I had Jacob from Roto Rooter over to my home to address my sewer backing up in my basement. This happened the day before Thanksgiving and Roto Rooter was so gracious to be able to fit me into their schedule. The technician was kind, professional, and got right to work when I showed him the problem areas. He fixed the issue quickly and I was so relieved and grateful for the fair price! Thank you Roto Rooter and to the technician who came!

Ken and his team did good work (find and fix the leak), and Aggie was excellent (Customer service).

Hot water tank replacement. Thank m was awesome!!! He supported my purchase of this tank saying he has the same one in his home. He was friendly, thorough, cleaned up and was in and out! You could not hope for a better experience!!!

Awful service. I have been without a heater for the past 2 weeks because I can't get them to come out and finish what is required by my home owners insurance! Tried to tell me that my insurance denied the claim and I would have to pay in advance, when in reality my insurer never denied the claim. Secretary hung up on us a couple of times when we called in to the company, and we keep getting told that they will come that day to fix, and we never hear from them or see them again. Horrible!

I called 3D on a Sunday evening after my wife and I ran into a snag while trying to install a new ceiling fan. I got their voicemail since they aren’t open on Sundays, fully expected a call back Monday, but got a call from Patrick just 30 minutes later. He was near our house and offered to come by and quote. Upon arrival, he dubbed it an easy job, grabbed a ladder and tools, and fully installed our fan and replaced the wall switches in under 30 minutes. Left the house cleaner than it was when he arrived! I could not be more impressed and thankful and will absolutely be using them for any/all future projects!

Needed a water softener disconnected and a faucet replaced on the tub. We were able to set up the visit on the day that worked best with our schedule (thanks Becca). When the original service tech was delayed we were called in a timely manner and they quickly sent Camron out to do the job. The work was done quickly. Very pleased!
