Our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot Saturday afternoon. We were afraid we would have to wait until Monday for service, and with a 4-month old baby, we were worried. On Time Heating and Cooling came Sunday morning, and we were up and running by 10:00 am! Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

Jeremy showed up promptly, answered all my questions and concerns, and was very professional and knowledgable. Have done business twice before with on time plumbing and have been very satisified with the company.Based on prior work we had them do, we chose them to re-do our plumbing which included new water line from meter to house, all new water lines within the house, new shutoff valves etc. Got off to a little rocky start because dig-safe hadn't totally marked everything, then when digging the trench, ran into solid limestone under existing water line and city had to come out to approve putting new line where it was without having to try and dig deeper. After that, everything went like clockwork. Anthony had his crew working on everything like a well oiled machine. All work was completed ahead of schedule and done well! They are definitely a good company to do business with.

On Time plumbing did great! They were punctual, and were open about costs upfront. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure my shower faucet worked as efficiently as possible.

American home shield sent us people from this company. Very good. Fast, knowledgeable, and nice. I had a water leakage at night, since the floor is new wood floor, we donot know what to do. My husband called the guy who came to fix our other issues. I really appreciate him picking up the phone late at night. Kevin from On Time plumbing and heating was extremely helpful and really kind— I was worried I was missing something incredibly obvious, and didn’t want to be embarrassed, but never once did he make me feel embarrassed for calling out a plumber. I’m really new to gas-powered water heaters, and I wasnt sure exactly what was the issue with the pilot flame not becoming lit. Worrying that it might be a larger issue, I wanted the expertise of a real plumber.They were able to dispatch him same-day, and he diagnosed the issue with my water heater and fixed it within minutes. When it started making some rattling noise right before he left, he promptly checked it out and made sure it wasn’t a larger issue.He also put on boot covers to prevent leaving tracks in the house, and wore a mask the entire time to keep us both safe and healthy.I honestly was surprised at how easy and pleasant this experience was. I am a first time homeowner and I spent the whole day crawling around in the crawl space trying to figure this out. I should’ve just called them earlier— the service charge was not much at all and would have saved me hours of worrying and getting in the mud. Definitely gonna use this company again in the future.

On Time plumbing has been a go to for us. During the cold spell a week ago, our heater refused to turn on. I called Cook's, they had a week wait time. On Time came the next day and quickly got us going. Great company.The plumbing team was excellent as well and did not charge us for a 100 percent guaranteed job. Very personable and professional duo who came to our assistance with a leaky bathtub.

OnTime Plumbing is the best I’ve ever used. Your 1st contact is the person who answers the phone, she was very helpful worked around our schedule. A pleasure to deal with. We had a leak somewhere our water bill went sky high. The repairmen came diagnosed the problem it was the toilet and gave us different ways to approach the problem. He gave his thoughts on what to do which worked out perfectly. Every person that came did the job quickly, cleaned up after themselves and most important did the jobs correctly. If you want a smooth repair use OnTime Plumbing.

AHS sent out this company when they were known as A&D Plumbing to fix an electric water heater. They took 2 weeks and numerous visits to fix the problem. They would change out parts and say it'll take a day to heat back up and know if it fixed it. After this happening several times they said it must be an electrical issue and required AHS send out an electrician. The electrician came out confused and had me explain what all A&D had done. He had unkind words about A&D's electrical knowledge and said he will do what his ticket said (replace breaker and test wiring) even though there is absolutely no reason for him to be there and do it. In the end A&D finally replaced the water heater and after 2 weeks in December I finally had hot water again. I will never use this company again and am shocked AHS still contracts with them as they just milk the system at the customers expense.

Tony and Sam installed our new furnace. They showed up when they said and even got us in quickly to accommodate the closing on home. Initially had to wait til the next day to have a repair tech come out to check our water heater as they were down 3 techs which is understandable. but when warranty company finally gave the okay we still had to wait a few days (which turned into 1 week total from time of our initial call for service) before installing. The plumber who installed did a great job!

Had a couple of issues with both bathrooms. Willy and Jason did a great job solving and taking care of the issues! Very professional! I would definitely recommend them!

My home warranty called this company because my sewer was backing up. On Time plumbing admitted they could clean out the clog from the roof or by pulling the toilet, but refused and demanded to install an $1800 sewer cleanout. This ended up costing me $100 for them to come out and do nothing.

These guys are great, they were sent by my my warranty company and were able to find and fix a problem that two other plumbers could not. Professional, timely and knowledgeable, I highly recommend

I've had this company perform plumbing work through American Homeshield and every time they have been professional and knowledgeable in their work. In this instance, I called and got scheduled the same day within a couple hours of calling.This time, they inspected and replaced an outdoor water faucet (hose bit) that had burst due to the recent freezing weather. They worked quickly and got the bit replaced. They cleaned up the work area (had to cut a hole in the interior wall and install a panel for easy future access) and everything is working perfectly.I will be relying on them for future plumbing work.

Contracted through American Home Shield. They fit us in on a tight schedule, were professional, and solved the issue in a timely manner. Had to pay out of pocket for a mainline cap but that was no fault of On Time, just wasn't covered by AHS. Overall I'm satisfied and would use them again for future plumbing needs.

These guys were able to get me in the day I called when I unexpectedly had a pipe burst Christmas night. Willy was so incredibly nice and very informative of what he had to do and even avoided a way more intensive repair. He was very quick to do the job. I am so appreciative of On Time for getting my house taken, and for Willy for being so nice!

Our Plummer was Justin and within 30 min of calling on a Saturday he was at our home. He was very polite and knowledgeable. With a brief description of the problem he immediately knew what to do and had our main pipe unclogged in no time.

I called this morning in need of a technician, Kevin and his partner came out and fixed my problem within a hour of me calling the office. Kevin was very professional, honest and kind. I’d recommend this business for your drain/sewer needs!

My home warranty uses them, but they don't cover any main line installs.. The technician that came out didn't discover the leak, didn't even bother to dig to see where the leak was at... He then quoted me $975 to repair the leak.... He left to make his report etc.. I was the one who found the leak.. Who shut off the valve.. Who jumped into the crawlspace, dug and expose the copper that connected to the galvanize pipe.. I called to talk to the office lady, she gave me the plumbers tech number and I sent him pictures of pipe... And so he quoted me $2500 to do the job, to replace the whole main water supply line... Due to permits, and digging and it would take most of the day.... So I called other companies.. And they were all quoting at 2 grand and up. This would be all out of pocket!.. 1 of the plumbing companies I called.. got a licensed, master plumber who pulled permits and done the job within 3 hrs for $1300! A blessing I tell you.... Yeah. One helluva up sale for this company... I think that they need to reevaluate the technicians they hire.. We need more technicians that is willing to actually expose where the leak is at.. Take pictures or video.. To actually show the customer what they are fixing.. Instead of make assumptions that it would be a an easy fix like putting a coupling on a copper pipe.. When really if you would have dug, you would have seen that it was galvanize pipe... But I give them 2 stars because they came and did a good job earlier in replacing my water heater. The guy was very professional, informative and did the job right... But as far as the tech that came out to find a leak.. Which really didn't.. I told him where the leak is at.. I was expecting him to at least go in the crawlspace ... Dig the pipe and expose the leak... Turn on the water at the meter to actually see where the water is leaking at.. But instead quoted me on a copper fix when really I had a bigger issue like galvanize pipe being busted... Other than that... I wouldn't recommend the company... I have a very good honest plumber number now and will,continue to use them... They are affordable and definitely get down to business . always get quotes from,others before deciding... Home warranty is just a lead generator for lots of companies... I'm looking to changing my home warranty company after this...

This is almost unbelievable...in a very positive way. Friday night, June 30, at approximately 9:30 PM, my home AC stopped producing cold/cool air. Keep in mind that this is the Friday prior to the 4th of July weekend. I fully expected not to have someone even make a service call until Monday at the earliest. However, something else happened. Never having used them before, I contacted On Time about 10 PM and was told that someone would contact me quickly. Anthony soon called and said he could come as quickly as he finished another job. He reached my home at midnight...midnight, mind you... and had the immediate problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 or 20 minutes. He also tested my refrigerant level: it was a bit low, so he added that as well. Anthony was efficient, professional, courteous and personable. I was charged a very reasonable amount of money for these services and received a senior discount as well. I did not realize that a company would actually make a service call at midnight on Friday at the beginning of a holiday weekend. I highly, highly recommend On Time . The company, and specifically Anthony , went way above and beyond.

No pressure to upgrade, just presentation of information. Will use again!

They changed the sump pump and unhooked the line running from the sump pump causing the water that normally runs out of the house to run back into the home flooding the basement completely. After calling their office three time for the owner William he never returned the call explaining why he unhooked the line causing the damage to the home.I would never use this company for anything. The work was faulty, and they don't return calls. Very poor customer service.

We just bought a new house and had three drains that wouldn't work. This company was selected by our home warranty company. I was nervous, but Anthony was AMAZING! Only one drain ended up being clogged, the other one was my own fault for not knowing my new house and how the stopper in the sinks worked. I felt really, really dumb. But Anthony was so professional about it and didn't treat me like I was anything less than a person. He was kind and understanding, prompt, and extremely professional. After unclogging the bathtub drain he even went a step further and made sure no leaks were to be seen from the pipes around the tub. Maybe that's standard, but to me it was above and beyond what we called for.

Called on time for ac unit cleaning as ours had lots of cotten wood and other plant seeds stuck in it. He cleared some plant life growing around it. Thoroughly cleaned it and informed me of some older parts that may need fixing later but are working great right now. Super nice to talk to and informative. Great experience with this company! All started with Sierra squeezing us in as soon as she could (with a pregnant wife at home and no AC this was a must). Followed up with Chris the Service Tech coming out to charge us up with Freon, ended up having a leak in the house which Chris took time out of his day to repair when he still had other homes he had to get to the same day. Overall amazing service all the way around, would recommend to anyone for their Heatjng/AC needs.

I had read some horrible reviews here on Google....right after I found out that's who was assigned to fix our repair by American Home Shield. I was a little worried. But I have to say everything was handled well! We were assigned an independent contractor out of Meriden, KS, named Richard White. A&D hires him to do AHS repairs in the Topeka area. No complaints. He fixed what we called about in a timely manner. He even fixed something that came up the day of his service call. I have no worries about using again, as long as A&D gets Richard for us! If we need to call again, I will try and make sure that's who we get.

Craig came out and unclogged my drain. He was the most friendly and professional technician I think I've ever dealt with. You can tell he cares about the customer. If I could I would only request service from him although the other techs have been great as well. Highly recommend this company.

On Time Heating and Plumbing came out to for my furnace faulting out for flame not present. When working on the system, I asked about an AC issue and was told that that would be a separate issue. I did not ask for them to work on it at all. Secondly, while working on the furnace,I got the impression that they didn’t want me to see them work because one guy kept stepping in my line of sight trying to block my view. I was just curious. As they we working they checked my filter and said it was good but less than a week later another company came out to resolve the AC issue that I was referring to said the filter was the issue for my AC issue. I won’t be using this company again.

We struggled to get the house crawl space dry enough, but after Jason came late Monday afternoon, he never slowed up. He worked from 430 pm till 830 to repair our kitchen galvanized grey water return, only to find his glue was not cutting it. The next day I texted him I was up, and he came right over, got the kitchen done. To check the line we ran some water and it busted a pipe under the bathroom. He didn’t hesitate, just fixed it.I have been in this leak filled home for 16 years and On time Plumbing was the ONLY service that would even get under my home. I been washing dishes for 16 years and Jason gave the thumbs up on a new dishwasher! Now that the water can be taken out completely. Thank you said with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart of appreciation.

He provided me with an estimate of their arrival time using GPS. They arrived at the door both wearing masks. They took their time to troubleshoot the problem. Willie provided me with a clear explanation of what the problem was & how they would remedy it. He clarified what would and would not be covered by the warranty before continuing with their work. When the work was done Willie explained what they had done and provided me with a clear explanation of the next steps. We are pleased we with the professional service we got from Willie and Sam.

I recently had a sewer back up in the basement and needed after hours emergency help. My call was answered promptly and there was a technician at my door within the hour. Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had. We have American Home Shield, I called due to our AC not working. A tech came out to our house said we needed a new capacitor and refrigerant. 2 hours after leaving our AC was out AGAIN!!!!We called to get another service call and another company came out who was absolutely AMAZING!!!The new tech said On Time never put a new capacitor just messed with the wiring.The company is very unprofessional and disrespectful!If you need anything AC or heating services DON’T USE ON TIME PLUMBING AND HEATING!!!

Sam was our HVAC technician and when he was dispatched to our location he called me to inform me that he was on his way which is really appreciated because you don't have to sit and wonder when they are on the way allowing me to leave and then meet him for the repair. After he got here he was very polite and it was obvious that he has good customer service skills. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me the switch inside the unit that was causing the issue. He then offered a service to not only fix the switch but to provide preventative maintenance in the unit which will help prevent another issue in the near term. It was a no pressure upsell for the preventative maintenance which is appreciated. I met them there because the company requires someone there who is at least 18 yrs of age, (which is a very good idea). After calling around to find out how much the parts really cost we found out they were over 100% mark up. What should have been a 30 minute job they quoted us 4 hrs. Needless to say we did not use them. Please shop around and get other opinions before using this company.

On Time was amazing. When my husband and I suspected a frozen pipe we were definitely panicked! We called another company that said to wait it out and hope it doesn’t burst. That wasn’t the answer we were looking for so we called On Time. Willy, Andrew and Kevin were responsive and thorough. They found the frozen pipe and got us up and running. We were informed that the pipe would have burst within the hour if we didn’t call! So thankful for their help! Saved us a ton of money!

A Mr. Parsons from On Time Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling arrived promptly, and was able to diagnose the problem with our old garbage disposal, and replace it with a new one in a very short amount of time. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him, and his company.

Have used On Time Plumbing on at least six occasions since we moved into our house. We had an old heating, air and water and over the last three years since we moved in all parts that were possible to fail in our over 20 year old systems did. On each occasion Tony or Amber came promptly and gave a fair, clear estimate for work and were quick to fix exactly what was needed. On more than one occasion they have come out and checked or solved issues at no charge. They are an excellent outfit, highly recommended.

I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5! The men that came to the house were on time, explained things in detail, fixed what needed to be fixed while there. Absolutely fantastic. I will absolutely be calling them if I ever have problems again. I can’t rate them high enough!

I had two visits in the past week. Both with a technician named Jake. The first appointment went fine. The second was not a pleasant experience. We had contacted Jake to see if there was a way he could come back to our house to take a look at our second AC unit as it had stopped working overnight. He verbally told my husband that he would come by around noon. Come to find out, he never put us on any schedule until 7:30 or later. We asked if he could locate a filter for the system and he brushed us off and said “I don’t see anything”. When asked if it would cause any issues with the system all he said was “probably”. No solutions or suggestions provided. He then turned on the AC and muttered something under his breath like “thanks for waisting my time”. We then called another AC repair company who came out to look at the system and they were able to locate a filter in less than a minute. The other company also was able to tell us the unit was working with an older type of refrigerant. When Jake was here on the initial visit, he said it was processing with a new type and would cost over 2k to fix all of the issues. I can understand getting an appointment pushed back, but with no communication, it is extremely frustrating. When trying to speak with someone over the phone about these issues, it took half a day to receive a call back. Once we received a call back, we didn’t even get to speak with anyone in charge. Not a great experience over all.

So, the A/C was not keeping up and the team at On Time Plumbing and Heating got us an appointment right away. Chris came out several times and worked hard and diligently to diagnose our problem and get it up and running. He also had Sam come with him the second time.. The professionalism and courtesy did not go unnoticed. They worked a long time on our system and finally got it up and running for us. Thank you for having patience and working so hard to get it going.

Willie’s crew is always so helpful, he explained everything clearly and gave us the options available. The crew was professional, respectful of our home and kind to our pets.Willie always explains the cost and the job with no surprises when the bill is presented.

Had the main water line burst under the foundation and flood the house 3 months after moving in. Gregg was able to get there quickly and had the pipe and foundation all done in under 2 1/2 hours. I was so thankful since we have an elderly disabled person and a 2 month old infant that can't be without water for long in July heat. I was so impressed with Gregg that I requested him for some other small plumbing worm around the house the next week. Great company with great service at very fair prices. Also note that Gregg worked until 10pm to get the job done and done right.

The plumber called to let me know his name and about how long it would be before his arrival. My 4 YO likes to watch people work and talk their ear off. Both plumbers were very understanding. They were informative on the work being done, and accurate in estimates of time. Very professional and respectful.

Put in a service request with our home warranty at night. Next business day at 9 am they were calling to schedule service. Very quick and responsive. Tech (Chris) was very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem. He fixed the heater and even help resolve the root cause the problem which had nothing to do with the heater. They are only in it to scam AHS and their own customers out of $75+ service call fees. Mark my words- they'll show up, fix nothing, then find another issue that 'needs attention' just so they can come out and collect again... Stay far away- these guys are awful! I will be contacting the BBB.

Yesterday Willie and Kevin worked on a clean out resolving my sewer line problem and saved me a lot of money. They were friendly, efficient and willing to answer all my questions. Craig with On Time was great! We have been having issues with backups and have had multiple people look at the issue, but nobody is sure what’s going on. While the issue wasn’t fount since we couldn’t recreate it, Craig was extremely courteous and tried everything he could to ensure we didn’t have issues that could be fixed. We weren’t charged for his time since no work was actually performed which was AWESOME. I will definitely make sure to call On Time and Craig if we have issues in the future.

Tony came by on the weekend to work on my gas furnace. I attempted to contract a couple other companies, one was contacted by my home warranty but the other companies were unable to make it out on the weekend. Tony was able to stop by and install a new igniter. He was able to change the style of igniter to a newer model as well. We had heat back to our house in an hour after first contacting On-Time.He was very helpful and informative of the work he was performing and helped me better understand my system as well.I also had Chris come out for my AC (this time through a home warranty) as the AC was not working. We had someone from Everyday Heating and Air come out but they did not look at anything in the system and just recharged the AC. It still didn't work so I called On Time again. Chris had to fight off hornets and some black widows living in my AC, but he found and fixed the issue for me and got my AC back up and running. He also gave me some recommended cleaning schedules to help my system last a little bit longer as it is nearing the end of the useful service life. (20year old AC)

Brian came out to repair my drain line for my kitchen sink and through the course of the repair found a much larger problem. They had to change the repair to a re-pipeing job that then entailed a new water heater. They came back and were able to get everything done perfectly with minimal interruption and inconvenience.

I called about 15 different companies on a Sunday afternoon and On Time was the only one that said the could make it out the same day. An hour or two later Anthony showed up and my sewer line was flowing again. I will happily call them again.

We would 100% recommend this company. We bought a house built in 1935 and have had issues with our shower drain since day one. Greg was amazing in coming out twice and diagnosing the problem as much more than originally planned. The guys returned promptly after I scheduled and fixed the issue faster than expected. The guys had more issues than originally planned but aided in making the whole process as painless as possible. They even did well with my bark intimidating dogs. So far we have had none of the issues we previously struggled with. So thank you all!

Justin was prompt to show.The best part was that he explained what he was specifically looking for and how he would fix it. He detected the water leak by checking through the central water intake system tracing it to an outside facet. This was all explained to me as he walked me through the detection process. Excellent customer service. Additionally, he discovered a slight gas leak at a pipe not properly screwed in place. He promptly repaired that issue as well. Great attention to detail. Overall superior skill, outstanding work, and great customer service.

Mark and his partner were very professional and worked quickly to try and fix our toilet issue. When it became apparent they would need to take the toilet off to get the stuck item my son flushed out, they let me know how much that would be and what it would entail before they asked to proceed. The tech's have both been timely and pleasant enough, but the problems were not fixed the first time for the A/c nor the kitchen faucet! I figure they are doing what they are told either by the boss or AHS! Very frustrating! AHS has also be a problem as well! Having to ship units out to a commercial business making the customer wait 5 to 10 business days for an AC unit is garbage!

My technician was Thomas Rich. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed-up on time. My only complaint was I had been informed by Thomas on-site I'd be receiving cash in lieu of repair/replacement by AHS who dispatched this organization for my home warranty policy, however a few hours later I was contacted by AHS with total claim denial. I don't fault Thomas as this decision is outside his hands. The experience was pleasant and I'd recomment On Time Plumbing, and Thomas specifically, for any plumbing needs you have. I would not do the same for AHS home warranties.

Justin, the technician that came to my rescue, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He took the time to show me the problem, explain how and why it happened, and walk me through everything necessary to repair the issue. I was matched with On Time by my home warranty company and while my initial anxiety was high and my expectations low (having had issues with my home warranty in the past) my concerns were quickly put to rest and my expectations greatly exceeded. I had a pin hole in a 90 degree elbow from my main water line past the shut off valve. I called a repair ticket to my home warranty to fix the problem. Although I was unaware I need to mark it as an emergency; they quickly responded and informed me how to fix it. Within 24 hours they were there and fixed in less than 15 minutes even with other emergency jobs lined up. I also got a lot of helpful suggestions for future plumbing needs. I will definitely be going with them for my future plumbing needs.

Chris was great. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job of fixing the problem, sticking with what he was approved to do. The only problem was the scheduling. The appointment was originally scheduled from Noon to 4 pm. We received a call this morning stating they could actually come out during the morning time slot. I put off my errands and stayed home so that I'd be here when he arrived. Well, he arrived around 2 or 2:30 pm. I don't understand why they would call and say they could come earlier, when they actually didn't come until later. But again, Chris did a good job.

We had trouble with our home warranty finding a company to fix our a/c unit. I called on time plumbing late Friday night and Chris called a little later to let me know he would be out the following day. He came out and spent HOURS at our house making sure my kids wouldn't have to spend another night in a house that had been 86 degrees. He left after 8 pm. He definitely deserves a raise!

My kitchen sink was stopped up so I called On Time Plumbing. They said they would schedule a tech between 8 and 5, so I resigned myself to being home all day. I was pleasantly surprised when the tech called at 10am and said he was on his way. He was a very nice and personable young man and was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He also seemed to enjoy the work he does. His name was Anthony and he is definitely a professional. My sink was leaking underneath as well and he said the pipes were not connecting right and needed to be routed differently to work better. It was expensive but he did do an excellent job. I had him give me some business cards so I could tell my neighbors what a great company this is.

My service calls have been through American Home Shield.The plumber called beforehand to make sure I was at home, then arrived at the appointed time. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repair with a minimum of fuss.I would recommend this company.

The technician came out as a second opinion service from American Home Shield. The first plumbing company they sent did a horrific job. He plugged in a device that I told him was burnt out, said it was working, and left. The A&D plumber immediately recognized that the device was faulty, left to pick up a new one, came back and installed it, and was done within an hour after his initial arrival! Fantastic! September 2021- David and Justin were both wonderful. They were great with my dogs, followed COVID protocols with masking and wearing booties, listened while I explained what I had been experiencing and took my concerns seriously. They were able to diagnose the issue and ran a thorough check on everything to make sure it was all running as it should be, and offered advice to make sure it stayed that way. They made sure they showed me everything they were telling me about, allowed me to ask questions and had answers that were satisfactory. I know what to look for and I know who I’ll be calling when I need work done again!May 2021- Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable about my issue when I tried to upgrade my home toilet water supply line on my own and ran into trouble. He was quick to respond, offered an upgrade to my existing water valve without pressure and helped me locate the main shut off valve in my home. He was patient with me and fixed the issue quickly and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left and did an excellent job cleaning up the work area. I have had a very complex hot water heater situation. Justin from On Time Plumbing came out last week and replaced the thermal coupler and another part or two and cleaned out my hot water heater. He was hoping this would do the trick to give me back the hot water enough to fill my bathtub which ability I had lost a couple of months ago. I kept thinking each night as I drew the bath water since then that it must be my imagination and “tomorrow night” somehow I would have that hot water. Two nights before last I made a dedicated effort to watch and listen as I drew the bath water and I just knew it still wasn’t right and hot as it should be. I called On Time Plumbing once again the next morning and they came out yesterday. They listened intently and tried some hot water tests and, sure enough, they agreed it wasn’t right. Thru conversations back with the office, Justin and Willie who came along with him when he went to get some additional parts, took the hot water heater apart and discovered a broken tube with holes in it. Sure enough that was the problem and I am now a HAPPY CAMPER with plenty of nice hot water. Kudos to persistence and quality work, Justin and Willie!!

The problem turned out to require jackhammering the slab, replacing a 50+ yr old trap, chiseling open the drain, et al., and replacing the concrete. We had our furnace repaired. They do live up to their name and show up on time. They also work fast do great work. Tony and his assistant are very personable and do a great job explaining what the problem is and what it requires to fix. They also left me their private number to call if the furnace had any further issues so I could skip the call to the dispatcher. I also had On Time do plumbing work a few weeks ago and as with this call, they were on time and quickly fixed the issues. I would recommend On Time for your heating and air and/or plumbing needs. I would add that they wore a mask at all times, which I greatly appreciated given the high risk of COVID-19 for one of our family members.

I am thankful for the good work done by Anthony, Kevin, and their team to get our water issues resolved and the champion valve for our sprinkler system and water main fixed. They were responsive in coming out and identifying the issues, explaining alternatives to me, and striving to provide good service. Kevin came out to fix a leak and discovered that whoever installed the plumbing didn’t do it right and it wasn’t up to code. He called my home warranty to see if everything would be covered and had some problems with them. They sen tech same day as my service request. I was given options to fix or replace plumbing parts & the pros & cons of each choice. I was impressed with their knowledge & work.

For a company who is called On Time, they dang sure don’t know what that truly means. Yes they showed up within their time block to my house but the dianogosis they were required per my home warranty contract was never sent in until 13 days later and multiple phone calls later. The requirement is 48 hours upon the tech being on property, 13 days later is just a wee bit outside the time frame. Thankfully the warranty company agreed with my solution to fix it myself and are paying me back in full. Too Bad OnTime didn’t value the customer or the sale enough our they could’ve gotten paid. But not now! Terrible customer service relations, definitely search elsewhere for a more qualified and customer orientated company.

Called for a possible leak on our toilet. Kevin came over to diagnose and noticed no current leak. Rather than charge us, he gave me some pointers on what to watch for and said to call if we notice the issue again. Very nice technician, showed up within the appointment window given, wore booties and a mask while in the house- which was appreciated with a little one around. American Home Shield Insurance sent this company to do repairs on my home. They were fast and efficient and got the job done. I had no problems with their workman ship and professionalism. The valve under my kitchen sink was broken and they replaced, and my bathroom sink was somehow clogged between the valve and the faucet. They installed the new faucet for me too! My only small gripe is It would have been nice if I hadn't been given a 4 hour window (8 to 12) when they would come out. So glad that I had my daughter there because the call came at 11:15 that they were on their way. I would have lost 3 + hours of work if not.

Had a service call for a leaking water shutoff. Should be a simple fix. The service guy put out minimal effort. Shutoff is still dripping. I could have done a better job myself.

They messed up our repairs on our ac system so bad. We ask american home shield to send another company. They has to re do it all. We were with out ac off and on alot of the summer. When we went to turn the heater on it didnt work. They had dripped glue down in our heater, our home could have blown up. We paid them money for the work they did :(

Our main line was backed up. They were here in less than 2 hrs. Service was on time. Every day after that. Everything was explained well. Technicians were awesome and friendly. Price stayed at was quoted the first day. Very pleased.

Anthony was such a great resource as well as plumber! He answered all of our questions with thoughtfulness and professionalism. He was fast and efficient in installing our new tankless water heater and even called us back to let us know he verified there was a tax credit for our new system! He even went out of his way to find a more aesthetically inconspicuous exhaust cover since the new one had to be on the front of our house. I would absolutely reuse and recommend their services!

On Time Plumbing came to my house after this crazy winter weather where the pipes had froze. They have been very nice to work with, showed up when they said, communicated well, and they found the leaks in the pipes quickly and got it all taken care of. I'll definitely recommend them to others.

I read horror story reviews about this company through american home shield, our AC went out last night and I called AHS, they told me I would be using on time plumbing and air. I coordinated with them this morning to fit me in and they were so accommodating. Chris showed up and figured out my problem within 5 minutes. He was very nice and professional and I’m happy that they were able to help!

Williams attitude and character is exemplary of a servant in every respect. In our initial meeting, his evaluation his suggestions and his thoroughly and beyond thoroughly fixing the problem was excellent. He truly thought of everything necessary to do and also to tell me so that I could continue to maintain the sump pump and the battery and the charger. He also talk to me about the steel braided hose over the water heater and suggested that at some point I should have that changed out to stainless because of the corrosion of the inner rubber tubing. To say that William did his job is an understatement. I hope you pay him well.Perhaps a raise even would not be out of the question in my book. Thank you again for sending him. He truly is a god send.

Mark was timely (said between 12-4 & he was there at 1:15), he called to let me know he was on his way, he was professional while still being very nice and he found, explained and fixed my issue very quickly. I was in the process of selling my home and needed my compressor in my central air unit fixed. I explained the situation and was told by one of the gals in the office I'd have it in 2-3 days, it wasn't installed until 8 days later and delayed my home closing by a week. My deal almost fell through for the home buyers thought it was just me being difficult.The receptionist is very rude if you call 1 minute past 4:30 pm.She'll answer the phone saying after hours and then get snippy with you if you proceed to ask anything. She will tell you to call back during normal business hours even though Google says they are open until 7pm 🤔The tech was friendly and did a proficient job. Everything worked and I was able to sell my home.

We had a 90 degree house and had called a ton of companies here in Wichita—all of which said they have 24/7 emergency services but almost no one got back to me. Even though my home warranty company denied the claim, the On-Time technician Jeremy did everything he could to help me including contacting the manufacturer to make sure the correct item would be sent and made the case the repair was needed do to manufacturer defect so the replacement part would be at no cost. This was everything I needed and I appreciate Jeremy going above and beyond to help me out.

Business came and took care of my pilot. It was out and after reviewing I needed a new one. Luckily they were able to come and install one as soon as they could. Super polite folk, and very thorough.

DID NOTHING. UNPROFESSIONAL. Had a kid come over because of a stoppage. He looked at it and pretty much said he couldn't do anything, because he dint have the right tool. He also said he had to contact the home warranty, because he saw a broken pipe. Needles to say, he never called home shield, dint get back with us, wasted the entire day waiting on him. Had to call the home warranty, tell them what happen and they are sending another company, and they can't get to us until Friday. So, instead having everything fix Tuesday, I now have to wait until Friday, not being able to use any pluming and a house that smells like sewer. They are definitely ONE TIME PLUMBING, because I will never have them in my house again.

I worked with Willy and had a great experience. He called 30 minutes in advance to prepare me for his arrival. He was upfront about pricing and after diagnosing the problem gave me several options to choose from. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision or do unnecessary work. Later I was able to get a hold of him on the first call to ask questions about submitting a claim to insurance. I will continue to use and will highly recommend!

I had Craig out twice to help me with a clogged kitchen sink and he did an amazing job! OnTime may sound funny but they were perfectly on time both times. Craig was honest with me and was happy to help me when I had to recall them. Craig made the pain of a clogged drain better with his great attitude.

Nothing but positive things to say about Anthony (the tech). Very good ambassador for this company. I notice the one thing in common most of the negative reviews have and that is American Home Shield. On Time has always done great work for me but they have to play by American Home Shields rules if you are one of their customers which I am. Justin, Anthony, and everyone with On Time are amazing. American Home Shield is the put a band-aid on a bullet wound problem here not OTP.

On Time Plumbing was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I called them New Years Eve because my sump pump went out and 1-1-20 they were at my house to take a look and see what was needed. Very fast and efficient.

Called my warranty company and they dispatched On Time Plumbing and Heating LLC. They set an appointment for the next day from 8am to 4pm which I didn't like but they were fitting us in. The technician called 10mins before arriving and once here diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, explained the issue to me, what the work entailed and the warranty of the work. Happy Customer. Probably would have like to see them go ahead and service our unit which would have gotten them a 5 star. But definitely would recommend good company.

Within ten minutes of calling On Time Plumbing, William Willy and Axel called me to say they were on their way. When they arrived on scene, they diagnosed the issue and--despite not being familiar with the particular make and model of outdoor faucet/bib I have--they did research and had the repair done in a reasonable amount of time.My outdoor faucet had been dripping for quite a while and no matter what repairs or replacement I made, it would not stop. This was causing my sump pump to run continuously. Willy and Axel did some good work and the work else had held up. Thank you both!

Would give negative stars if I could. Don’t believe any of their 5 star reviews. They reduce your bill if you give them a good review. Found a “leak” and tried to charge me $2850 for a new condenser and code updates that wouldn’t be covered by my home warranty company. Another contractor came out and there are NO LEAKS in the condenser, only in the A coil, that would be covered. Stay as far away from this company as possible! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

The guy working on the faucets seemed competent when he was here, but I realized after he left that the two water timers attached to the faucets had new leaks. When I called and asked if he could attach new water timers, and he said sure, for a $100 service call. (American Home Shield only cost me $75 for the service call.) No way I'm going to use these guys again.

Swapped out our tank water heater with a tankless water heater. Was completed in less than a day & all the guys were super friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again!

On Time Plumbing and Heating is the former A&D Plumbing and Heating. This is the same people they just changed name and addresses. Run the other direction. They are un trustworthy they tell you that you need to install clean outs when you already have one to make extra money. They don't complete the job and tell you they spent too long at your house and you will have to call back and make another appointment. If you have American Home Shield tell them you want someone else.

They came out to hook up a blower motor that I had bought. The red headed guy that came out. Wired the motor in wrong. Didn't hook up the capacitor or the ground to the motor. Burnt up a contactor and relay. Do not use this shady company

Greg with On Time Plumbing, Heating, & Air diagnosed our water heater problem and reinstalled a new one with professionalism and obviously a wealth of knowledge. Hopefully we don't have another issue anytime soon, but we wouldn't hesitate using One Time again or referring them to others.

What a Wonderful Experience we have just had with On Time Plumbing , we had our main sewer line from our home to the lagoon Break. When we called to get help with our fiasco, they came out within an hour. They have an Amazing Team of Technicians, they called before arriving to let us know they were on their way, and they Truley were on time !!! They All were Courteous and Polite, and went immediately to work, they explained to us what had to be done and kept us informed of the progress . This Company has some Very Professional Men working for them , with Great Work Ethics !! They had a Very Messy , Physical , and Laborous Job putting our new Drain Line in , and they did a wonderful job with All of the project !!! They cleaned up all of the messes made and they even replanted a small tree that had to be moved , wow !!! I cannot thank you enough for the service you provided for me. My garbage disposal had started to leak straight through the housing of my old disposal and I was on able to use my kitchen sink because of that. Are you quick to respond? Heck yeah, quicker than lightning! You were very kind and while you were here doing the garbage disposal replacement. You diagnosed the symptoms very quickly and knew instantly that you needed to replace it. Then you went back to the warehouse to get a disposal that would fit my needs. Even this was a very short period of time because you were to the warehouse and back in just a few minutes. I was amazed at how quickly the replacement was installed and the work you did is amazing. I’d also like to note that you took good care of me and gave me an even better garbage disposal that I had in the first place. I had a 1/3 hp disposal and you replaced it with a 1/2 hp model. On a special note I’d like to thank you because I know you’re on a busy schedule however you took the time to look at my water heater system to tell me yes or no whether you could do replacement with a tankless water heater system the guy that I previously bought and have never gotten around to getting it installed. I look forward to getting your quote for that job. On Time was prompt and professional. We had a teacup stuck in the bottom of our toilet piping thanks to a toddler. They had to replace the whole toilet, but they were able to fetch one and install it within 2 hours of the diagnosis. I would recommend them to others.

Came home on a Friday night to find the AC was caput. Called On Time Plumbing the next morning and Jake was here in an hour. Parts installed and he was gone in less than hour. He showed me the parts that were bad and had me watch the install to him closing the unit so I could see I wasn't getting ripped off. Would highly recommend as I sit in my very cool home on a very hot day.
