Eck Services owner, Travis Eck, stumbled onto electrical and technician work in the 8th grade when an electrician working on his mother’s tanning bed asked if Travis could help him with another job. Two very nice servicemen showed up to look at the electrical problems we had. They fixed the old wiring issues in our detached garage/workshop. After that they had to fix wiring for our well pump that another company left unhooked. We had a sprinkler system that we haven't been able to be use for the last year.

Figured out problem quickly and took care of on a busy and very cold day
I called and explained what the issue was that I was having with my garage ring and was quoted $99 and $100/per hour per technician. The person who put the ring up in the first place was only one person and I informed them I didn’t have a lot of money at the moment and didn’t need two technicians.The job itself was $60 but I was charged almost $300 just bc they decided to send out an additional tech anyway who wasn’t needed. The 2nd technician was there to observe and it appeared that he didn’t think I should be charged $100 x 2 because he didn’t do anything, so I don’t feel that’s fair to charge the customer for their employees to shadow each other. They weren’t here for a full hour and I never received an itemized bill or a receipt for that matter, just a text asking how did they do. Will not use again and will not recommend. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the guy shadowing was nice and professional.

Matt is wonderful to work with. He came out again today to hook up our ice maker and fix the bathroom sink drain. Eck Electricians (been here for a proir job) will be out tomorrow to replace our DR ceiling fan and install a new kitchen light. Very, very happy with Eck and their employees.

Waited at home more than 5 hours and called three times before finally getting a response. Technicians were pleasant enough, which is why this is a 2 star review not 1 star. They Inspected my system and requested $1,250 to repair it. They also gave me a hard upsell to a $3,999 ‘upgrade’. The situation did not smell right so I paid the $99 call out fee and got a second opinion from another vendor. Problem was fixed to my satisfaction for $327. Would not go near Eck again, based on this experience.

Came to diagnose my A/C problems. Instead of having to replace a condenser or the entire unit, they found a condensor water drain plugged up. They also went the extra mile to check out my crawlsapce and found ductwork had rotted out by the water and fell out of place. They replaced the damaged sections and got me up and cooling off the same day I called, and did so for less than I expected for their work. Both techs were professional and communicated everthing I needed to know effectively.

They were very nice and professional. Brandon was great. They changed a damaged light switch which took maybe 10 minutes. I felt $183 was a little pricey for that. I found out $99 was for travel time?? I should have ask before having it done. Lesson learned.

The shutoff for my washing machine was broken and needed replaced. I found this after my washing machine broke and the new one was being delivered in two days. I called Eck Services and they sent Jason out and he got it fixed right away. Second time I have used them and they will be my first call for anything plumbing related.
Another good job by Eck’s. Dakota was professional and very present to be around. Got job finished up and I’m totally please with it. Will never hesitate to use there services they have always done me right.

Trenton was absolutely fantastic! He called me when he was 30 minutes out for my consultation to install outlet for car charger. He gave me my options and a quote, accepted the work and was done in less than 30 minutes. incredible service and I'm really happy. Called to inquire about having our duct work cleaned. The woman who answered my call assured me Eck Services performed this service. When I asked the cost of the service & when was their first available appointment, I was told she would have a technician return my call because she wasn't allowed to schedule the work or price a job. One week later my call hadn't been returned. I called again & inquired when I could expect my call returned. After a delay, she found where I had originally called. She assured me she would message the technician & I would receive a call no later than the next day. I called again after 3 days to report my call hadn't been returned. No explanation or apology. In an annoyed voice, she said she would notify the technician. To date, four weeks later, NO RETURN CALL, not that I would use this company!!! HORRID customer service!

Broken water pipe under house. They were here within an hour to fix the leak, the crawl space was wet an muddy from the leaking pipe. Was really nice and appreciated the time frame from when I called till the time they had it fixed and left. I will call them again if I need work done and will recommend them to friends and family.

We had both basic and atypical plumbing issues that needed to be addressed and not only was everything repaired/installed perfectly, but they took great care to clean up as they worked. I had been fighting off and on sewer line blockage for 4 months. My now former sewer line cleaner company didn't get the job done after 3 visits. So I employed the Eck professionals to come out and scope my lines with a camera and to have them fix what was needed. Turns out that it was due to extra thick greasy sludge way down the line and the sewer line pipes were fine. Anyway, they got it all cleaned out and it all now works beautifully. Pricing was quite far for what all they did. Everyone was nice and professional. I now have Eck on my speed dial.
They came promptly in the morning, worked hard on a hot day and got our new HVAC system installed in a few hours. We were very satisfied with them. Also need to compliment Dustin for his quick response and repair of our a/c a couple of weeks earlier.

I called to find out the cost of replacing our thermostat. Was told it would cost 99.00 just to get a tech to come but she would let a tech call to let me know the estimated cost. Dustin called within 15 min. Told me it would cost 152.00 which would include a thermostat. I asked if that was on top of the 99.00. He said he would check and call back. He called and got it reduced by v50.00. I asked when he could come. He said in about 40 min. He came was very friendly and only took about 20 min. We also signed up for the maintenance program a 240.00 cost. In the end the bill was just under 400.00 since the work we wanted was reduced by the maintenance program.

We had Eck install the wiring for our sunroom in October of 2021. Due to multiple health and labor delays we were not able to connect our outlets till December 2022. We had electricity to only half the room. Frustrated we called them back and another $206 later we found that part of the electrical was wired one way and the other another. It was a simple fix but we got to the bottom of it.The young men were very polite and were able to fix a few other things but we have one outlet and light switch box that is a bridge to nowhere. But we decided we don't need it we will nut it and cover it.Over all we were happy with today's service but disappointed it was not under any warranty. Being on A Fixed Income it was a hard pill to swallow.
Tony and Drew were extremely knowledgeable in their work which was apparent through their explanations when I had a question or concern. They treated the project professionally and with consideration. They put extra effort into leaving the yard better than they found it and went the additional mile of cleaning up the street.Matt walked me through the process of the plumbing in the interior of the house making sure to pay attention to detail and respecting my wishes. The upgrade to the plumbing will make for much easier access.I am pleased that I will now be drinking from a clean line!

Wyatt showed up earlier than he set up, but was okay with me. When I explained problem he listened and then Checked out systems and worked finding problem . Explained what he was doing and answered my questions clearly. I had to leave and he finished and explained everything to my wife and called me to give update. I love Eck, hate the rates. Today was a winner with Chad - cost was out of line. I pay cash upon completion, should discount for that as well.
Hate to give a poor review, but even though they were punctual and nice, I feel like I got way ripped off. They used one of their outlets and charged me $50, instead of using the one I bought that morning for $20. Come on. That’s pretty low end, used car dealer type behavior. Also was overcharged for the amount of time and skill level involved in solving my problem. $250 for 1/2 an hour and wiring up a couple outlets correctly. I needed a professional to come in and solve a weird problem, so appreciate that, but way over-priced.

Our lawn sprinkler system started to throw the breaker and the system became very unreliable. We called Eck Services and they had two guys right out and they quickly diagnosed the problem. A new pump was installed the same day and works perfectly. The lead tech was Seth who was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable. I would have him back anytime. His assistant was DJ who was likewise wonderful to be around.
Came out within an hour of calling. Obviously knew what he was doing. Professional and super informative of issues and options. Fixed A/C toot sweet!!
Zak was very professional and repaired it quickly, my only complaint was that he ordered the wrong part for our water heater so we had to wait 2 extra day with no hot water. We also never recieved an invoice.

Within 30 minutes of my call Eck was on site. The repair man went on the roof shut the flap or what ever its call that was stuck open within an hour we went from 60 degrees to 66 by 3:30 we were at 72 degrees THANK YOU ECK FOR THE HEAT AND WARMTH.

I called at 4:30, knowing it was late on a Saturday, but confident I would get timely service as their website said they respond 24/7 for HVAC emergencies. After nearly two hours I called again and left a message. It took over four hours to get a return call and over five hours before a tech showed up.

Replaced pressure tank for well on water source heat pump. Did an inspection on heating cooling system, found components that needed replacing. Showed me meter readings and asked if I wanted them to replace them, before they failed. Went over all their work with me before installation and replumbing new tank in. Wade knew more about my HVAC system, than anyone else Ive ever dealt with. Both he and Konnaly were polite, informative, and respectful. They took the time to clean up after themselves, and moved a freezer for me. Would use them again. I called around 930 am, I got a call from Travis Eck by 1230, guys showed about 1pm, and were done by 5pm.
Eathan and Brett were great to work with and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. They explained everything in detail and gave me great confidence in their work.

Let me tell you about Eck. Here at the Shock house it can get crazy. Kids everywhere and animals. Well Eck first off beat the competition in their prices. Which having 4 kids means a lot. The two technicians that came out to our house were amazing! I did not catch their names but let me tell you, they were top notch! They had a smile all day long even though our house HVAC was a pain the a**. They smiled at our kids and had a friendly attitude towards them and us. I had a GREAT experience with Chet Brace at Eck Services. One of my breakers was continuously tripping and would not reactivate, so I called to set up an appointment. They offered to come look at it same day! I was out of the house, so I rescheduled for a couple days later when it would be more convenient for me; they were happy to respect the timing that worked best for me.When Chet came out for the diagnosis, he called 15 minutes beforehand to make sure that the timing was okay. When he got here, he was able to diagnose a faulty breaker and replace it all within the 30 minute diagnosis period -- I just had to pay for the diagnosis and the parts, which was a very fair price. Chet was respectful of my space, was pleasant to be around, and graciously entertained and answered my electrical questions -- even if they weren't relevant to the immediate problem. I would 100% recommend Chet at Eck Services for your electrical service needs.

I use Eck Services for their bi-anual electric generator maintenance and have been happy with them so far and wanted to try with other services. I had an electrical problem with lights in and outside of the garage. Trenton May (I apologize I forgot the other name of the technician that was with him) came around the time they said they would be here.They listened as I described the problem and the layout of the wires and answered questions when I had them.If I was unhappy with something they would make sure I was satisfied with the result. I hired Eck Services to relocate a water filtration system from one house to another. They were on time, friendly, and hard working. They removed the old sysem quickly and carefully, transported it to the new house, and installed the piping required to hook up the system to the new house. They asked me questions such as where I would like the components to be placed and did the job well. They cleaned up after themselves and verified the system for leaks. They also gave some much appreciated advice about a couple other issues they noticed while working in the utility room.Also, they held the cost to their original estimate value despite going to a few extra lengths to ensure I was happy.I will definitely hire them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers.I appreciate the work that Sean and Ricky did and look forward to having them help with a couple other issues around the new house I'm in. Good advice excellent service was there on time
Our AC went out a week ago over the weekend and while very hot. Eck was very responsive and sent a tech as promised. Once he arrived Blake was very professional and knowledgeable. Our unit is older and we were concerned that it was dead. Blake said I can fix it no problem and was very transparent pointing out a wiring issue and finding the board was bad due to arcing. He had part on truck and quickly repaired. Due to such fair pricing and good service while here we also had him do a full PM. Unit performs outstanding now. If he is representative if Eck then they are an excellent company-a rarity in today's world. We are happy to reccomend...

Would be higher than 1 star but they charged me a $75 emergency dispatch fee without any advance warning for a non emergency situation. Looks like they do this when someone can visit the same day that you call. Would've been nice to know I was getting a $75 charge on top of the $99 service charge and going to pay almost twice as much as I needed to. Giving them one star because up-front communication about payment is part of professionalism and trustworthiness.The techs were knowledgeable and friendly.

ECK Services was the contractor that responded to my need for electrical wiring R&R in my home. There was some old Knob & Tube wiring in the recently purchased residence. ECK was responsive and followed up with my changes in schedule, which I found helpful showing their persistence in wanting the work. Had a 15 yr old water heater . Quit heating all together and Dillon, who is a tech from Eck services came and very expertly replaced it in no time at all. $100 service fee is a little high but I guess it’s my fault. Had an led light so I assumed we had an electrical problem since it was flickering for awhile. Turns out it was just a bad fixture. Very professional and on time.
Matt and Ricky were great! Explained everything to me in easy to understand terms, updated me when their original plan changed, even brought in a 3rd person to advise on my plumbing issue. They left everything clean and tidy after work was completed. I will be calling Eck again for my maintenance and home improvement needs!

I highly recommend using ECK. Brett was punctual, courteous and very professional. He explained what he was doing and why and how long it might take. He fixed the problem and told me why it occurred and what I could do to prevent/slow it from happening in the future. He also talked about some future repairs that might be necessary. Overall, I was very appreciative and impressed with his work and the way he performed it.
Eck Services did a great job on replacing my electrical panel. Clay did a great job. He was very professional, his work was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better company and a better electrician to work with..thank you ECK.

Drew and Christian were incredibly professional as technicians as well as the office staff that took my initial call.The response time after calling 15 other electrical contractors was amazing!! I had no air conditioning on a day that it id to be 102 degrees outside with a dog and cat to be left home. They immediately identified the problem and get it corrected then offered me a quote for other things within my breaker box and wiring that needs to be replaced.Absolutely outstanding service at a wonderful price. Thank you all so much because not only is my house getting cooler today but I feel safer knowing I'm not going to have an electrical fire. Thank you thank you thank you!

My ac condenser quit working right before winter came. Prior to it quiting it had other repairs done. It was made in 1997 and they don't make some of the parts anymore. So time for a new one. None of the other repair companies told me it was illegally wired or that I could just replace the ac part of my dual system. They all tried to sale me a whole new system. I couldn't afford a whole new system. Plus my heat still works. Benjamin explained everything to me took measurements and said that I will get a quote through email before deciding on buying. I'm waiting for the quote. My overall experience was great. One thing I did dislike is paying 99.00 service fee for nothing to be fixed only looked at and measurements taken. I do understand companies need to make money and people need to be paid so overall understandable. I'll update again after I get quote and things are actually fixed. I called on Friday and seen at 4:30pm so understood a quote by Monday.

Downsized to a 1950 house that is a fixer upper but electrical had been partially updated. Found a room that light switch did not work. Turned out to be really old three way switch with questionable wiring. Called Eck Electrical and they came to troubleshoot very next day. They did a full checkout out of pertinent switches and wiring. Turns out it was the old wiring (which was copper thankfully) that had been misswired. They rewired the switch correctly as well as the socket in the attic. Made sure all was up to code. They were polite, knowledgeable and worked fast. Eck Electric is my go to electrical repair now.Charles Hacker

We were very pleased with the price of the new furnace and air conditioning unit. Once we agreed to purchase new products from them, the install was scheduled and completed within just a few days. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and professional. Technicians Luke, Ben and Caleb were very careful to ensure our new equipment was installed to the best standards. The owner, Travis Eck, was easy to deal with and responsive to any concerns we had. Our current plan is to continue to use Eck Services for our future HVAC needs.

Services was good and the young man was very nice.
I called Eck Agency with promise that they would be out between noon and 5. I called at noon and verified time frame and if I would be called before hand. They said yes. As it got later into the evening I called again to check status. They said I was on schedule and would be hit and that a technician was sent a message to call. I waited 1.5hrs and nothing. I called after hours and they said “yea you’ll probably be hit tomorrow!” My home is 89° with a toddler, an 11yr old and animals. I get people get busy but communications and the promise of coming out was definitely a let down. Now I’m left in a hot home trying to find someone to come out tonight.

Tremendous experience. They managed to get out here the same day we called, they had the stuff they needed to get our issues fixed. For what they did the bill was pretty much what was to be expected. Had to call on a Sunday for an emergency flood situation in my bathroom. I am very pleased with the work they did for me. They came right out when I called late Friday afternoon and did what they could. Came back and fixed all my problems on the following Monday. Very nice guys and very professional.
Repaired our connection to Goddard Water from inside of house wall ran new line through the wall to outside and connected outside to Goddard water line..Changed bad inside connection to our copper lines in house with high pressure materials. Both men were professional , mannerly and used proper high pressure materials like needed. Will rate them high and will refer your company to many great deal. I had a service completed for a new valve paid over 400 dollars and now I have not received a call back to fix the service that was preformed I’m highly disappointed not to mention I got a quote for electrical work and hvac work was told i could get a 0 finance for 12 month then was told to sign paperwork that did not match the agreement that the financial department discussed with me I feel disappointed the interactions I had with the hvac and electrician were very kind and positive they were honest with me and that this would be a big job but just due to the other poor interactions I have had I am glad I didn’t go through with the work

The Tech's were great. Called me and kept me Informed. Set up a time to be there and were on time.Had to have the main water line from the meter to the house replaced. I was introduced to Eck via the recent buyout of Adams Electric (who originally started my project) I needed to get the project finished after a hurricane of bad events led to its delay. I spoke with Trevor and he arranged for Ryan my tech to come out. He had some trouble finding my house (but everyone does who uses GPS, EVERYONE gets lost, lol) so he called me to tell me, I gave him better directions and he was here only delayed by a few minutes. He was super nice, very professional and got the electrical outlet box installed quickly. Would highly recommend calling Eck Services if you need anything done.. This gentleman and the whole company is not only professional, they are reasonably priced, on time, answers all questions even if asked more than once, very friendly, courteous, cautious, makes sure you understand what is going to be done, makes sure you are aware and approve of any changes during the process, sometimes our house didn't cooperate due to being an older house and they made sure we were on board with EVERY STEP of the way. We had a very nasty sewer backup late in the day and needed the drain pipes cleaned out ASAP! The entire house smelled like an outhouse, and we could not run water nor flush the toilet. I called seven plumbers, some of which put us on their schedule for the next day; others said they would put us on a very long list and it would likely be the next day. We made a reservation at a local hotel and packed a bag. Just as we were ready to walk out the door, Matt from Eck Services called to say he was on his way. Matt and his helper were very professional yet personable. They were quick and efficient. We certainly appreciated their coming to our rescue! Thank you!

Our 30-year old furnaces went out. We have one for our main floor and another for the 2nd floor. They were able to fix them, but they also discovered two carbon monoxide leaks from the units due to a crack in one and missing rivets in the other. It will cost us a significant amount of money to replace, but we are super grateful for the thorough job Dalton did to discover these leaks and ultimately keep our family safe.

They came to snake my line. Said they went down 100 feet. But my drain was till full of water. Tried to sell me on other services. Called Ben Franklin plumbing. Came right out. Found my sewer was clogged 25 feet down. I told him eck said they went down 100 feet. He laughed, said it was impossible. The water would have went down in your drain. They lied to me. Their snake was half the size of Ben franklin's. Not even the right size. Got ripped off, and lied too.

They couldn’t or wouldn’t clean the sewer line. Wanted to put in an outside cleanout to the tune of $1500.00. Didn’t have the right equipment to put a snake down the stool. Looking for someone else.

We had Eck Services come out to give us a quote for some electrical work in our house. Juan and his helper showed up on time and was very polite! I explained what we wanted done then Juan sat in his van and worked up a quote, which only took about 15 minutes. After emailing me the quote and reviewing it with me, he said if you want, we can do it now. Impressed by the availability, I eagerly agreed to the price and signed the quote. The team went to buy supplies and eat lunch then returned to do the work. They were very professional, polite, and efficient. The quality of work is top notch AND they cleaned up after themselves very well (both of which are hard to find these days). I'm impressed with Eck Services and will be using their services again! The wife discovered a water leak in our utility room downstairs and coming out of the ceiling in multiple places and dripping heavily. I couldn’t make out where it was coming from so we called called Eck services and they responded quickly and was getting late but they sent a technician over promptly. Matt was able to figure out quickly where the leak was coming from which was inside the walls and very difficult to get to. Matt and his team were very professional and did a excellent job and repaired with very minimal damage and very thankful, Thanks Eck services.

Amazing experience with this AC repair company! Our AC wasn’t working starting on a Friday night, and by Saturday morning they came and fixed it. Very friendly, very professional, all in all I was VERY happy with their service!

Our AC started freezing up, so we called Eck at 8am and had a technician at our home by 8:30. Our technician, Dalton, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain to me in detail the diagnostic work he was doing on our system, as well as what our options were for repair. I was super happy that he took the time to explain to me how the cooling system works, and where he noticed our system was failing. We have used Eck before for electrical work, and we will be using them to install a new furnace system as well. Fast work and awesome technicians. 10/10

First off we are extremely grateful for Eck Services to send out a crew on a Friday afternoon to fix our outside water leak!I was very impressed with the care they took to tear up as little as possible of our front yard. We ended up have a frozen pipe which eventually burst. The two gentleman that came out were from the Kingman location. They communicated with me during the entire process and let me know what was going on and what the saw. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
I had a water leak between the meter and my house, the guys came out dug it up, fixed the leak, and repaired my yard like it never happened.

Kitchen sink had been draining slowly the past several days. Attempted to make an appointment this afternoon with 5-6 other companies. Only one company, Eck, told us they could work us in today. Cameron called us within an hour or so and stated he would be over within 30-60 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes, got a synopsis of the issue from my wife, brought in the snake and got to work. Within 30 minutes or so, the kitchen sink lines were cleared out. Cameron was a professional and Eck made sure that we were taken care of. Very satisfactory experience.

So far we have had some plumbing repairs, hot water on demand installed, Split A/C installed, electric service upgraded to 200 amp, federal pacific panel replaced and some electric repairs.We gave a fairly extensive list of work to complete, not everything has been addressed and I've had to go to them to remind them of things we need to complete... Looks like I am again going to have to go back and remind them that I need Cat5e run inside the house, I have requested this several times now ... But overall the employees have been great and knowledgeable.

The work they did was excellent and for that alone I would call on them again.Their respectfulness towards the children in my house, however, was what put them over the top for me. Caleb very kindly and without exasperation said hello back to an extra friendly child on at least 3 or 4 occasions. We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom early Wednesday morning. I called right as Eck opened and within an hour the team was here. The pipe was in a very tight spot against the duct, so they had to maneuver in order to make the repair. Thankfully, we were all set by about lunch time and the price was very reasonable. We’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a hard time finding companies that are as professional as Eck. Should we have any further issues, they will be our first call.

The technician was friendly and explained what was going on in terms the customer could understand. He was able to fix in a reasonable amount of time; and wasn’t outrageously expensive!I would definitely recommend, and we use them again!
I had an external line that was sparking that I could not determine what it powered to shut off. The repairman came out in the rain after hours and determined what breaker it was attached to to turn it off. He returned the next day and removed the line. Very efficient and courteous.
Guys did a great job troubleshooting and fixing problem
The two worker bee's did a outstanding job. They cleaned out my sewer line and then ran a camera down to check their work. It looked to me like my sewer line will be good for a few more years. Even though all the work was outside they cleaned up after themselves and took good care of their equipment. That tells me that they care and I was pretty impressed. This company is now on the first to call list for life's little issues.

Lucas from Eck services has been out to work on my ac back in June and was back again in October to work on my heater. I found him to be honest and efficient. He is not only friendly and professional but has been totally worth his salt. Thanks to Lucas and his professionalism I will recommend him and Eck to everyone. When my ac went out back in June other companies told me it would be two or three weeks before they could get to me, Lucas was out that day and worked past his quiting time with no extra charge .Today I put in a call about my heater and Lucas wa as here within an hour and a half, And there is fresh snow across the region today. Ben did an excellent job installing our new system. I have never had a bad experience with the technicians that work for Eck. They are always professional, efficient and never talk to me like I'm stupid, which is rare in their field. I would absolutely recommend Eck Services technicians to anyone who needs services or repairs on their home or business.My only issue is with communication, or lack thereof, from certain people in the front office.

Removed an old defective garbage disposal per my request and replumbed kitchen sink drain pipe and trap. Also they scoped my sewer line, removed a clog, and reinstalled the toilet. Good job by both plumbers!

The technicians that showed up on the job were professional, friendly and listened to the problems I was trying to express. They will be getting work from me again I have several outlets that need to be installed and they will get my business. I highly recommend this company and the technicians that were here. Well above my expectations of what I was expecting as well affordable I highly recommend this company and the technicians that were here.

Trace led the job of plumbing install and hvac rough in for our new build on a shop and mother-in-law living quarters. He communicated well through the entire process and even changed some things per our preferences. He was respectful and extremely professional throughout. Trace has a great understanding of the construction process and made sure everything would work together for the whole build. Also, Cactus had everything squared away from the beginning and was really receptive in setting us up so Trace knew exactly what was going on! I would recommend Eck in Kingman for any need you have!
This companys hiring process is garbage, they dont check anything.did a full day of work just to be let go. I wouldnt hire them either, most are unlicensed workers.

I was super happy with the work Clay did for me. I highly recommend asking for him if you need service. Not so impressed with the communication from the office!!!
Had two different jobs done at separate times and we are very satisfied with the service and the attention to detail that was given. We were quoted alot less than other companies and that is one of the reasons we will continue to use their services in the future. Ryan we highly recommend!

I had the fill valve and flapper valve replaced in my toilet. The service man was polite and clean. He did a great job and everything works well now. Thanks for a great job!
Horrible company and over charges. Anything over 30 min is twice the cost. How is it possible to know what a problem is in less than 30 minutes including drive time... will never ever recommend this company to anyone.I would give no stars but it forces me to give one.. smhTechnician - was good but the manager should find a new carrier..

Recently Trace did maintenance on our systems and did a very thorough job we were very pleased. He even solved a filter issue we were having since installation.Today on Sunday our heater would not work, Dillon responded to our call within minutes and replaced the thermostat.
