I was in a panic yesterday when my hot water wouldn't turn off in my bathtub. They got me fit in today and got it all taken care of. Nick was so kind and was quick at getting it all figured out. My whole family only uses Brown's for this reason. They are always professional and do great work.

Very professional company

Had a terrible experience that is expensive lesson learned and will be remembered for a lifetime. I am the first time home buyer that was misled by Brown’s about the repairs that they “estimated” and “promised” to be fixed within a budget. Turned out they need another significant amount of money that should be addressed earlier but never was. The repair project took over a month to start after multiple phone calls. They fixed a small part of the problem, the main problem remains. First the owner told me he is going to keep in touch to have the rest of the issue resolved. They asked to be paid as they were leaving. They charged me 4,000 for a replacement of the pipe and the water is still flooding and gurgling everytime we use the bathroom. It’s been over 4 weeks and now they don’t even return my call about the gurgling issue. I got charged $4,000 unwillingly plus I will be responsible for the mistake that occurred from their side. This would probably cost me another thousands of dollars. How could Brown’s get away from lying in the estimate and didn’t get charged for their own mistake. If this is not enforceable by law, then it takes integrity that you should have but you do not.
In the future if you happen to call us back just remember ”NO” we do not want you back.

Chris Brown plumbing is awesome! With 5° and under temperatures in Wichita Kansas on New Year’s day I had a frozen pipe that was leaking in the basement. We called Chris Brown Plumbing and within an hour he and his team came out and repaired the busted pipe! (Chris was actually at the gym working out when he took my call). Trust in Chris Brown plumbing they won’t let you down!!!

I needed a replacement water heater the same day, and called a few plumbers for estimates. At Brown's, I spoke with Chris (Brown) who was knowledgeable and personable. The price he quoted was right in line, or a little bit less than the others I called (and a LOT less than a family member just paid another company). Being a busy day, Chris came out with his technician so I had the chance to meet him. I had called at 8am, and they were here, done and gone by 11:30am. I especially liked that they called shortly before coming just to let me know they were on their way. They worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves. Based on this experience, Brown's will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

I called Brown's Plumbing Services on a Monday with a non-emergent plumbing issue, and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me on Wednesday. Chris was very nice on the phone. One of their plumbers, Derrick, arrived promptly and was very nice. He took a look at the issue and we discussed some possible sources of the leak. He then fixed two potential sources of the leak, but that didnt stop the leak. He then located the source of the leak, which had escaped both of us and was not an obvious source of the leak. I was very pleased the leak had been located and fixed. Derrick then informed me that because they had not located the leak quicker and had fixed an issue that wasnt the problem, they were not going to charge me anything. I tried to insist that Derrick accept some compensation, but he made clear that this is how Brown Plumbing operates if they make a mistake, which I dont believe that they did. Bottom line, I was very impressed by all aspects of my experience with Brown. They fixed my plumbing leak and didnt even charge me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem in the future.

I've used these guys twice and had a great experience both times, once with a battery back up sump pump, and another time with a small commercial project. I'll be calling them again when the next project comes up.

Very responsive.and easy to work with. Even followed up with the tenant to make sure everything was ok. It’s hard to find reliable people and they were very reliable.

Outstanding plumbers! I called Brown’s when our water heater started leaking. They were able to schedule a replacement the very next morning, and walked me through the process of shutting off the old heater to stop the leak. Technicians were fast and professional.

I never write reviews but I just had to for Brown's Plumbing!! Chris was so friendly and respectful. He showed up on time and made sure to tell and show me exactly what he was doing. Asked me before he did anything that would cost money and gave me an estimate of the cost before repairing anything...I really appreciated that! Pricing was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future!

Derrick helped me with a complicated type of kitchen strainer gasket install yesterday and had it done in no time. Was super friendly and very professional high quality work that I know will last for years and years to come. All employees seemed exceptionally knowledgeable. The work was done in a crawl space - I could not answer to “good quality”. I had a MAJOR crack in my sewer line - on the top portion of the cast iron pipe; I would never have found this if I hadn’t had an inspection of the crawl space which was for unrelated equipment. I have no previous experience with sewer line replacement, but I believe the price was extremely reasonable.

Today was the 2nd time I have used Browns Plumbling and both experiences were awesome! The first time was for a gas leak with my fireplace and they were here within an hour of calling. Today my bath drain was rusted out and they came over and replaced it beautifully without any damage to my bathroom! Drake and Chris were super helpful! And Kimber in the office handled it so fast 😊

I can't recommend Brown's Plumbing highly enough! I'd had two other companies out to fix an overflowing floor drain, but both failed.
Rocky was incredibly polite and professional, and answered all my questions, even letting me know why it wasn't fixed and what the plan of action would be. He and Damien did a fabulous job, and even went above and beyond and cleaned my garage when they finished! Chris was great to work with as well, all super guys.

Browns was recommended by a contractor that I trust and I was not disappointed at all. Browns came in at under half the price I was quoted by another company. I got new water service and hot water heater all done in one day.

We just moved to a house with terrible well water. Browns recommend and installed a fluid dynamic housetron and a water softener. They were speedy, courteous, and very reasonably priced!! I now have the MOST LUXURIOUS water I've ever felt. My skin is better, my laundry is cleaner, and not a single water spot left on my dishes. I highly recommend them!

In the middle of remodeling I discovered I needed new drain and supply lines for my new double sink and vanity. In order to stay on schedule I needed this done within 24 hours. I called Chris Brown and explained my situation. He joggled his schedule and had 2 fellows at my home the next morning. To top it off the price was very reasonable. I am very grateful that I found Browns plumbing, they really did me a solid and did so quickly at good price.

Last month I had a gas leak on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Brown's was the second number I called and they were able to have a technician to my home in an hour. After an hour of checking for the source, the leak was found and fixed. I will call them again for future services.

Water heater went out and I was only in town for one day . They rearrange their schedule and had a team out to my house within one hour and 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job and also found another pipe that was leaking and fixed that also . Highly recommended !!!

I booked an appointment TWICE to have a plumber come out to do some work. They did not show up either time!!! No call, no notification, nothing.

These guys did a great job and responded very quickly before their shift ever started. I will be calling them if I ever need a plumber again.
