Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a gas leak and the gas company had shut off my meter, so I was without heat or hot water. Lies came out within 2 hours of my calling, explained everything thoroughly and got everything fixed. Gavin did a great job!

I used David Lies Plumbing back in 2017 they installed a water heater and water softener and did a outstanding job. I called them recently to install some plumbing for my basement bathroom and basement wet bar and Shawn and Brad were the installers and they did a great job. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing they are guys that know their stuff. if you can ask for these guys you won't be disappointed. I will call David Lies Plumbing back for future projects.

They were going to charge me $3,500. However, they said the price may go up as work proceeded. I was desperate to have the water repaired. I am old and apparently I look a little senile. However, I didn't fall for it. It was repaired for a little over $500. If you are getting older, please be careful of a handshake and a friendly smile.

I was dissapointed in the labor charges. I was told $90 for the first hour and $22.50 for every 15 minutes after that. I didn't expect that the time started when the technician was on his way to my house, or that it included the 45 minutes it took him to go get parts, or that they round up so 6 minutes gets charged as 15. The technician was actually in my house working about 30 minutes yet I was charged for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This may be standard but it was not what I expected. I'm not sure why the parts weren't in his truck. Disappointed.

I paid David Lies plumbing $ 941.79 for a 6 gal. hot water heater. I was charged for 3 1/2 hours for installing at $390.00 They took the used copper. I have owned the property for 35 years and have put in two other hot water heaters. This one did not heat. Isn't their warranty on parts? The Tap,
where David Lies Plumbing bought it was very helpful. I live out of town so the tenant whom business was compromised picked up the part, a $12.00 and a electrician checked the service and installed it Who was rude? Soon as my check was cashed David Lies plumbing was done.

While we didn’t use their services (replace water heater) they were very helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem via pictures and a phone call. Gave us options and suggestions. They could have had us “fix” the problem and then later on had us fix it again and replace our water heater but they were upfront on the solution. While we haven’t replaced our water heater we definitely will when we can afford it. Thank you for your upfront honesty.

Would not give any stars if possible. Charged $ 945 to replace a 6 gallon water heater in my wife's rental property last September. Property was vacant last 4 month's. New tenant this week. Heater not working. Company came out and replaced a switch. Next morning, not working. Company refused to come out again, said it was an electrical problem. Had the electric checked. Good. Tenant purchased a $12 heating element and had it installed. Working now, no thanks to this outfit. Weak customer service. Overpriced. Buyer Beware!!

I would steer clear of David Lies plumbing. They came to my house to fix my sump pump. It was malfunctioning and raining outside. The plumber that came took the check valve off and then my house flooded. He was informed of the setup with our house and connections to our neighbors house and yet that did not give him pause. As a result, my entire basement flooded. He later lied about the fact that he was informed ahead of time how the system was set up, and lied to his superiors about that as well as lied on the invoice that the check valve was already cracked. It was not. At first they made it sound like they were going to take care of some of the damage but then we were informed we needed to file a claim. We did. We paid our deductible in full, as well as the invoice to them that was more than DOUBLE their original quote. Mr. Lies came out to my house and appeared apologetic and cooperative but in the end did nothing. I was without half of my house for almost a month, and paid over $2,500 for a sump replacement and extensive damage cleanup. Additionally, he said he would provide me with a quote to burry the enormous sump line out to our city drain but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Poor work, no integrity, and poor customer service. 10/10 don't recommend.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. First of all, I try to accomplish everything I possibly can around the house on my own... I had three water shut-off valves that I did not have the confidence to tackle on my own. David Lies was the first plumber I have ever called. They booked my appointment only 2 days out (non-emergency situation) but actually called and got me in the very next day. Evan was great at talking me through what to expect and Bob did an excellent job completing the task. If I had the courage to have tried to tackle this one on my own, it would have cost me about the same in material and tools... You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Had an emergency due a line in the home that was damaged when the gas utility while doing a a service line replacement. David Lies Plumbing responded quickly found the problem and got it repaired and inspected so we could get the gas back on as quickly as possible. The two man who came to the home were professional and through.

Wesley was very professional and our new faucets look fantastic. Although I’m related to the owner (his brother), I can objectively say that one of DLP’s plumber used not only his skill, but also his years of experience to diagnose and remedy a clogged shower valve in my apartment that had restricted the water pressure to an annoying trickle. With some persistence and ingenuity, he cleared the blockage and restored full pressure. I’m loving the experience of starting the day with a hot, pressurized shower!

Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.
