They did a great job on my pump in the basement. Called them 2 days later for another job and they told me they could do it same day. Rocky showed up at my house within an hour and got it knocked out before noon! Very kind professional salt of the earth kinda folks. Will be calling Mr. Brown for any future plumbing needs!

I had a sewer backed up and no clean out. Nathan came out and assessed the situation with no way of clearing the line since we didn't know where the line was located nor the location of a clean out.. Nathan was very professional and courteous with me since I am flu bound. He explained what was possibly going to need to be done and went as far as to not charge me for the service call. Since our system is 44years old and no record of its location, the entire line will eventually be required to be replaced. I trust PD Plumbing would be the company for this job in the near future. Update; the sewer line was found and repaired by another plumber and PD Plumbing was suggested as the company to perform the work to replace the house to city connection. My ac unit crashed in a Sunday morning. I called and they had a technician out within an hour. Ramone was the tech. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. After about 30 minutes of diagnosis he informed me he had the issue taken care of and I was good to go!! Quick service and friendly, plus in a Sunday!!! Highly recommend!!! 5 ⭐️
