From the receptionist, Lori, to the technician, Brad, they took very good care of us. Our air conditioner went out and I called today and we received service right away. Lori wasn’t sure if they were able to come out today due to other bookings but she called me back within 30 mins with a technician. We were able to get our air fixed today. I can't say enough good things about Josh at Frederick Plumbing. First, he took a job that another reputable plumber refused. When he came over for the estimate, he explained in detail what needed to be done and his plan of action. He answered my questions professionally and had an estimate to me quickly with a scheduled day to come over. The installation was handled expertly and the new sink looks great. My Air Conditioner went out after hours and I contacted Frederick Heating and Air as I have used them in the past. They responded and diagnoised that the system had froze and gave me the options. I decided to just upgrade.
Next morning was contacted and the representative was professional and was already informed of the situation. Later in the day measurements were taken.
Next morning they began install of the new heating and air conditioner. The employees were respectful of my residence by laying down work tarp in the area they were walking and working in. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked better than it was before. Thank you Frederick Heating and Air for being professional and helping out in a very timely manner.

Never used this company but an employee driving the company van flies down my street all the time, driving recklessly. We live within a few blocks of three schools. Not the best image for the company and not safe for the kids around here.

Sorry I already forgot his name but he was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This was a seasonal maintenance visit but he found a part that was not working as well as it should have & replaced it so other parts would not get damaged in the future. He explained well what was going on & I did not feel pressured to fix it but he told me what could happen if I didn’t. I appreciate the info to make a good decision. Great service!

A new review of an older company that I have used in the past for up to 15 years now. A smaller company that I feel has a price point that speaks to the service that I got. Reddi industries can not own everything in Wichita,,,, I would recommend.

Well i cant attest to what kind of work they do, but from the other reviewers id say Damn good work. I have not had any work performed by the company. My experiance with a few workers and the owner or manager obviously upset me enough to want to waste my time writing this review, well here goes.

The service tech arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He performed a spring cleaning and tune-up on my two HVAC units. The work was completed a reasonable time at a fair price.

Josh just left my house after installing cold and hot water and dishwasher valves as well as a minor repair in our bathroom! Great guy, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly! Could not ask for more!!! What we needed most, today, was FAST quality service. Our hot water heater sprang a leak which was already creating moppable conditions and was bound to get worse. I think Frederick plumbers showed up in less than two hours from the time of our emergency call and got a replacement tank installed within about three hours after that. MUCH appreciated.

They did a complete overhaul on our HVAC system a year ago and everything has been great ever since. They were fast, affordable, and we were surprised by their attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfect and rock solid before they left.

Fantastic! The first call I made when our AC went out was to them. They had a tech at my door within an hour and got us cooling again. Chris and I have been going over options for a new unit and he has been amazing. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. The office staff and the techs are top notch. Things like this are never easy but the whole team has made it as easy and stress free as possible

I have had a few issues with my heating and air units over the years, and they always treat me well. Service is prompt and always professional. They service my units regularly to keep repairs down. Great work guys! Highly recommend!

The service technician called and was able to move his scheduled appointment up an hour earlier. While servicing my AC system he found the large capacitor had weakened severely and located a new one and installed during same time. I had a problem with my energy service meter box earlier in the year and since the AC is the largest demand for electricity a weak capacitor may add to the required surge of power to start and run. The meter box had one lug set that was arcing and shorting causing it to be replaced. This might help resolve that issue as well. Thanks to my service tech! Job well done.

Frederick is an excellent company. All representatives were a pleasure to deal with, from the office manager to the estimator to the crew chief to the installers Lupe and Steve. They responded quickly to our needs -- our whole house ac unit needed replacement -- and finished the job ahead of schedule and in one day. We are sitting in air conditioner bliss right now because of the phenomenal job by the entire team at Frederick. We are very happy with our new equipment and the professional installation. The attention to detail by Lupe and Steve is outstanding. The sheet metal work was like an artist creating his masterpiece. It is that good.

I have used Frederick Plumbing for years and never had an issue. Always nice. Always prompt. Very reasonable. This time however, I'm in the middle of selling my house and the inspectors discovered a leak coming from my bathtub into the basement. Although not a 911 kind of situation, it was worrisome as I wouldn't be able to use the main tub and shower in my old 1937 bungalow AND I had a contract pending on my house, so it was important to have this taken care of as soon a possible. I called on a Monday. Next appointment available wasn't until the following Monday! NO WAY! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked if there was anything any sooner; I mean it's a large company. Nope. So on Wednesday, I called Plumbco. They came out within about 2 hours of my call; figured out what needed to be done; replaced some piping and the overflow bathtub/shower drain. Took him an hour and it was less than $200. Sorry Frederick. No more!

Chris and his team at Frederick go the extra mile and have been extremely responsive for me. Recently (not the first time, either) my AC went out in the heat of the summer and Chris had a tech there almost immediately. I highly recommend.

over a 3year span I have had them work on my business and home. After a few attempts by diffrent people in service to figure out why my shop air conditioner couldnt keep up i gave up ,it was a old unit. I finally gave up but Tyler who was doing house unit assured me if I had him personally come out to check it he would find the problem. He had replaced the ductwork inside in the first year, and was now doing service also. He came out and made the suggestion needed to fix the issue. Owner of the shopping center did the suggestion and WoW what a difference it has made. Unit is keeping up. It Had to do with outside roof unit having exposed ductwork not being insulated. The owner of the shopping
center chose to do it his self, added reflective insulation to cover area. Guess it shows experience is everything. I plan on continuing to use them for my needs but will request tyler for service.

Woke up to a broken AC and temps forecasted to be 107+ today. I contacted Frederick Plumbing, Heating & Air and within 10 minutes he had us back up and running. They were quick friendly and professional. We will be calling to sign up for the system maintenance. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your HVAC needs.

Hot water tank replacement. Thank m was awesome!!! He supported my purchase of this tank saying he has the same one in his home. He was friendly, thorough, cleaned up and was in and out! You could not hope for a better experience!!!

I normally don't share reviews since I always expect good service from the people I work or contract services with. However I feel compelled to write this review to recognize Frederick for the outstanding service they provided. On arguably the two hottest days of the year (107+ heat index), they found a way to get my AC working again after my unit died. With their connection with suppliers they were able to find a unit and install it the same day. The internal temp in my house at the time was 92 with 90+% humidity!. Within a few hours it had cooled down to 82 but more importantly with little humidity - our house was livible again! Thank you Chris, tyler, Javier and team to make this happen! Customer for life

The furnace at our home quit working Sunday afternoon and the person who answered their phone explained the fees involved and gave us the option of waiting until regular business hours on Monday. I checked with them Monday morning at 8:30, and though they were already fully booked they were able to squeeze us in Monday afternoon. Reasonably priced for their services, too!

Called and since it was after hours they said it would have to be a emergency charge. I said no problem our AC is out we have a new born it has to get taken care of. Needless to say I never got a call back until the next day. With a casual sorry you slipped through the cracks! I went with a competitor.

Had Chris and his crew install a hot water heater for my in-laws. I have had service calls and a new AC/Heater installed also in the past. Chris is the only heating/air/plumbing provider I will ever go to. They are the best.

The plumber came at a time that I was told he would be here and changed out the problem. He decided that the sewer line needed cleaning out which they do not do and recommended another company to call which I did.

Our Thermostat and AC broke down. The high was 105 degrees. We had an very friendly and wonderful serviceman named Adrian help us. He was quick and went through everything thoroughly. Before we knew it my AC was up and running in no time. I would recommend anyone to use this company for experienced servicemen to get the job done quickly. We will use them again. The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to Frankenstein pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.

Requested service thru online request. Received call next morning and receptionist was kind, upfront about service fee, and quick to get me an appointment that afternoon. Technician was easy to work with, friendly, and kept me informed during his entire inspection and service. A great company that responds and follows up with requests. Highly recommend.

One of their trucks, a service pickup, passed me on the right on Hwy 400, March 23, west of Severy, at about 2:45 p.m. whoever was driving risked their life, my life, and the lives of those behind us. I was driving 55 mph. Less than 2 minutes later, a four lane appears with slower traffic able to move right and let the faster traffic by. The side road was thin with speed bumps so he was into my line, on my right, both of us going west. This is one of the most dangerous instances of driving that I have seen in a long time.

These guys are great! Another company wanted to charge us $800 to repair the AC in a house we were trying to sell. Frederick's diagnosed the problem properly and repaired it for $245 and squeezed us in before our closing on the house. From the ladies who answer the phones to the technicians to the repair manager they are all quality people who went our of their way to help us

There was an issue with the appointment not getting scheduled as it should have when I called early in the morning, but it was resolved and they were thankfully still able to come the same day.
Kenny was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He immediately knew what the issue might be, confirmed his suspicion, and quickly got our AC fixed. He shared a few tips and tricks for maintaining our unit that will be a massive help. Not only that, he also found an old filter that got sucked into the HVAC that neither our Home Inspector or the last AC repair company discovered - which we had come out due to low air flow upstairs and were told it’s operating as it should. Our airflow has drastically improved throughout the entire house! I can’t imagine the toll this has been taking on our unit and our electric bill.
This pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to others, but the results clearly speak (and in our case, pay) for itself. I will continue using their services moving forward. I highly recommend!

On 9/22/2017 I had Frederick PH& A replace my leaking water heater and was most please with the results. Nathan was quite professional and very outgoing. Quite refreshing for a young tech to know his job and take care of the customer properly. The results, an outstanding job well done. I couldn't have asked for better. My thanks to Nathan & Chris.

Technician was very nice but we are still experiencing the loud popping in our ductwork that we’ve had since the home was built 1.5 years ago. Multiple visits have produced no results. We like your company and chose to renew our service plan but still need this issue resolved.
