I called 3D on a Sunday evening after my wife and I ran into a snag while trying to install a new ceiling fan. I got their voicemail since they aren’t open on Sundays, fully expected a call back Monday, but got a call from Patrick just 30 minutes later. He was near our house and offered to come by and quote. Upon arrival, he dubbed it an easy job, grabbed a ladder and tools, and fully installed our fan and replaced the wall switches in under 30 minutes. Left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived! I could not be more impressed and thankful and will absolutely be using them for any/all future projects!
As Murphy’s Law would have it, on the coldest day of the year my heat was acting up. 3-D plumbing-electric-heating & air was able to send someone out quickly to get me taken care of. They sent out Dave who was super friendly & professional, explained everything very thoroughly and had my home warm and cozy again in no time. To top it off, they were very affordable!
I was very pleased with their above average customer service and I will definitely be using this local family owned company again in the future for any of my plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.
Nick was very friendly andmade sure to take every step to ensure that my AC was functioning properly before he left. He was running behind the time I was told he’d be here but he kept constant communication to make sure I knew exactly when he’d be here. Will be a repeat customer should I have any more issues in the future.

I called over 3weeks ( about 4 times with no response) and then they said they did not have time to come do work for me.
Had a pump replaced in our basement, a new toilet put in a restroom as well as a new fan. In all we had 4 different guys in our house & they all were AMAZING! They knew their stuff. They were all fast, honest & personable. They all took the time to talk with us, explain what they did & answer any questions we had. On top of doing great work their prices were extremely reasonable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Chris Wilson and his team are always fast to provide service and follow up for my clients. Repairs in real estate transactions are always time sensitive and 3D always takes that into account for quotes/repair. Professional and friendly; I am so thankful to have them to call.
They installed electrical fixtures for ceiling fans. On time, very professional and did an excellent job!

Recently we had furnace problems. I knew what I needed to replace in parts but didn’t have time and the furnace is older, which means more things unseen that they could see in an older unit. Patrick called before heading to my home. Was very respectful and courteous. Reasonable cost. Did all the work in a timely matter and replaced the parts and cleaned unit. I highly recommend them to the fullest.
Patrick and the crew are AMAZING. Not only did they answer the phone whenever I called, they were 'Johnny on the spot' when another contractor took advantage of me and helped me out a ton. They even took time out of their busy schedules to look over what the other contractor had done, and went through my entire house letting me know I was being grossly overcharged for items that weren't even installed. Because of this information, I was able to confront the other contractor and 3D ended up saving me $2,000. Would recommend them in an instant for any needs! Very honest and trustworthy as well as dependable.

We noticed a musty smell coming from our bathroom cabinets. When we pulled the vanity away from the wall, we noticed a large crack in our old drainage piping. I called 3D and someone was at our home within 2 hours. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Now I can use my bathroom sink again! Thanks

Never met Patrick or spoke with him and he shows up on my door step demanding payment and if I didn't pay him he threatened to get a foreclosure on my house. Not once did I receive a bill or phone call from him. I wasn't even the one who hired him. Very unprofessional.

I never had a service from this company but the owner resolved a matter very professionally and is the text book image of an amazing business owner.
Did electrical and plumbing for basement remodel. Great company. Easy to work with. Will continue to use them and recommend to family and friends.

We had 3D out to do annual service on our HVAC system at the house. Showed up on time, in uniform, and called to let us know when to expect them. Cleaned and tuned up our systems and walked us through the whole thing. I would recommend 3 D Plumbing and Electric. They went above and beyond in helping us Friday night when our sewer backed up into our house. Most others said they couldn't help us until the following week and 3D said it might be the next day. The next thing I know Brad is at my house trying to find the problem and help us get our water back. He diagnosed the problem and then came back Friday night in the dark and very cold 30 degree weather and found our broken pipe and fixed it. We were very distressed from all the damage in the house but he made sure we had running water and stools as soon as he could. Very nice to work with and they care!
