating air needs!! As a single man with 5 kids money is tight so I have to be extremely cautious of who I can trust to do repairs.....will I be treated fairly? will they take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and give me the best options on how to deal with the problem? will they do the work in a timely manner and be fair with the price of their labor, parts, and service? The owners and employees of On time Plumbing were absolutely incredible! They patiently answered my many questions in terminology I could completely understand. Then showed me exactly what the labor and parts would be and why. They took care of what immediately needed to be done and then..... WENT THE EXTRA MILE by graciously taking care of a seemingly minor, but very irritating plumbing problems that I thought would have to wait until later, and they did it at no charge! I've told everyone, and especially my family & friends!!!
