Recently we discovered a leaky pipe in our unfinished basement. Z PLUMBERZ installed a new electric water heater for us back in March and did a fantastic job, so I didn't hesitate to call them about this leak. I talked to Laila on Tuesday evening. She said someone would be out on Thursday morning between 8-11am.
Stavros called and texted updates as to when he'd get here, and he arrived just after 8am on Thursday morning. He was the lead plumber for our water heater installation, and he's fantastic! Stavros took one quick look at the leaky pipe, knew exactly what was wrong, and told me the total cost up-front. I readily agreed, and 15 minutes later not only was the leak repaired but he'd also fixed the underlying issue that caused the leak in the first place!
I would highly recommend Z PLUMBERZ to anyone in the Greater Boston area. They're super responsive, very communicative, do excellent top-quality professional work, and are friendly to boot. Don't hesitate to give them a call about any work you need done!

Excellent service! I called several other plumbing companies in the area that offer 24/7 service seeking help with a newly apparent leaking pipe/valve. (Kind of an emergency.) Z Plumbers (Scott) was the only one that responded when I called and were able to come out as soon as possible. Others either offered an appointment 10+ days out or didn't respond at all... Mike from Z Plumbers came fist thing in the AM, inspected the issue, explained three different options, gave recommendations for me to make an informed decision and got the job done. Aiden did a good job replacing the trim, however he came 2 hours later than scheduled. Also the company charged me $250 for 30 min work, seems excessive to me.
We had an emergency call (burst hot water tank) over July 4th weekend, Mike was the first plumber to respond and offered to come out that day, was responsive throughout the process giving us a clear timeline and updates until he had arrived. They were able to install a new tank and resolve our issue at a reasonable price. We were thrilled with our experience with them and would recommend them to anyone in the Boston area.

I put in a request on Thumbtack and got a response within a minute. They scheduled me right away and Aiden came out within an hour. They were insanely fast. Aiden was super nice, so helpful, kept me informed and left everything clean. I’m very pleased with my experience.
Of note, payment was so easy. I loved getting a text with a link to pay. Oftentimes companies aren’t using current methods of payment. I appreciate the use of technology. The QR code to provide a review was also a nice touch.
All in all, I’m so pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Z Plumberz and big shout out to Aiden!

Aiden was fantastic! Very professional, he explained step by step what he was planning to do. I also appreciated how conscious he was about using his mask and a shoe protector inside the house. He also brought a rug to make sure the car wheels (one of the tools he used) would not damage the wood floors. It took a few hours but the problem was resolved! Highly recommend this service!!!!

We need to replace our 20 year old water tank in our newly purchased house and Z PLUMBERZ installed it for us quickly the next day. They are also very responsive regarding the issue we were seeing related with the water not heating up and root caused the issue to be one of the broken pipe in our master bedroom. ZPlumbers sent Mike over on a Friday evening to repair a plumbing leak. He diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, and applied a temporary patch that stopped the leak over the weekend. He returned Monday morning for a permanent fix. It took 5 hours (this old house) but he worked tirelessly till it was done and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. It was excellent plumbing service throughout. Highly recommended.
My hot water tank needed a replacement and out all the plumbing companies I went for a Z-Plummers, as they were very professional and responsive more then that extremely helpful really went out there way and spoke with old company and got us water tank replacement saved good money and did really nice work for installation, special shout out to mike he was very helpful and keep explaining on the progress. We have found it very difficult to find a reliable and reasonably priced plumber in the Boston area, these guys were amazing. From start to finish. Easy to schedule, they use technology for billing and receipts. They provide someone who helps you out with the scheduling that is not the plumber, it’s really pretty groundbreaking. Honestly I’ve never dealt with anything like it in the trades, I hope to see more like this for electricians and the other trades.

I want to thank Aniceto and Aidan from Z PlummerZ for saving my holiday weekend. They were the most professional and informative plumbers i have ever worked with. I called Z PlummerZ the day after thanksgiving with an emergency and a house full of family. I spoke with Naomi - and even though she had the day off, she was extremely professional, understanding, and caring about our situation. She put me in touch with Aniceto and Aidan who came to my residence ASAP, explained what they were going to do in detail. The pricing for emergency services was beyond fair especially being it was a holiday, and the two of them got to work and within hours had resolved the issue same day. They showed me the condition of my pipe and explained what we were seeing from the camera they ran. In the end they fully cleaned the main line, and an enormous weight was lifted off my chest. Very satisfied with Z Plumberz. They are professional, response quickly (plumbers show up within hours), and communicate effectively. Everyone I have spoken to (the sales coordinator, the manager, and the plumbers) are all very thorough with the process. The rate is also pretty standard by Boston standard.They are not the cheapest, but I am satisfied with the quality they delivered. I would highly recommend this company.

Our toilet and shower was clogged causing a lot of anxious wrinkles on our foreheads, but Z-plumberz’s technician Aiden came in and immediately identified the problem. Turns out the power outage a few days ago blew the outlet that was connected to the sewer tank’s waste disposal. Aiden managed to help us get everything back to working condition in under an hour! Aidan was great! Came immediately for an emergency and gave great updates on timing of arrival. Attended to the problem at hand and offered simple tips for the future. Avoided, but shared expectations for next and more expensive steps should the problem come back.
Very dissatisfied with the price. Hourly rate of $200 an hour. Was charged $400 even though actual work took about 1.5 hours... Honestly installing a toilet should not take more than an hour IMHO. Not going to recommend them or use the again!

Amazing experience to have a company who is so willing to accept responsibility when there is an issue with the work. In my world this is very unusual!! I Contacted Leo at ZPlumberz to repair a leaking copper water pipe. I had issues with the way the work was done so I sent a photo of the work to Leo. He said he'd do what it took to make me happy with the job. I was suspicious, suspecting perhaps I had entered an alternate reality. But his head plumber Neil called me and immediately said they'd make it right. They sent Stavros to fix it and he did an excellent job. Then, they reduced the price they charged me significantly. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Had a burst pipe at an outdoor sink. They were there first thing next morning. Not only did the technician Aiden repair the burst pipe under the sink, he installed new valves at an interior wall so that I could properly drain the exterior system next winter and avoid the problem from re-occurring. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Everything was priced fairly. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Z Plumberz and Aniceto! We got back from a weekend trip to find water in our basement under our water heater. We called a number of plumbers, and Z Plumberz was able to come out the soonest. Aniceto showed up on time and followed Covid protocols, which we appreciated. He did an assessment and provided a reasonable quote. After getting a new water heater, he had the old one out and the new one installed in about an hour. Aniceto answered all of my questions, and he did a very professional job. We really appreciated the quick response and the work that they did. I highly recommend Z Plumberz!

I called Z Plumbers for my water heater that gave out on a Sunday morning. I was able to get in touch with someone at Z plumbers (even on a Sunday) and they were able to send someone out the next day. The plumber who came out, Stavros, was great - efficient and able to diagnose things quickly. He promptly got a new water heater and replaced it early the next day. We had a leaky pipe in our basement and found ZPlumberz through Thumbtack. Within a few minutes of initial inquiry, Naomi from ZPlumberz had us set up with an appointment for the next day. Aniceto, the plumber, called me ahead of the appointment with a precise ETA and reached our house punctually. He was polite and efficient, immediately finding the source of the leak and outlining his strategy to fix it. He even vacuumed up the puddles the leak had created disinfected the area with Lysol. I'd highly recommend ZPlumberz and Aniceto in particular.
We had a clog in our main line causing sewer backup in our basement and had called 4 other plumbing companies. Z plumberz had availability and got to us within an hour of calling. Aiden was fantastic and professional. He unclogged the pipe in less than an hour and was very thorough making sure the pipe was cleared and that all our questions were answered. He even answered general plumbing questions we had and was very personable. I highly recommend Aiden and the company!
