Louis has fixed a garbage disposal, a plumbing pipe issue, a broken main water line and a toilet for us. Excellent work. Very knowledgable and willing to educate you on plumbing issues. Highly reccomend him for any plumbing job.

I don't remember the young man's name that came today but he was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, clean and honest. I will definitely call Mr Rooter for all of my plumbing needs.

Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.

Unfriendly, quick to not help

Our furnace started squealing so I turned it off and called to get it it fixed . Since it was a weekend I thought I would wait until Monday to have the work done then reaIized Sunday would be below freezing and our house would not keep warm enough with just a space heater so I called early Saturday morning and was able to have a man come right away. I thought the bearings in my furnace motor were bad but when Ben came he examined the motor and determined it was just a loose belt. I appreciated his
careful exanination and replacing the belt in a timely manner.
Ben had a very friendly and helpful attitude.

Too summarize: I was able to get help right away. The job was done effeciently and well. The workman was pleasant.

I normally don't share reviews since I always expect good service from the people I work or contract services with. However I feel compelled to write this review to recognize Frederick for the outstanding service they provided. On arguably the two hottest days of the year (107+ heat index), they found a way to get my AC working again after my unit died. With their connection with suppliers they were able to find a unit and install it the same day. The internal temp in my house at the time was 92 with 90+% humidity!. Within a few hours it had cooled down to 82 but more importantly with little humidity - our house was livible again! Thank you Chris, tyler, Javier and team to make this happen! Customer for life

These guys have always done a first class job. There was even one time when the faucet just required a simple tightening and they didn't even charge me a service call. Always on time and some of the most reasonable prices in the city.

I called 3D on a Sunday evening after my wife and I ran into a snag while trying to install a new ceiling fan. I got their voicemail since they aren’t open on Sundays, fully expected a call back Monday, but got a call from Patrick just 30 minutes later. He was near our house and offered to come by and quote. Upon arrival, he dubbed it an easy job, grabbed a ladder and tools, and fully installed our fan and replaced the wall switches in under 30 minutes. Left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived! I could not be more impressed and thankful and will absolutely be using them for any/all future projects!

Super service! Technician came out on a very hot day on Sunday to fix my failing air conditioner! He displayed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the problem! He had the problem fixed in short order! I look forward to future dealings with this company and keep them first on my calling list. They come with my highest rating! Technicians name was David Gilchrist, whom I highly recommend.

These guys should be your first choice. I've used them for HVAC and for plumbing. For HVAC they were able to fix my heating in the winter when I needed it most. He even offered to help me troubleshoot it over the phone in order to save me the money. Absolutely great character and integrity.

For plumbing, I had them install a sump pump and back up. They came in very reasonably priced amongst 5 other quotes, but by far had the best attitude and customer service. The had it installed in a neat and orderly manner, with piping and wires organized properly.

I also had a leak in my basement ceiling. The owner, Brad, was able to get it fixed in about thirty minutes without cutting any drywall. He also noticed I had an issue with my toilet and suggested I replace a few parts to prevent issues in the future. I had him replace it and it solved some ongoing issues we had had in our toilet.

They have fantastic service and excellent skill. It is a father and son team that care about serving their community in a fair and honest way.
