Wesley was very professional and our new faucets look fantastic. Later had a leak (caused by an issue in the past; not the faucet install) which he came back the next business day and took care of same day, preventing a possible future catastrophe. Highly recommend! Knight and Day plumbing came out when my pipes froze. All the other plumbers (3 different ones) I contacted said they didn’t do frozen pipes or couldn’t make it out for until a few days later. Knight and Day made time for me at the end of their day when it was dark and below freezing. They were extremely communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Initially called for service and unit needed new fan motor. Item found though quite old Then discovered condenser was bad also. New AC unit and furnace ordered and replaced in 3 days. Tech who installed was awesome. Answered all my questions, cleaned up and reviewed invoice. Called company twice to question charges and although I disagreed he went above and beyond in an attempt to clarify. Cash discount offered

Had Chris and his crew install a hot water heater for my in-laws. I have had service calls and a new AC/Heater installed also in the past. Chris is the only heating/air/plumbing provider I will ever go to. They are the best.

We had some serious plumbing issues under our house and in our backyard. The workers were very attentive, experienced, and quoted me an accurate price. I hope to not need plumbing services anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling them again!

I never had a service from this company but the owner resolved a matter very professionally and is the text book image of an amazing business owner.

I called Reddi Overhead Door saying none of my remotes would open my garage door. I was connected to someone who would check & get back with me as to when a technician could come look at it. I was called back and an appointment was set up for that same afternoon. The technician, Michael McDonald, that came out checked everything over & then decided I had no power (which had been turned off due to non-payment by tenant unbeknownst to me). The technician and everyone I talked with in the office were polite and respectful. I appreciated the same day service although the problem wasn't urgent.

There's one lady that answers the phone that was very helpful and sweet, and then there's another that I wanted to be a Karen to because she was very rude. I've dealt with her before and she was rude then also. I don't recall either of their names. But my plumber technician was great. Tyler was very punctual, helpful, and personable. I give him a 5. I give the first lady I talked to a 5.5. I give the other lady a 3.

Willy did an excellent job! He took time to figure out the issue and fixed it quickly. He was kind to myself and my children as they made noise around the house while he worked. Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
