He bends over backwards to help and then goes the extra mile with helpful tips and recommendations.

Back in Feb when the Boston area was predicting a night of -30 degree temps on the same day I was flying out of town, Tony spent time on the phone with me the day before, going over all the steps I should take. Then, knowing he was going to be downright pummeled with calls for frozen pipes the next day, he even offered to come check the house when he could to make sure the water was running and all looked okay if I left out a key. I will never forget such an amazing gesture. There is truly no better plumber. Always responsive, always skillful, and always the extra mile.

When I needed to replace my water heater due to a leak, Anthony did it the next day. And when it needed repair due to a manufacturing defect, he went out of his way to find replacement parts and fix the issue in the middle of a weekend. Thanks to Anthony, I did not have to spend days without hot water.

I am very happy with how quick and professional Anthony is at removing old hot water heater, installing the new one and telling us all we needed to know to flush all the pipes soon to help it all work better. Have used him for several years now, very happy.

We had an ugly situation in which an invisible toilet leak ended up eroding our bathroom floor so that it partially caved in. Tony diagnosed the problem and told us how to proceed. We hired a person to rebuild the floor and tile the area. I was particularly impressed by Tony's thoughtfulness in continuing to text us about the progress of the floor and tiling job. Clearly he gives a lot of thought to his customers As soon as the floor was complete, Tony and Ralph returned to install a flange and outflow extension as well as installing new low-flow toilet. They cleaned up scrupulously after the job. I would happily recommend Drain Flow to anyone needing a household plumbing job. Great to work with. Reasonable costs. Extremely reliable.

We've used Anthony for a couple different projects in our home and have had great experiences with him every time. He responds quickly, shows up when he says he will and gets the job done at a fair price. Great plumber!

Recently our toilet drain became clogged, and not having a plumber, we posted on our community email site asking for recommendations, which is how we found Tony. Within a few hours he arrived with his crew and soon unclogged the drain. (For dog owners: Our dog is very territorial, but within moments of Tony arriving she was letting him pet her.) Tony has come three more times, the second time to replace our toilet when installed by a previous plumber having it some distance from the wall; now it is positioned as it should have been. Next, he put in a pop-up drain cover in the bathroom sink. This week I contacted him asking if he knew someone who serviced in-ground sprinkler systems as I was unable to contact the company that serviced our system. Tony, who was working a few house away, came and showed me how it works. Whenever there is any plumbing related issue, we will always contact Drain Flow Inc.

We have used Tony for a few projects around the house. He communicates well, shows up on time and, most importantly does good work and stands by it.

Great experience from start to finish. Our water heater started leaking so we needed an immediate replacement. As other reviews mention, Tony was very responsive via phone and text which helped provide an overall positive experience. We set up time for a replacement on a Saturday morning when it was convenient for me. I had also gotten price quotes from the big box stores, Tony’s pricing was lower and I’m happy we ultimately went with him.

As an added bonus, I was in the process of replacing my washing machine hoses and had been unable to unscrew one of the corroded hoses with my own tools. Tony was more than happy to help and got the hose unscrewed for me in no time (and free of charge!). Talk about great customer service!

The guys at Drain Flo, esp. Drain Flo are AWESOME! When we have drain issues they always come out quickly. They are clean, thorough, and most of all...HONEST! Thank goodness we can count on them for great service over the years. One less thing to worry about...YAY!

These guys are amazing! Called Tony at 8pm on a super cold night when our furnace was dying. He was at our place within 10 minutes. He didn't have the exact part in his truck, but came up with a creative fix that worked great throughout the night. The next morning he got the part and has us up and running in no time. Our pipes also froze because of the lack of heat, and Tony help us fix the problem ourselves over the phone. I cannot speak more highly of these guys. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. Tony was super communicative and very friendly throughout the process. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Last Monday, my water heater started leaking at 3:30AM. I reached out to Tony(the owner). I sent him the information on my water heater. Tony, and his crew were at my door by 8:30 with a new one. By 10, I was back in business with hot water.

I’ve hired them for different projects,and they’ve always delivered. I’ve also recommended them to several friends, and neighbors. They’ve all been thrilled with their service.

Tony and Ralph are absolutely amazing. They are both incredibly professional and technically adapt. We have had Tony do work at our house before and of course, he did a great job. I should have commented before, but I didn't. I called him again this morning to see if he could help me out. He had an incredibly busy day, but said he would still fit us in. We are getting ready to enjoy a snow/ice/rain storm, it has already started to snow; but they still came out on a Saturday with these challenges. Tony could have told us no, but he still came out to help us with our issue. He looked at the situation and figured out the best solution. It took minimal time and the issue has been resolved. His prices are incredibly reasonable; yes, you may find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I have made that mistake before and never again. I will only use Drain Flow moving forward.

My elderly parents had water backing up in their basement sink whenever they turned on any faucet in the house, so I called Drain Flow after reading some great reviews and comparing to another couple of companies. My parents said they got there quickly, were very nice, reasonably priced, and did a great job. Thanks for taking care of my folks guys!

Anthony and his team are fantastic! We've used them for a number of services, from fixing a toilet to repairing a leak in our refrigerator ice maker to fixing our sink. Anthony has fixed a bunch of plumbing issues at my old house over the last ten or so years, everything from blocked sewer pipes to clogged toilets to leaky sinks. He's always been great: responsive, reasonable prices, and he's given me good recommendations when a more specialized contractor was needed. I highly recommend him.

I had very serious leaking from my garbage disposal last week (it had stopped working for months, but the leaking didn't start until last week). The situation was fairly urgent since the water was getting all over the floor, so I called Anthony. He got back to me right away, and fortunately he was able to fit me in that very day. I was very happy with his work. He's highly professional, and he did a great job . I'll be calling him again whenever I need a plumber!

I live in a garden level brownstone. The sewer line out to the city usually clogs every year. Experience with several local plumbers has taught me that Anthony is THE guy to call for drain cleaning in Boston. Professional, knowledgeable, affordably priced, efficient, and all that good stuff. Drain Flow outperforms all of the half dozen or so other plumbers I've called over the years.

They came to my house immediately to inspect the work needed, and they came back later in the day to do the job but I had to ask them to do it another day to run the details of the repair by the person buying my house. They understood and came back on my next day off of work and did the job perfectly. Immediate response and flexible scheduling.

I met Tony first when he installed a new water heater for us. He installed our water heater and found a problem with the vent pipe which was all corroded. He was professional, amiable, reliable and timely! His price was very reasonable as well. What more could you ask! Tony and his crew are true professionals. We've now had them come out to replace/fix our garbage disposal twice, most recently to remove one that was leaking all over our kitchen, the day before Thanksgiving. Not only was the Drain Flow team responsive (phone, text, email) they were incredibly prompt and kept me informed when there were updates in their service schedule. Additionally they provided instructions on maintenance and troubleshooting should issues arise in the future. THESE GUYS are our new family plumbers.

We had a clogged tub in our only bathroom the day before we had house guests coming (father's day weekend), so I called Tony Saturday morning for some help. He was already booked so he said he'd try to fit us in, but communicated often and soon was able to give us a firm commitment. Ralph came by first, and as he ran into some issues (bath, sink, and kitchen were all tied together, with no trap access in bathroom) Tony came as well. We know Tony for a few years and he is always on time, willing to help, and get things done professionally. He even answers my my husband’s questions related to plumbing through text message from time to time, at no charge. We recently just moved and had him come over to take a look at a clogged tub. He took care of it and gave suggestions on how to prevent things to happen again as he always did. Meanwhile we had a HVAC guy checked our heating system and one of the valves just started leaking and HVAC guy didn’t have the right valve to fix the leaking. Tony stepped in and helped us replace the valve at no cost. We just feel so lucky to know such a knowledgeable and helpful plumber. Would recommend to everyone!

Last summer The condo upstairs from me in this beautiful old 2 family home had their main old drain pipe in the kitchen let go, ran down into my dining room and then the cellar. Tony found it had also left mold. Tony and his team worked all day and then some during a heat wave to replace all the pipes, help us get someone in to deal with the mold. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Today, I had no hot water, Tony was here as soon as possible and replaced a gas valve. I would never use any other plumber. Tony is the best.

Great service and price from Drain Flow! I woke up Saturday morning to discover my hot water heater was leaking, and that it needed to be replaced completely. I called a few places and Drain Flow gave me the best quote. I wanted to get a specific higher model water heater due to the longer warranty, but it didn't seem from the photos I sent that the electric hookups would work. So when Tony from drain flow came same day, he saw the setup in person and said it could definitely fit the other tank. Tony wanted to make sure that I got the value I wanted from my water heater. So he went back out to get the different water heater and came back same day to install everything perfectly. Amazing service, friendly attitude, and great price.

They have preformed numerous repairs and inspections for us. Each time their work has been outstanding, very respectful of the house, and they have exceptionally competitive pricing.

The first time they removed an exceptionally deep and stubborn clog. We had a 25' drain snake, which was not able to reach it. The 2nd time they diagnosed and repaired a sump pump float switch. The 3rd time, most recent, they conducted preventive maintenance of our heating system. They removed all the air, identified which issues I did not need to repair now (just keep an eye on), and conducted training on boiler operation . These folk truly know their craft and preform exceptional work.

I will continue using this service company as my go-to plumbers.

Tony was super responsive and does quality work. He was able to come last minute to take out the toilet and vanity before the tiler arrived.

Not only that, there was a leak because he overtightened the attachment and had to come back to fix it and didn't charge us. A lot of companies could have said it happened after the install and charged us.

Anthony was very quick to respond and was very communicative about how and when he could fit me in his schedule. This was a non-emergency situation, disconnecting the gas line from a broken clothes dryer and connecting the new dryer to the gas line. He kept me up-to-date on his arrival time and got the work done quickly, cleanly, and well. He had been recommended to me by 2 coworkers who have used his services for years; I would also highly recommend.

Had a leak coming from the upstairs into the basement in Jamaica Plain, ON A SUNDAY!, texted Tony and he responded immediately. When he showed up, he diagnosed the problem, a cracked cast iron drain pipe buried in a wall from our kitchen and cut out the old pipe and replaced it, two hours later all was good. We have used Tony a number of times and we're never disappointed with his work or the price. Thanks!

Noticed a leak under my bathroom and called probably a dozen plumbers. Tony immediately got back to me and came right out. Turns out it was a broken plastic flange. He explained the problem and the fix and quickly solved my issue. He was attentive, articulate and quick. He also helped me replace a toilet too. He left both bathrooms spotless. Cannot recommend him enough. Nice guy, great work.

These guys are the best!!!!. Texted Tony and he was very responsive all day, letting me know when he left one job and was on to the next. Came out to the house at 6pm on Friday night. Tell me another plumber that would do that!!!!. Highly recommend.

First time customer and I had a positive experience with Anthony overall, completing two jobs in one with my kitchen sink - leaking faucet and a garbage disposal replacement. He provided great service and was responsive to my questions about the faucet issue and the varied pricing if I supplied the replacements or not. I called around noon and several texts later, we agreed he would come first thing the next morning.

Anthony texted me to confirm the appointment in the morning and updated me on his ETA. He and his associate arrived in face masks (a welcome and necessary precaution due to COVID-19!) and made quick work of both replacements. Tested to make sure both faucet and disposal were working and they were done. I thought he was there for a about an hour but when I checked the time, it had only been about 40 minutes to complete the work and settle up. They worked quick!

I reached out because of the positive reviews I found online and was not disappointed! I'll be sure to reach out to Drain Flow again if I find myself in need of any other drain services!

I can give a dissertation on how amazing Anthony's service was. Identified problem right away, fit me in schedule, kept to his word and time, helped us understand the problem we had with our bathroom pipe leak, quickly handled it, guided us in advice for prevention, and gave us an outstanding price. Perfection. If you're hesitant. By the time you make a decision someone will probably beat you to the punch that's how much their in demand. His service is priceless. When you have a pipe leak and have paid several people who never fixed it and you are at the mercy of an honest plumber, Anthony will restore your faith in hard working honest people who do an honest and great job. I can’t say enough about Tony. I called and he came out the same day. Determined my tank needed to be replaced and he installed a brand new one the next day. He was quick and educated me about the system as well. Will definitely be calling him again when I need other work completed.

I live in an 1880 brownstone in the Back Bay so every repair is complicated. Anthony of Drain Flow Inc was great! My unusual low-boy water heater died and he managed to find a replacement with a 10-year warranty. He and his helper were troopers bringing the old water heater out and the new one in; I live on the 4th floor. The installation went smoothly and now I have hot water! Highly recommend using Drain Flow for your plumbing needs.

After 3 weeks in our new home we discovered a leaky tub. We called drain flow late, expecting to leave a voice mail for the next morning. Our house was built in 1955. The shower faucet is original. Recently we had a problem with water not flowing through the hot water valve. Tony and Irving diagnosed and fixed the problem. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

Awesome service - best find in the plumbing department! Very courteous, genuinely concerned (at first said they couldn't help me because they were too busy, but offered lost of free advice at to what the problem was and advised me that the quote I'd got from another bigger company was much higher than they normally would charge. I insisted on waiting until they were free to do the job (despite endurign lack of hot water), and they came two days later, the problem was fixed in under an hour! Very rare find - competent honest and reliable. Would go back to them anytime I have a problem .

I found Drain Flow online after reading their excellent Yelp reviews and couldn't have been more pleased with the service Drain Flow provided. We were having new countertops installed and Anthony came over the night before the old countertops were being removed to disconnect our faucet/garbage disposal and dishwasher. He then came back a few days later (an hour after the countertops were complete ) to install our new faucet and reconnect all the appliances. Anthony also replaced our water heater on the same day which we decided to finally replace after delaying month after month and he had everything done within a few hours! He was friendly and answered all my questions. Pricing was more than fair and we are very happy with the work that was done. Would recommend Drain Flow to anyone who is looking to get plumbing done right the first time.

He came out to clear a blocked sewer main. He charged $395, which we later found out was exorbitant. Within 1 day it is backed up again. Tony said his buddy Hercules C&G Drain would come out for a more permanent fix. His buddy came with an eye popping quote. We later got quotes that were nearly half the price, and much more thoughtfully put together. I asked Tony to come back as his work clearly was not effective the first time around. He gave many excuses. He was defensive and verbally aggressive. He is not coming back to do the job he was hired and payed to do. He is excellent at making excuses. And Terrible at clearing drains. DO NOT USE.

I found my tub and toilet misbehaving at 7am. Figured out quickly it was beyond my ability to work a plunger and called them. They came as quickly as possible and helped me out in a professional way.

Friendly, cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future. I hope I won't need to though!

UPDATE:

Anthony and Ralph saved my butt AGAIN. Anthony has been nothing but professional. I called Anthony for a second opinion on a clogged faucet. Anthony knew right away what the problem was over the phone, and came by as soon as he could to fix the issue. He ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the process.

Anthony goes above and BEYOND. Very trustworthy guy.

The most reliable plumber in Boston!

Anthony has done several jobs on my water heater, boiler, even toilet. He shows up on time, does great work, has very reasonable prices and is always up front about what is needed and what doesn't need to be replaced.

Anthony has been to my house a couple times nows. I keep calling him back because he responds quickly, I can communicate with him easily through text, and he does a great job. Today he came to replace some very old, rusted out drain pipes. He had told me last time he was at my house, about a year ago, that these pipes would need to be replaced. And sure enough, they started leaking about a week ago from corrosion. The job was done quickly and very professionally at a very reasonable price. All the old parts were taken away and the area was cleaned up well. I recommend Anthony and his crew, you won't be disappointed!

Drain Flow/Anthony knows drains sooooooo much better than even your best plumber. I called him freaking out about a clogged tub drain. He happened to be passing through my neighborhood and came straight over. Removed some super gross stuff from my pipes, and came back another day when he was less busy to fix my broken tub stopper. Both are working perfectly now. He was professional and courteous, and really really good. I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a friendly, responsive, reasonable plumber, look no further. I had four separate issues (clogged kitchen sink, clogged bathroom sink, running toilet and a clogged tub). Anthony arrived early Sat. a.m. and within 2 hours, everything was flowing freely. He had to replace some parts (corrosion) and replace some very bad quality toilet parts. Mind you, my initial call to him was the kitchen sink only; only when he showed up did I tell him of the other issues (my bad) but he and his assistant took on each task without issue. What was an extremely stressful situation for me ended with me a happy, satisfied customer and not feeling ripped off (my biggest fear). He even replaced my mom's (she lives downstairs) toilet fill valve. We have had an issue of banging pipes when either of us flushed our toilet and after 12 years and various plumbers, problem solved! So happy I took the advice of all the great Yelp reviews I read -- Not that I want to see Anthony anytime soon, but would call him in a heartbeat if I ever need a plumber again.

Really got to give these guys the 5 STAR shout out. Made a call early this morning, came by within a couple of hours and a short time later they had resolved a backup in the MAIN drain of my home. Sink & toilets were backing up and old garbage disposal was all rusted out. Can't be thankful enough for the prompt and excellent service. Very reasonably priced :)

Called several plumbers for quote on a simple (proactive) hot water heater replacement. Tony was fast and professional identifying what heater I needed, dealing with the warranty, and updating me on the timeline of the project every step of the way. He was also (rightfully) very confident in his pricing and he beat all the other quotes I got by 30% or more.

He was fast, professional, and took care of an additional repair I needed in the time another plumber might take just to do the heater replacement. I can't recommend Drain Flow enough -- better price and better service. Truly great.

Home ownership is so much less trouble when you have contractors you can count on. Tony helped us out months ago when our system backed up, and now the drains do truly flow, and better than ever. At that time I was thinking that Tony would be the kind of guy who would be great for managing a new installation because of his attention to detail and willingness (and extensive knowledge) to work with cantankerous old houses such as mine (1931). So I was not disappointed when Tony and his able assistant finagled a new sink into a new counter that we had installed over old cabinets. I was fascinated with the whole process, especially given that the metal cabinets intruded into the sink space. They made it work, they made it secure, and they didn't bend anything. I'm planning the next project already (replacing separate hot and cold taps on a wonderful old sink with a single mixing tap on one side and soap dispenser on the other).

Had to edit this review. Drainflow has been pretty disappointing recently. They seem too busy and don't really seem to care as much about their customers as they did in the past. Example, my shower valve was leaking and Anthony told me to do the research online myself to figure out what replacement parts I needed, then to buy the myself from the manufacturer. I'm not a plumber. He said he was too busy to figure it out himself and order the parts for me. Not the same service they used to offer. Can't recommend these guys anymore. Look elsewhere if you want a plumber that cares.

We're called on Drain Flow a couple of times to deal with really stubborn blocked drains and they'd be the only place I'd go next time I needed a plumber. They're really easy to wok with and good value.

Both times, it's been a cinch to get hold of them and arrange an appointment and once here, Anthony has been great. He works quickly (and cleanly). Plainly and simply, he gets the job done. It also doesn't hurt that he's really pleasant and helpful, explaining the problem and the solution without patronizing. As a bonus, last time he was here, I also asked Anthony's advice on fixing a broken shower curtain rail. He didn't just give me advice, he spent an extra 10 minutes fixing it - and didn't charge a penny. Thanks!

I've been using Drain Flow for over 5 years now and they do a fantastic job. They've unclogged main drains, replaced a water heater and done other various jobs for us. Not to mention, they ALWAYS show up. There's no one else we use for a reason. I 100% recommend Drain Flow.

Our tub was experiencing a major clog and backing up a lot. After calling, Anthony and team came on the same day within 3 hours. They were very responsive, professional, and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. They explained to us the problem, and their prices were incredibly fair based on the quotes we received elsewhere. Not only that - but when we experienced another related issue 2 weeks later (an issue with our pipes, not a clog, nothing to do with the great work of Anthony and team) - they came back to assess and clear it out again free of charge. My bathroom sink drain broke. I asked my ex to take a look, and he promptly dropped a piece of the sink down the drain. That didn't fix anything. Then I contacted Drain Flow. Tony said he could send someone over the next day, and he kept in regular contact via text to let me know when my savior, who goes by the name of Abe, would arrive. After a quick inspection, Abe said, Oh, this is worse than I expected. (Have you noticed that no one ever, ever says, This isn't as bad as I expected?) On the up side, Abe managed to end my nightmare as quickly as possible, and for less $$$$$ than expected--and he was even amazingly tolerant of my manic barking dog. (He's just doing the job a dog's supposed to do.) A+++++++--thank you!!!!!!

I text Tony whenever I have issues with a heating system and he is incredibly responsive. I have texted him on New Year's Day, over the weekend, late at night, and when a pipe froze and he has always delivered. Leaking under the kitchen sink from an unknown location... very old brass pipes from both sinks with ancient garbage disposal. Where to start??? Call Drain Flow, full stop. Anthony and Irving were here so fast, our heads were spinning (they were in the next town over; response times will vary). Their teamwork along with Anthony's great skill and experience had our problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He also gave us advice on a future reno project with work outside his current scope. This is our 3rd time using Drain Flow and they've come through every single time without any disappointment. We've had problems with our kitchen drain for years - slow draining, glugging, etc. No one ever really made the problem go away and finally a few evenings ago the entire thing backed up fully - affecting all of the drains in our apartment. I called Drain Flow at 7:15 and Anthony was at our place by noon and had the problem really solved by 1:00PM. He was incredibly pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. A great experience. And although I don't actually ever hope that we need to call him again - I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

Anthony, the proprietor of Drain Flow, is amazing. He's skilled in his profession, he's honest, he's fair with his pricing and he always does his best to get to you ASAP. Every time we've called him, he sees us that day if he can our the next day. He's helped us many times since 2012. He's the guy who helps little old ladies whose water heater dies in the middle of winter FIRST because that's a true emergency for the elderly. He's a good guy with a great heart. We'll be working with him as long as we need a plumber because he always comes through.

Anthony is the best! We had a complex situation involving a clogged pipe. When Anthony arrived he diagnosed the problem and rectified the situation in the least intrusive manner possible. He also replaced our ancient (or as he might call it classic) garbage disposal. Anthony is incredibly responsive and kept us appraised by text as to when he would arrive. This is the second time I have used them, first was for a water heater which completely broke and just recently was for a burst water pipe due to the cold weather. Their response time is excellent, both times I contacted them they responded the day of and my problem was fixed within an hour! Great quality work, affordable and absolutely wonderful people! With the recent weather I thought it would be next to impossible to have them come out, but they were so responsive with updates, informed me they were enroute, and genuinely concerned about getting the problem fixed correctly! Anthony was great today. Our sewer line was clogged and backing up through our basement sink and washing machine drains. I called at 8am and he was here within a couple of hours, in between previously-scheduled jobs as it was an emergency. He worked hard to get the clog out, snaking it multiple times. Also cleaned up well after.

Hot water heater broke Friday night of a three day weekend. Called Anthony Saturday morning at 7:30. New heater installed by 10:30. Hot shower by 11:00. Fast. Good. Professional. Left the place cleaner than he found it. I asked about expansion tanks and he explained why I didn't need one instead of just installing one and charging for stuff I don't need. At first I was worried moving so fast I didn't have time to price compare. Looked around after the fact and their prices are very competitive with other plumbers who wouldn't even come out until Tuesday. Can't say enough good things. I'll definitely go to Anthony for any plumbing needs. Saw all the good reviews and figured it was all fake profiles someone made to promote the business. After dealing with them i am now 100% sure the reviews are all true. Call Anthony. You won't regret it.

Anthony has now saved us from overflowing pipes twice. I originally called him for a clogged main line and he was at our house within hours. While here he fixed a few other minor issues just because he is a good guy and was helping us out. We didn't listen to his advice and ended up a second clog which he responded to promptly. He even showed me how to snake the drain in case it were to happen again. We liked him so much, we called him back to install a new sink in our basement which has been working out great. I cannot say enough good things about his service, his responsiveness and his over helpfulness.

I just happened to come across Tony on a Google search when my hot water heater went and I'm very glad I did. I called mid morning and by early afternoon they were at my house ready to go. I really appreciated the text updates the whole day of when he would be arriving, when he was a few minutes out and so forth. I didn't have to sit at home the whole day waiting and wondering when they would arrive because he kept me totally posted. Tony and his partner were quick to identify the problem and remedy it. They removed the old tank and replaced it in no time and was very efficient and professional. Quality of work was excellent and so was his price. I plan on using him for other plumbing work in the near future. I'm comfortable recommending him to my friends and family as hey I got a guy who does all plumbing work and doesn't ripp you off.

Drain Flow is a small but responsive plumbing company. Anthony, the owner, is very responsive to your calls and texts. He recently installed a temp control valve on 3 of my radiators. I wasn't sure if it was even possible to do this, but Anthony researched it and figured out the best way to solve the problem. The solution worked exactly as expected. Anthony is also very punctual. We set our appointment for 9am, and he was right on time.

I left a message for Tony on a Saturday night around 9pm about a leaky toilet that I had tried to fix myself to no avail & he got back to by 7am on a Sunday morning and by 9:30am it was fixed.
