We’ve called Ballard more times that I’d love to call a plumber in the 2 years we’ve lived in our home but every single time, they’ve been fast, cost efficient, and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough! Happy with their service and will always choose them for our plumbing needs.

My family just bought a house and on a budget and they accepted the offer I had. Talked to me like I was a human and understood the situation of being a first time home buyer and took that into consideration and did not try to add on things I could not afford. They are respectful, and caring. Yes I will call them and use them again if I need them again .

Quick and professional

When their supplier accidentally shipped them the wrong unit, Ballard Plumbing went above and beyond to source a backup unit to install temporarily. They were always there when they said they would be and left the place as clean or better than it was. Would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleanly. Cleaned up everything when he was done. All for nearly $500 less than another company quoted. It was everything you could expect from a great company. I will be using them again for any other plumbing services I need.

My rental had two leaking shut-off valves that needed replacing. I called Ballard and was able to get a plumber out within an 45 minutes due to a time slot opening up. The plumber came out (I didn't catch his name) and although he did not quote the price beforehand (I also should have asked), he was nice and personable. He was able to replace both in an ample amount of time. Thank you! I recommend.

I highly recommend Ballard Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They were quick to come out and replace our hot water heater. We now have a forever plumber to call!

Water heater was leaking like a river at bottom. My regular plumber didn’t have an appointment until the next day. These guys were full but fit me into the schedule within a few hours. Called when he was on the way and got my old water heater replaced in about an hour. Fast, friendly, and honest. Now I have 2 plumbers I can rely on.

These guys should be your first choice. I've used them for HVAC and for plumbing. For HVAC they were able to fix my heating in the winter when I needed it most. He even offered to help me troubleshoot it over the phone in order to save me the money. Absolutely great character and integrity.

For plumbing, I had them install a sump pump and back up. They came in very reasonably priced amongst 5 other quotes, but by far had the best attitude and customer service. The had it installed in a neat and orderly manner, with piping and wires organized properly.

I also had a leak in my basement ceiling. The owner, Brad, was able to get it fixed in about thirty minutes without cutting any drywall. He also noticed I had an issue with my toilet and suggested I replace a few parts to prevent issues in the future. I had him replace it and it solved some ongoing issues we had had in our toilet.

They have fantastic service and excellent skill. It is a father and son team that care about serving their community in a fair and honest way.

Had the pleasure of working with Brad the other day. He replaced our hot water heater and installed a new sump pump in a very timely (and affordable!) manner. Much lower priced than the company we have always used. We have found our new plumber and will also be using them for heating and cooling needs from here out.

We had a leak in our basement near the shut off valve. Brad took a look and knew right away what the problem was. Came back a few days later and replaced the outside pipe that was causing the leak. I will use this company any time. Very nice and professional!

Nathan not only did the job great, he spotted other issues unknown to me including a safety issue with the water heater vent. We will always use Ballard!

We had a leaky toilet that we were fearing the worst on. Nathan came over and had it all fixed in 30 minutes! He was very personable and friendly and showed me what exactly the problem was (wrong kind of wax ring) and even replaced our flapper. Super great experience.

Brad came to my house on such short notice because our bath tub wouldn't drain because of all the hair that was stuck in it. He drained the tub of all the water and cleared the drain in a timely manner! We haven't had a problem with our drain since! I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.
