I have worked with Vaughan plumbing a few times, running new pipes for a gas grill, drain line cleaning for backed up pipes, and for a couple different plumbing leaks in my 90 year old house. Greg is very responsive, and his guys are always respectful. George in particular did a great job replumbing the original galvanized steel stack in our house after it gave out and flooded our basement. I trust Vaughan plumbing with everything plumbing in my house.
We used them to upgrade an old 3 knob shower valve to a new one with a mixer. Also to replace our hot water tank. George came to estimate the job, explained the process and what he will do. I mentioned that I don't want any pex stuff. George mentioned that we will be using copper and that they recommend copper. I got a few other estimates, some were over and some were less, but I decided to go with Vaughan. This is the first time we used them and they have a new customer in me. They provided prompt, professional service and my expectations were set every step of the way. There were no surprises. You get what you pay for and we're glad we went with Vaughan.

Greg and his team were very professional and knowledgeable of their work. We had a last minute stove emergency that required more repairs than we expected. Greg talked us through all the necessary steps and made sure we had all the repairs done in a timely manner. Prices were transparent throughout the whole conversation, which was much appreciated. Will definitely use his services in the future!
My main floor bathroom was leaking into my basement laundry room. Greg called me back within minutes and dispatched his team to my house within hours. They stayed for hours making sure the cause of the leak was fixed even with an urgent Boston Water incident they kept up communication constantly and made sure everything was resolved. Pricing is VERY reasonable!
We have used Vaughan Plumbing for several years and each time I am compelled to leave a review (so, apologies if this is redundant). First of all, Greg is super responsive. He has talked me through plumbing situations and then determine if sending a crew is warranted (which usually is the situation but sometimes not). The crew has consistently been excellent! Great problem solving, professional workmanship, and very fair pricing.

I've used Vaughan Heating for a number of repairs and new installations at my home, including regular boiler cleaning, clogged kitchen drain, radiant heating water backup, and new water heater installation. They are responsive and attentive to detail. One a couple occasions, the issue came back up and they stopped by to fix it for no additional charge. I recommend them for heating and plumbing needs.

We've used them a number of times over the past few years and they have always been incredibly responsive and very thorough in completing the work. I would strongly recommend them and plan to use them for future needs.
The crew removed the old water heater tank and installed a customer-supplied new water heater. The team was easy to communicate with and the effort of removing the old tank was epic considering the size of the tank (120 gallon) and the narrow space. The work did leave dents on a window panel and the stair rail, and also stains on the carpet (which the crew cleaned it out later). But the manager was okay with a reimbursement for the cost of repair. Overall, the work is professional and satisfactory.

I was having a real difficult time uninstalling Grohe hardware from a vanity top that I had uninstalled during a remodel. Turns out the corrosion was so bad, I needed a sawzall to get the handles off. The trouble was...I didn't have one handy. The project was time sensitive as I was scheduled to put walls up that day and needed the top back in within a few hours, so I texted Vaughan Plumbing on a whim to see if they could come get handles off. They were there within a half hour. Free estimate. Knowledgeable. Professional. Wore masks. And, seeing as I had the new hardware out and ready to go, they offered to stay and help install it. They cut off the old – no problem. Helped put in the new. And it was all done in under an hour. It was more than I asked for but it was welcomed help. I most definitely will be using Vaughan Plumbing as my primary plumbing service in the future. Also worth mentioning is the ease of pay. Upon leaving, you provide your email, they send an invoice, you pay at a considerate time that works for you right online. Super easy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Service. They were here at 7:30 on the dot. They fixed our Navien tankless water heater with genuine parts in less time than another contractor billed to “run a diagnostic”. I highly revommend this company. It was a very easy experience. I called and explained my isse to a dispatecher. Within minutes Greg called me back to further discuss my issue and gave me a flat rate of $156 to diagnose (the other guy charged $400 and didnt fix anything). Sam and Sean were here bright and early and were incredibly knowledgable. They pinpointed the problem within minutes and happily explained everything to me before going to get the parts. They wasted no time and got in and out quickly. Thank you all very much for your help, we will definitely be using you for our future plumbing needs.

Called at 9:30am about a gas leak in a flex line. They were onsite at 10am! Fixed another 30-45 minutes later. They also were able to fix a toilet issue we were having while onsite as well. I called early in the morning to address a water leak issue in the garage. They came out that morning, took the time to locate the problem, explain what caused it and address it which was a relief. They replaced a section of cast-iron drain pipe. There is always a chance of things going bad when cutting cast iron. They warned me that in a worst-case scenario, the rest of the pipe could crack and my costs would double or triple. That worst-case scenario did not happen! They finished the work much more quickly than expected. I would use this company again.

Vaughan has come to my house several times over the years to help with my plumbing needs. They are very responsive and have provided same day service or same week service. I am very happy with Vaughan Plumbing.
The water in my kitchen sink was backed up and I tried nearly every simple solution I could find on Google: snaking, wet/dry vacuum, drain bladder, vinegar & baking soda. Nothing worked, and then I realized the pipes were leaking in the process. I first called some other plumbers but everyone was booked for several days to a couple of weeks. Vaughan Plumbing was able to send someone out the same day and for a much more reasonable call-out fee than their competitors. They diagnosed the problem, got me a quote, and scheduled their plumbers to come back first thing the next morning. Sam and Sean did an excellent job replacing the cracked, leaky cast-iron pipe with new PVC pipes. They even arranged the new pipes in such a way that the water flow was more efficient. They got rid of the clog and now I have no issues whatsoever using the kitchen sink. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous and answered any questions I had about the job. Now I know who to call next time I need plumbing services.

Once again were great to work with. This time was for a new furnace and hot water heater. They were responsive, easy to coordinate with, quick, and clean. Their work which was all inclusive (i.e. electrical, permits, etc.), which other Company's did not seem to offer, or if they did, was at an additional cost. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing/heating issue and would highly recommend.

I called Vaughan this morning after I noticed a leaky garbage disposal last night. They had someone out in less than an hour and replaced the disposal in less than two. Great service!
*****George had performed a 5 star work in replacing my hot water heater. He was professional, polite, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. This is a more complicated job than the usual replacement because of the pipes and gas lines around the water heater tank, somehow George managed to do a superb work in installing it. Greg, the owner gave me a very fair price estimate. I knew I had ended my search for the right plumber , someone who will do the job for the right price, when I received his estimate. The estimate showed a clear break down for the price components. And the work was done swiftly on the same day. Couldn't have been happier given the circumstances. Our boiler cut out in the middle of a cold snap and after looking around the neighborhood, I'm happy I picked Vaughan.
Our boiler was completely shot and needed to be replaced. During the first visit, they tried everything they could to at least hold me over till the new boiler arrived. As a first time homeowner and new to the area, I was very nervous about being in a situation where I had to deal with a dead boiler in the dead of winter.
They answered all my questions, were very professional, great to talk to, and unusually courteous (which is a wonderful thing. I appreciate a business that really cares about their customers). They even went out of their way to make sure that the room was clean before they left and little stuff like that says a lot about the people who work for a business.

I've used Vaughn for a few years and continue to be impressed by their responsiveness, competence, and the fine quality of the people that I've dealt with there consistently. Just had a crisis with a busted hot water tank and flooding, failure of our solar hot water system. After striking out trying to find somebody to quickly deal with the solar system, I decided to go back to an electric hot water tank. They came in quickly and diagnosed the problem, brought me a new tank, I'm all set now after a few catastrophic days. Every call returned quickly, appointments set up and kept, nice and smart folks who CLEANED UP after themselves after they did the work. I've been dealing with terrible plumbers for decades, have never have found anybody like this.

These guys are 'dream plumbers' ! I had my water heater replaced + a leaky toilet fixed. Here are the reasons why I give this unusual compliment (BTW, I found them from Yelp, where they also had good review).
1. They were very punctual. I was very impressed with their time (they show up 5 min early !) to show up for both diagnostics and actual work.
2. They were IT-savvy. The owner was surprisingly responsive and quick about my inquires to the detail, all via email and texting. Plus for the modern world.
3. They were professional. All the staffs were courteous and clean + they knew what they were doing. They never hesistated to explain to me what they were doing before, during, and after their work. Actually, I learned a lot about water-heater and toilet installation from them :)
4. They were neat ! They prepared the floor, came with shoe cover, cleaned up their work very well. No mess behind.
5. (Importantly) The price was reasonable and justifiable. The money well-spent !
For these reasons, I am quite compelled to write this good review. I will definitely contact them again if the occasion rises.

Vaughan P&H came highly recommended to us by word of mouth (our neighbor's sister) after she heard us complaining about a local plumber (literally down the street from where we live) that never returned our emails, calls and messages left with their answering service. I made one attempt to contact Vaughan, and within an hour they responded and scheduled a free onsite estimate the very next day. The plumbing tech (Chris?) that showed up very punctually was very friendly and down to earth, and more importantly was genuine with his assessment, estimate and recommendations. In other words, he didn't try to up-sell us on anything or service that we didn't need. Plumbing repairs usually don't come cheap, but I believe we got our money's worth in terms of Vaughan P&H striving to earn our trust (not just our business) as well as receiving the work of experienced and trustworthy professionals. As well, we appreciated the fact that they lived up to their website's no job too small slogan. Obviously, no one hopes to ever need plumbing repair services, but if/when there's a next time for us we know who to call first.

Since I bought my house in 2009, Vaughan Install a water Heater for us. It has been working perfectly for 12 years until the time it needs to be replaced. No problem at all. Vaughan plumbing is very good. Not only do they know what they're doing and arrive when they say they will, but they are willing to go the extra mile for you. Derek will work with you to figure out the best way to deal with problems as they come up, and get the job done professionally--and with perseverance. My most recent project had to do with installing a kitchen faucet on a granite countertop, whose holes had been drilled too small. The crew at Vaughan Plumbing were great to work with. The guys were responsive and when they came out to check out what needed to be done, they were so professional and took the time to explain in detail what they found and solutions to remedy the issues we were having. They were also very thorough and while we thought we needed more work done, they let us know it wasn’t worth spending money on changing out pipes which we thought we needed to change simply because they were old. Someone else would have done it just to get the extra money but these guys seemed sincere. We really enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or heating service. We will use them again in the future should a need arise.

Had a leaking water heater and some rusted pipes. They responded immediately after calling and were here within an hour. Gave me an estimate, I agreed, and they went out, got the parts and had it all fixed within a few hours of my original call. Vaughan P&H is excellent. Called Greg on Friday morning, first time costumer, about our Navien tankless water heater occasionally coming up with error E003. We talked over the phone about its history and scheduled a visit in the afternoon with its cost upfront. Got messages to confirm, Sean shows up, checks describes all of his steps and what the issues are, does all of the testings, he is friendly, fix the wateer heater and leaves. Later I got the invoice for the agreed price, everything works. Great! I hope I do not have to call Greg often, but I know who to call if I do have any plumbing issue!

I had a leaking indirect water tank that was under warranty, but the original installer wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it so I called Greg. I used him in the past and had a great experience so called him again. He took care of dealing with the warranty and let me know when the new tank was available. My old toilet tank cracked suddenly and I was having a hard time finding a plumber to come out and assess my situation. Within a day of calling Vaughan they came by, capped the toilet supply line to prevent any additional leaks, and provided a reasonable quote with helpful tips on how to pick a replacement toilet.
I had the toilet installed several months later due to supply issues. Once I had the toilet delivered Vaughan was able to come out the next business day. Crew was polite, professional, and neat. Everything was fine for a week but then the toilet started to leak on the floor.
I called and on the next business day a crew showed up again to fix the problem at no additional charge. They were apologetic and professional. I am thankful they were able to rectify the problem without any hassle or extra work on my part. I am a satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vaughan Plumbing.

We had a pipe leaking from the kitchen into our basement and I feared the worse. I called Vaughan plumbing and was happy to get a service call quickly. Sean the plumber skillfully navigated a SMALL space in the ceiling and located and repaired the leak in a timely manner. Without me requesting, they kindly put back in a dryer we had removed to allow access to the space and they left the work area clean and tidy. The workmen were pleasant and professional and my expectations were met. I recommend this company.

I’ve been using Vaughan for over a decade now. Greg and his crew are always responsive, prompt, efficient, and friendly. If we ever have an issue it’s an automatic call to Vaughan for the solution.
Our heater was not working correctly and Greg responded immediately to assist. His team arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. Greg is always very good with communications - keeping me updated at all times on the repair status and next steps until the issue was resolved. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. Greg was responsive over the phone and his installation engineers worked quickly and did a great job explaining the process to me. They had a few issues finding my home for the inspection and were a few minutes late to the installation, but worked faster than expected. Overall I would still give them 5-stars and would happily recommend.

I've called Vaughn Plumbing and Heating twice now for two different issues over 2 years. They were incredibly responsive, fast, & professional. I'm very grateful for their work and highly recommend their service. I found them because they left a sticker on the water heater they must have installed in our home prior to our purchase. They've done a great job every time we need them. First was a hot water not coming to kitchen sink and the second was a hose faucet leaking behind the shingles and into the basement. Both were quick fixes and their team was great.

I couldn't say enough good things about this company. Greg (the owner) communicated with me promptly by text to provide a quote and was able to schedule us in the following morning. George and Sam arrived exactly on time - they were professional, knowledgeable, nice, and did quality work. They rerouted my water main in order to fit a new shutoff, PRV, and Moen Flo valve. The work was awesome - it looked amazing and it's working great. They helped bump up the pressure on the PRV from 50 to 60 psi for me as well. They even took the time to install a draw-off.
I will 100% be using these guys for any future plumbing needs. They are responsive, punctual, efficient, and their work looked awesome. They got it done quickly too - and I particularly appreciated how soon they were able to send someone out to do this work! Another place I called didn't even give me a quote for 7 days. These guys apparently know how to run a business, and know the long term value of customer relationship, craftsmanship, and quality services.
I also liked the email and txt updates regarding the appointments and invoice/receipt.

I found them through one of my local groups and everyone recommended them. They are Great ! I called the customer service line and Greg returned the call immediately. We wanted to convert our cooking range from Electric to gas and hookup the new gas range we had purchased. Greg came on Saturday morning, looked into the details and scheduled the job for Monday. They are very professional and responsive. I had an emergency and called them on Sunday. The customer service was very professional and got my questions very clear and back to me in 10 minutes for an early morning appointment next day. The worker ( Christopher Grant) was very nice and worked hard to identify the problem. I called quite some companies found from google they are the best!

Called about a heating issue. George the owner sent out 2 great guys very respectful. They thought it could be my thermostat. Waited an hour or so, still had the same issue. Called back the owner George came out. He said he thought it could be the pumps. Told me he would look into a price to replace them. Week goes by text him he blew me off. Called him he said he still looking to source the pumps. Another week goes by and he completely blew me off ! You have 5 star reviews but your customer service is null. 0 stars if I could! If you didn’t think you could fix the problem just tell me and I’d be happy to call the next company on the list! Don’t waste my time! Won’t hire them again nor would I ever recommend to anyone

I've had very positive experiences with Vaughan Plumbing. They respond quickly to my calls, show up when they say they will, and provide the option to pay online. I've very pleased.
We initially contacted Vaughan to check on our sump pump and its backup. Based on the first representative’s knowledge, we decided to ask for a quote for installation of a second outdoor watering faucet on opposite side of house. The quote was reasonable, and we accepted it online. They came when they said they would. They replaced the existing faucet and installed a the new one with the very convenient 90 degree turn on/off feature. They worked with us to position a winter shutoff and drain just where we wanted it and still out of the way so that the pipes did not interfere with existing shelves, etc. They use modern crimping pipe connection technology that totally avoids soldering (that could have possible future corrosion issues) and enables rapid assembly. When finished with the plumbing, they double checked the sump pump and verified that both the main and backup pump were in good working order. They were done very quickly, were very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

Vaughn's plumbing is hands down top notch excellent. No problem is too large or small. I had a drain stoppage from tenants on a holiday 3 day weekend and Vaughn service was able to repair it in a matter of hours after calling. I can't say enough of how good they are.
Greg was very responsive from my initial call. He came and assessed my needs and explained my options and his recommendation. We set a date and he was able to start earlier and did. The new boiler was delivered on time and Chris
came when expected and did the installation. There was no nonsense. Just serious work.

Had a unique installation needed to regulate the heat on my radiator. The owner took the time needed in advance to make sure that he could do the job and ask questions about the new device. He sent a crew that was creative and skilled to understand the project. Both the owner and the technicians had a deep understanding of radiators and heating and electrical devices. It was an installation that they had not done before but within minutes they completed it with confidence and with a high-quality result. The device immediately began to work and has worked without any interruption since installation. The price was very fair and the scheduling was easy. Service: Navien tankless water heater install. Greg provided quote. Found him knowledgable and trustworthy. His price was by far the best out of the 3 total quotes I received. For install, George and Sam were on-time, communicative, and professional. They stayed the entire day for the install and also fixed an additional, smaller issue. They explained everything to me and had a check in half way through the day to make sure the job was progressing as planned. George kindly stuck around after the install for 15 minutes to give us some advice about other, unrelated plumbing tasks around the house. He was accommodating and patient. We plan to call Vaughan again soon. Very pleased to have found a trustworthy, knowledgable plumbing company so close to home.

Steam heat boiler- Coldest day was approaching and heat was not working correctly. Came immediately and then returned as the problem required two types of fixing. Spoke frankly about three choices of fixing from mini fix to replacing. All well thought out. Found another problem with sump pump while on site. Fixed a little ( on the house) pending a more major replacement. Have used in the past. Really excellent.

Leaking hot wtr tank on Sun evening; Chris from Vaughan came at 8:30 Mon, cld have installed new wtr htr that day, but we cld wait - so came Tues AM. Delivered and installed new Water Heater & redid some complicated piping related to the water heater and we we were back in service before Noon.

My family has used Vaughan Plumbing for a few years. We have had a toilet replaced, furnace repaired, kitchen faucet installed and other repairs. We have always been happy with the service and professionalism and service we received from the team.
I've been using Vaughan for years for various services: reviving and purging a forced hot water heating system on a previously vacant house, fixing leaks, replacing a water heater, servicing a boiler, etc. My favorite thing about using them is you can text them the night before or day of and they quickly respond with availability; usually within the day. they are fast and professional and will continue to be my go to.
My hot water heater (12 years old, 2 years beyond warranty)failed and was leaking in my basement. I called Greg, left a voicemail, and he responded within 15 minuets. He had a quote for me within a few more minuets and his crew of 2 men were at my house with a replacement within 1 1/2 hours. They were quick and did a professional job. They also did a very thorough , overdue (my fault) cleaning and servicing of my gas boiler a year ago and did an excellent job then as well. I recommend them highly. I consider them on the expensive end of the pricing spectrum.

I had a great experience with Vaughan Plumbing and would definitely recommend their services. I had a leak from my shower coming down through by basement ceiling that I worried was going to cost a ton to fix. They quickly identified it was an issue with the shower fittings and a faulty shower head. They fixed it in minutes and haven't had an issue since. The employees showed up on time and were very polite. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had a leaking dishwasher supply line and the valve that it was connected to was broken and I could not be shut the water off. I called 5 plumbers who told me that they could not make it until the next day. When I contacted Vaughan, they were at my house within an hour and the repair was done within an hour of that. When our tankless water heater died on Thanksgiving day I figured I wouldn’t get someone out to fix it until at least the following Monday. After leaving a message Greg texted me back Thanksgiving night and said he would have a technician out first thing In the morning. They arrived promptly, troubleshooted with the manufacturer and diagnosed the problem as needing to replace the heat exchanger…& confirmed the part was still under warranty. Sean provided a temporary solution to give us hot water until the new part arrived and they were installing it by Monday morning! Vaughan is my go-to plumber. Over the past few years they’ve replaced a broken shower system, unclogged my disposal and done numerous plumbing jobs. During a recent appointment for a plumbing job, one of the plumbers noticed my outside gas line was in danger in corroding. They quickly fixed it and prevented what could have been a disaster for our family. Super-responsive (calls back within hours), knowledgeable plumbers that get the job done. I highly recommend Vaughan Plumbing.
I called a bunch of plumbers to try to get the shower fixed after it stopped working. Vaughan Plumbing answered the phone which was a good start, them immediately got back to me with an approximate time frame which they met. Other places either didn't call back or offered me next week. On top of all the professional customer service they also diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. I will definitely use them again.
