Plumbing companies out of Wichita are over priced and through my experiences most of the time unfriendly.
I have recommended PD Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors and they have had the same great experience.

He asked where my cleanout was at and I advised him I've looked for it since we moved in. Michael located it hidden behind our basement toilet. PD Plumbing is my go to for plumbing repairs. They are very responsive, do excellent work, along with fair and excellent pricing. I have never had a substandard experience with them. Just had to have a lift pump replaced in the basement. Nathan did an outstanding job! Very professional and quickly fixed the problem all within a day. I would never go anywhere else to have my plumbing serviced. A great company!

They guys did a great job replacing pipes for my toilet and they discovered a crack in my old one they showed it to me before he pulled it up(he did warn me it might break off) it did break off but it was not the plumbers fault. I found it very professional that he told me about it before pulling it up and letting me watch . I would definitely recommend this company for both plumbing and heating and cooling.

He came out to find a propane leak and did so and checked the lines and all was good. Repaired the leaks (2) and now I feel safe in my home and confident that the leaks are fixed.

We hire PD last January for field line repairs for our septic tank. The replacement work was done quickly but the work to make our yard 'normal' has not been. I called them last March inquiring about moving the large dirt pile left in our yard and was told more dirt needed to settle and they would be back in July to remove the dirt pile. In December with the dirt pile still not taken care of and several attempt to call PD I put up a review about their service. They notified my husband and told him once the review was removed the job would be finished. I promptly removed the review but the work was not completed.

I understand weather issues that can delay an outdoor job. I don't understand a customer having to continually call a business to get a paid for job done. Our neighbors were looking to have the same thing done at their home and hired a company using our yard as an example of what they did not want the finished job to look like. It was absolutely horrible to mow my yard all last spring and summer and we will getting the job completed by another company.

I can only wonder with their 4.8 star review how many other negative reviews they asked other dissatisfied customers to remove.

I was in need of a plumber on a Saturday.. PD Plumbing came to my rescue. Toilet backed up bath shower backed up and the water softer not working. Matt Moore of PD Plumbing came out and worked all day to put me back in the soft water,, toilet works and shower is draining wonderfully. Never know what you've lost till you can't use it.. Thank you PD Plumbing and Matt Moore for being my Knight in Shining Armor.

He was very knowledgeable and took the time to correct the problem as good as possible, will probably need more work.

First of all, fantastic! My cousin called from out of state about a problem with her shower, I jumped online and called PD Plumbing. I explained to them I was helping my cousin out with the issue, no issues. They went out, fixed the problem and follow up with me to let me know she was taken care of. Impressed.

Was told the repair would commence on a certain day/time. However, on the scheduled day, a service tech came out only to assess. He stretched a tape measure from the meter to the house. When offered to take a look in the crawl space, he declined. He got out a price sheet and told me $5800.00 was the cost. I was then sent an invoice for
an $89 dollar service fee...FOR ONLY STRETCHING A TAPE MEASURE ACROSS MY DRIVEWAY...

I am not impressed by any means, and disagree with this service fee.

Our lift pump went out and a short call to PD Plumbing and they had a repair man out right away! He was clean, professional, and quick! Had the new pump with him, top of the line, installed and cleaned up in a couple hours! Even gave us a discount! So friendly and efficient!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I will begin by saying that I called PD Plumbing at 7:38 am regarding my sump pump not working. I left a message and received a call back at 8:18 am and someone arrived at 10:30 am to replace my sump pump. From time of call to time sump pump was replaced ended up being under 4 hours.

I cannot say thanks enough to a very competent business that understands how to service their customers in a very professional and courteous way.

I have a new line in yard. Was told line is damaged. They wouldn't go in my house to understand clog lines. 265.oo and I don't feel like the job was completed. Half service should be half the price. I guess I will call someone else to figure out why sewage is coming in my house and not out.

I called these guys out for a sewer cleaning, they showed up early. They got it handled with a quickness ,and gave me a free plumbing inspection. PD plumbing was way cheaper then the last guys i had to have came out, and i got a free inspection, and they were early. I will call no one else for any plumbing issues . And i live about a hour away . Thanks guys . Next time i have plumbing issues you know who im calling

These guys are amazing! I had a sewer line trouble and some other small requests on my house that I was selling. Of course it had to be done immediately by the buyers and realtor requests a week before closing. Britt and his team were on it. Then to top it off the day of closing another issue happened and the deal was almost off the table due to the realtors. Britt and team was amazing had the issue figured out and saved the day and we made it to closing. These guys are amazing in what they do it was freezing cold snow still on the ground and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend these guys!

They were very timely and very friendly with their response the secretary was very helpful however they charged me for an estimate almost a hundred bucks and their bid was Triple that of anybody else. Talk about a money-hungry business so I won't be doing business with PDs Plumbing no time soon.

I just had these guys rough-in my basement bathroom and they did an excellent job. They adapted to some issues that the builder messed up on, made recommendations on the best way to do the finish work, and were able to work around the bathroom fixtures I bought, that weren't the best for the layout of the existing utilities. These guys just became my lifetime plumbers!

I had them come back to install a wet bar sink and run a water line for an ice maker for my basement fridge. Still a happy and satisfied customer! I'll be hiring them for all my HVAC needs now too.

Showed up same day to replace a water heater. Were professional and thorough, and more friendly and inexpensive than the competition. Will be my new go-to for plumbing work in the future.

All my drains were running slow, but there was a major clog somewhere. Tyler and Couper were right on time but unable to complete the job because there is a major problem at a spot where the pipes meet in the yard. Will require major repairs. But the service was great. Tyler explained the situation and we called the landlord.

Pd plumbing was quick and pleasant. Very professional and extremely reasonable. They were more than helpful and provided thorough knowledge. I will definitely call them for anything else.

There were a couple things that disappointed me about my experience with this company. Having to pay a fee before they do anything is odd; but, from what I understand they've done that for years. I was led to believe that that fee would be applied to what work was done. It wasn't, I will say I felt misled. The technician (Chase) I felt was sincere with me but, I did ask for the manager to please call me (Matt) which he didn't. From what I understood Matt told Chase that he tried calling me. I had no missed calls and no voice mail. Chase contacted me to collect on the 'balance' owed from his work, I was confused about the amount of the balance and what exactly he did. I once again asked again to speak with a management, he wasn't available; this was over the suggested added repair to be done... The charge they wanted for the complete repair seemed excessive. I was referred to this company by a well known friend; he was also surprised at the expense they had planned on charging for what they said they needed to do.
I won't use this company again. I was charged $354 and had nothing fixed; and, no call-back on the $6,000 repair they suggested (one days work, two men, some trenching required).
I used them once before, a year before, and they had to go back because what they did (which I was charged for as a fix) didn't fix the problem. I was charged additionally.
I, as a consumer, don't believe I was communicated with by the office staff like one should be, lack of communication and miss communication sealed the deal on not using them again, along with I belief they charge to much for their service. For what they were asking in price and suggesting as a repair would not seem out of line for some more explanation.

After the recent rains I had a sump pump failure which caused seepage into my basement. I needed to get it repaired as quick as possible. I called PD plumbing and much to my satisfaction they responded within three hours. Nathan what is extremely capable and analyze the situation very quickly. This was not a normal sump pump situation it was an outdoor exterior pump in a 20-foot well. It was very difficult but he got the pump replaced and back in operation within 3 hours. I did not have been happier with the work and the customer service. And by the way their price was very fair and reasonable. I give them five I and would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled appointment same day and the issue was taken care of within two hours. Very pleased with the service, promptness, and efficiency!

Installation also included putting in additional water lines and installing kitchen and bathroom sinks. Plus they plumbed the building for propane.
I would strongly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them for any additional work needing to be done.

I had a sewer backed up and no clean out. Nathan came out and assessed the situation with no way of clearing the line since we didn't know where the line was located nor the location of a clean out.. Nathan was very professional and courteous with me since I am flu bound. He explained what was possibly going to need to be done and went as far as to not charge me for the service call. Since our system is 44years old and no record of its location, the entire line will eventually be required to be replaced. I trust PD Plumbing would be the company for this job in the near future. Update; the sewer line was found and repaired by another plumber and PD Plumbing was suggested as the company to perform the work to replace the house to city connection. I called around for a plumber to come and do some work that I needed to be done, there was no answer so I leave a message. The owner Britt calls back and I inform him of what I need and he states he has an opening on Friday at 9am and then tells me there is an $89 fee. So I ask can the work be done the same day if I say yes? Britt said “YES they can do the work the same day” well first the tech was not at house at 9am but the Tech was understanding and was thrown into a bad situation by owner Britt. Tech shows up and states I am here to give you an estimate. So I ask can the work be done today? and I was told No you pay the $89 to only get an estimate. I was shocked to pay almost $100 for someone to come and take 4 pictures. I do not recommend using this company unless you are in a dire need of emergency and willing to be overcharged by at least a GRAND or TWO. I did get my quote though which was for $5200 and that is me supplying the parts and 8 hours of work. Which means I was being charged $650 an hour for just labor and glue.

I will be also contacting my credit card company and filing a dispute since I was lied to and not told I was paying for an estimate only. What company charges to do estimates, especially almost $100 to take a few pictures and a quote!

Removed old water heater and replaced with tankless water heater. Competitive price and had it finished before I got home from work.

Our sewer was plugged and needing plumbing help over the weekend. We called PD plumbing and left a message and had a call back in 30 minutes. They came and fixed our problem. Explained what he was going to do and the cost before he started. Very friendly service.

Absolutely great company! I called on a Saturday because I had a pipe start leaking, and they were ready to send someone out right then and there. Luckily it was non-emergent, so I had them come out on a Monday. The technician they sent did a GREAT job! He kept me informed on what he was doing the entire time and explained everything perfectly. Was charged to have a technician come out to my house and spend two hours trying to quote adding a gas line and backup sump pump. $2,100 for a back up sump pump? $3,100 to extend gas service to the kitchen…. Way over priced. Showed up on time and a friendly technician so that was a plus.

The young men that came to work on our drain, were professional but very friendly. Along with being very knowledgeable. Definitely will call PD Plumbing the next time we have plumbing issues.

They installed a water softener and plumber noticed corrosion on my new hot water heater. They repaired water heater initially but came back out after we noticed the issue again. No charge second time after several months. Plumber was nice and thorough.

The service people were very friendly and knowledgable about the product they installed. They wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the product and that it gave the results I expected. And it did 100%. They even took the time to explain to me how it operated. It's great they we're able to explain it in simple terms. I would highly recommend this company!

Ive had several small projects that have turned in to major fix it repairs. Just DIY'ers doing things on the very cheap. These guys adapted to the situations that evolved quickly and kept at the job until it was done. They know they're stuff and are extremely hard working and professional. 10/10 will use again.

Matt Moore was very helpful with the tub spout situation within our home. He worked the best he could for what the builder lacked in access to the plumbing.

Updated: I paid $89 for an inspection, $345 for dishwasher install. From initial call to inspection to actual installation was about 10 days. There was a plumbing issue with the supply line to the dishwasher (supplied off of the cold line, not the hot). I also needed a new outlet (the old dishwasher was wired directly to the electrical). PD Plumbing wasn't able to do the electrical, and the cold water supply was missed initially. I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free (again, not their fault; this was from when the home was built). Home Depot was originally supposed to install for $185, but refused due to plumbing connections (note: I've had 4 plumbers from two companies look over the connections, and the only issue was the hot/cold. Not the connections). I initially rated PD Plumbing 1/5 stars for incomplete installation and cost, but changed to 3/5. When I called to report the issues, I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free. Everyone I spoke to was professional and understanding. I did not take them up on their offer to fix the hot/cold line issue and instead went with a different plumber. The other company came out in two days from my call and had the repair complete.

Worked hard shoveling on a very hot day. Great job and fixed my problem on time and on the estimate. Thanks!

We have used pd plumbing multiple times but this will be the last. Just two weeks ago they came and cleaned our AC unit and replaced 2 fuses it was 550$ seemed worth it albeit high for 2 hours of work. Today they came to replace a small section of pipe to an outside faucet it took 25-30 minutes and cost us 440 DOLLARS. Even the technician said he wasn't fond of their blanket prices. Their techs are very polite and informative but their pricing is outrageous.

These guys are great! They came immediately, assessed the problem, fixed the problem. AND best of all the price was affordable!

It ended up being rather complicated (doesn't it always seem to be that way?) and Nathan made sure I understood everything that was involved. Forwarded from Customer Beth Posey l called on a Thursday around 3 pm trying to help me with a plugged stool. Actually got a live person with PD Plumbing and they came around 4:30 to5pm Dustin tried several times with the auger to find what my two year old grandson must have flushed. We disscussed the charge of $105 an hr to try to spend 2 or 3 hours trying to unplug versus a new stool replacement of the old one of 27 years of service. I agreed to a new stool and they were back on Friday at noon and replaced the stool within the hour .Good news for the weekend. Plus i had a year warranty for parts and labor. Dustin was very quick and courteous even to my young grandson who watched in ah!! I definitely will recommend your PD Plumbing to all my friends and relatives.

Both of them also wore masks (per our request) and we appreciated that a bunch because we have immunocompromised people in our home. UPDATE**** Aaron and Jacob came out on March 2, 2023 to install a new water heater. The gentlemen came right on time, and got to work. They worked quickly, efficiently, and everything went well. They picked up after the work was done, and left the area just as it was when they arrived. They checked to make sure we were up and running before they left, and gave us a few estimates for future work. Aaron and Jacob also wore masks while they were in our home (per our request) and it was much appreciated. Thanks for keeping your services accessible to the immunocompromised and the medically fragile. Our family will happily keep using PD Plumbing! Well done, gentlemen!

Had them come out to look at my AC thinking it wasn’t working because I was told by someone else that if something was wrong with the furnace you couldn’t use the ac either so thinking that I just called pd out. Hunter was very kind to explain everything to me and what he was doing and told me pretty much everything was working I felt like a dummy but it’s always better to be safe then sorry!!! Price was reasonable as well and didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg like I had to do with other companies! I will be definitely using them in the future if I need something else worked on! I had a suspected leak in my water line, just outside my foundation wall. They came in, dug down 4 feet to where the pipe was, and had it fixed in 2 hours time. Great work!

The guys were on time and very professional. I needed a Main Water Shut Off valve replaced. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They didn't waste time and knocked out my issue in a timely manor. Outstanding service which is why I gave them 5 stars! :)

We first called them in 2013 when we bought an old farmhouse that was in desperate need of remodeling. The sewer lines were a mess and had to be redone; we also planned to add 2 bathrooms. At every step of the way, Britt and his crew were professional and did everything they could to accommodate our remodeling wishes while staying on budget and in compliance. I will certainly be calling them again when it's time to add our new kitchen! Whether it's a small sewer line clog or a big renovation, PD Plumbing and Restoration has never disappointed. The work they do is personal, excellent, and affordable.

Our basement sump pump failed during a recent rainy period on the same Saturday as a baby shower for our granddaughter was scheduled! The plumber arrived in a mere 30 minutes and installed the new pump within the hour. The 1 1/2 inches of clear water covering the entire finished basement was pumped out before the party began! No bad smells. The technician was very professional and even though their schedule didn't have room for another restoration at that time, he called 4 other restoration companies and had us placed on their waiting lists, too. Help above and beyond what we expected! Price was also reasonable, as this was emergency help on a SATURDAY!

Excellent friendly service. Explained everything that was happening and why. I have had PD complete multiple installs and service calls, both plumbing and hvac, and never had a reason to doubt their expertise or their work. They are hands down the best.

I wanted the best because you cannot and should not mess around with anything plumbing related so I called PD plumbing. I am in Severy and they came out for a bit more than the regular price due to the price of gas. We were worried it was going to be a disaster because the area around the toilet looked like it was leaking. Bobby was able to find and fix the issue quickly. BOBBY IS THE BEST! Please be good to him PD plumbing. He was professional and his work is exemplary. We will stay with Bobby and recommend PD plumbing, thank you!

I was having an issue with my water heater leaking and they sent Mike over to look at it. He was GREAT! Very nice and really knew what he was doing and was experienced at his job. He was also very honest and helpful. If I ever need any more plumbing work done, I will definitely call and ask for him. I'm sure everyone who works there is great, but I really trust Mike's work.

Wow! Such vitriol. Never said I was mad. I was disappointed. Your guys came to the house and they had no idea about my leak even though I gave your office clerk a detailed description, in addition to the guys that were here the week before to fix another issue. Somehow after talking to your company twice this wasn't communicated to the crew. I was told you had an expert irrigation guy who would figure it all out. The guys that came were not experts. They couldn't figure out why the valve to the irrigation systems was turned off. DUH!!! It was turned off because there was a LEAK!! I told them this on the phone and it was still a mystery to them.

After asking them to find the leak, all they did was blow the system out. They totally ignored my request. When I called and talked to your owner he says the leak is underground somewhere. Not surprising because the whole system is underground.

Moreover, I NEVER asked for an estimate on the well. I mentioned that the irrigation system used to be on the well, but the former owners switched to city water. I said, find the leak and we'll talk about the well in the spring. Your attitude about this estimate is unfounded. It was NOT requested and done on your staff's initiative, and not mine. They mentioned nothing of a $79 estimate charge. You should speak with your crew about that.

BTW I had 8 plumbing companies come out for estimates on a sump job. Not one of them charged me for an estimate.

In summary, PD Plumbing ignores customer requests, overcharges for basic services, charges for estimates when others do them for free and do estimates that weren't asked for, then complain. You charge more than other companies and you can't handle criticism. Should have given one star. But I didn't because your first job was great. Irrigation, not so much.

Your guys did a great job on my tub, but you dropped the ball on the irrigation. That's it. If you had done what your customer asked for then the rating would be better. Yes you gave $20 in refund. Thanks, but your other accusations are false. BTW I returned a tray of expensive brass fittings your guys left here. If I'm such a bad guy would I have done that?

Would use PD Plumbing again and recommend to others. Cost was within estimate. Very pleased with effort to minimize damage to lawn when they replaced water line from meter to house.

Our property manager had them come out to unclog a sewer pipe on our rental. Their auger bit on the snake was broken. They tried for 2 hours and said the pipe needed replaced. They quoted 14000$!!! We just had another one replaced for 3800.00 by a different company. A different company came out and cleared the pipe (with a working auger) and quoted 2-2500.00 to replace the pipe if we need it in the future. PD sent us a bill for 300.00. For doing nothing with a broken tool!

Was your tool broken that your plumber was using? And my umber is not a cheap plumber. It is a longstanding reputable company in Augusta we have used for years. Your price quoted was almost 7 TIMES his price!!! You don't think that's excessive?
