It took me a while to find a plumber that was even willing to talk to me about installing a European style radiator in place of an old cast iron. From the start of the project, Matt was really responsive. He was even texting back and forth with me at 8 in the evening to flush out some details prior to ordering the radiator.

On the day of the install, Matt's crew (Henry and Marco) came and did the install. It wasn't without its obstacles (old 100 year old house with very old hydronic system). But at every step of the way, Henry and Marco worked through the issues and got the thing installed. The result is awesome, the radiator now blends into the wall and we've reclaimed about a foot 1/2 of wasted space. We are considering doing a few more throughout the house.

The quality of the work is excellent and the price quoted for the radiator and install was bang on. I can't say enough about this crew, will be using them again for future projects.

Had a leak coming from the upstairs into the basement in Jamaica Plain, ON A SUNDAY!, texted Tony and he responded immediately. When he showed up, he diagnosed the problem, a cracked cast iron drain pipe buried in a wall from our kitchen and cut out the old pipe and replaced it, two hours later all was good. We have used Tony a number of times and we're never disappointed with his work or the price. Thanks!

I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew). I highly recommend using the Drain Guy!

We called on a Saturday night, and you would not expect anyone to be in a good mood dealing with plumbing issues then. He quickly cleared the issue and resolved our problem. I had a leak in toilet that needed an emergency replacement of new toilet bowl. I randomly called Simon and he answered my call and gave the suggestion what to buy and made it easy for me one the 1st step. When he came, he got into work and didn't waste a single minute for me and replaced it in 1 hours time. Through out the process he explained me what he was doing and why he was doing. Very genuine and honest. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work and will be calling him again for more work soon...... There were others asking double the money without even asking what needs to be done. Great work Simon.
