Yakov was super helpful servicing my heating system. He quickly diagnosed the source of the issue and took his time to explain it to me. Turns out there was only a minor issue, but he took the time to discuss heating alternatives and maintenance tips to look out for. It was much appreciated!

We awoke to a massive leak causing a drip in the ceiling of our garage. There was no clear evidence of the source (there is a bathroom above the garage but unclear if shower, tub, sinks, or toilet). We called at 8 :30 am and someone was at the house by 9:30. They provided us a clear estimate, made the repair, and charged us UNDER the estimate. Artie was polite, respectful, and patient with many kids around. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service, especially knowing it is a holiday weekend and many other places were closed! Excellent customer service as well.

We really liked plumbing solutions at first, and I’m surprised because other reviews have said they are responsive, but we recently had them come out to our house to give a quote and they never provided one. Since May 18th when they came out initially, my partner has called and emailed them at least a dozen times and no one has returned her calls/ emails. During that time, we’ve had to leave our bathroom unfinished while we wait for a quote/ wait to have someone perform the work we need done. We would have liked to hire them because they’ve done quick/ reasonable work for us before, but it seems we won’t have the opportunity as no one has responded or provided a quote in about a month.

Chris's plumbing service was exceptional! He was professional, prompt, and fixed all the issues with great attention to detail. His friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

This is a great company that I have used for many years. Chris was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Another company told me that I needed to replace an expensive faucet, but Chris said it just needed a new part (thus saving me quite a bit of money). He has ordered it and will return.

First the good news: Matt showed up on time, was friendly, courteous and extremely neat. Now the disappointing news: $96 to change a water filter on a drinking water dispenser underneath the kitchen sink, $164 dollars to change the stem cartridges, seats and springs on a bathroom faucet. When I asked if that $164 would cover the other faucet, that was an additional $164! In all, the work for both took Matt approximately 35 minutes.

While the work was professional, the value was extremely poor. It should not cost nearly $100 to change a simple water filter for drinking water. That was a 5 minute operation. Dollars spent to value provided needs to be better aligned.

If money is not an issue, I highly recommend. For the rest of us, I cannot give a higher recommendation based solely on the the amount charged and value provided.

I had a great experience with Plumbing Solutions to fix my tankless water heater. They were on site with 24 hours of my initial call and were able to resolve the issue immediately. The plumber Jose was very friendly and gave clear explanations of the work being performed (he wrote down the lockout code for future plumbers). I plan to use their services again.

I recently purchased a new home and had several minor plumbing issues that needed repair - slow draining, leaking shower valve, etc. I don't have a plumber in my new area and found Plumbing Solutions, Inc. through some Googling.

The work needed was simple so I can't speak to some of the more complex projects, but their service was great, quick, and affordable. Artie was our technician, professional and able to address our issues in one stop.

We're likely to use plumbing solutions to install a water filtration system and would recommend anyone give them a call if you need a plumber.

Small adjustments and a short laundry list of fixes.

Artie was GREAT! He unhooked our gas stove in preparation for anew one. He also changed two inside toilet assemblies that were leaking. He was professional, friendly, and offered us advice on a few things. He will be our forever plumber! So glad to have found him!

I’ve used Plumbing Solutions for two projects; replace my water heater and a faucet repair. They’re responsive, professional and do excellent quality work. They’re my go-to- reliable plumbing resource.

Plumbing Solutions did a nice job, however, their prices were extremely high. All we needed done was our new sink and food disposal hooked up. They were there for an hour and a half and our bill was $655. Plumber charges $200 an hour. He had a helper who really didn't do any plumbing work. He ran out to the truck a few times for some parts. He was billed out at $200 an hour as well. Very nice people, but the rate for service was extremely high.

I enjoyed the professionalism and courteous manner that employee used when working in my home, he wore masks, gloves, and foot coverings while working on the issue.

Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good!

I recently purchased a townhouse with two old toilets that were not flushing properly and using a lot of water. I called Plumbing Solutions and had an appointment scheduled quickly. After looking at both of my toilets, Artie suggested I replace instead of repair. I was given options to purchase through the plumbing service or source my own toilets (which I did with spec guidance from Artie.) Artie and another tech came out a few days later to install my new toilets and remove my old ones. Everything was quick and within the quoted price discussed. I am very happy with the service I received and will use Plumbing Solutions again for future plumbing needs.

Our son, Rob, referred Plumbing Solutions to us. They did some work at his home in Walpole and was extremely satisfied! We called to have a couple of drains unclogged and also needed to have a leaking pipe repaired. Ultimately, we needed to have a part of the soil pipe replaced and also a pipe under the bathroom sink. The result was outstanding! The leak was fixed and we were informed every step of the way. There were no surprises! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! We had explained to the secretary what needed to be done (replace the shut off valve in the basement to the kitchen icemaker and install a new braided stainless steel water line, which we provided) and Chris was prepared. He was finished in less than an hour and everything works perfectly. This is the second time we have used Plumbing Solutions and the second time we are delighted with their service. Will we call them a third time?? Absolutely!!!

I had a leak that needed to be repaired ASAP during the Holiday/July 4th week. Plumbing Solutions phoned me back within two hours of my message and the technician arrived the next day. I received a call letting me know that the Technician was running an hour later than estimated. I appreciated the communication. Yakov the technician was both knowledgeable and professional and outlined my different options and pricing. Within 2 hours of his arrival the job was complete. I just moved into a house that needed a water line to the fridge and a new faucet in one of the showers. They were here on the 2nd day. Kevin was great explaining what needed to be done. I have a few more things that need to be done and will definitely use them again.

I called the office this morning to request service for my kitchen sink. The disposal wasn’t working and the sink was backed up. Your company accommodated me on short notice and Chris arrived mid morning. He was friendly and clean (he wore booties and cleaned the sink and wiped down the switch plate) and was able to detect and fix the issue quickly. We have used your company once before and based on the service we got, you will be our first call in the future.

Plumbing Solutions installed an in-floor heater to replace an old cast radiator. Everything was very well communicated and installation was complete to schedule within 3 weeks from the initial survey. Courteous and professional from the onsite visit, quoting and to the final system check. Pricier than your usual plumber, but worry free. Would use again.

Shout out to this amazing company! My daughter flushed paper towels this morning and clogged my toilet. The Plumbing Solutions plumber quickly and correctly diagnosed our problem - our circulator pump had given out - and then replaced it. The system is now working as it should. Though quite a lot of labor by two guys was required, they only charged us the base visitation fee of $149.

I had a few leaky pipes and a boiler issue in the middle of winter. Matt got back to me quickly and sent over Yakov, who was great. He’s friendly, professional and really took the time to explain everything and give me all the options. Shane also worked on the project and was great as well.

Only one bathroom sink has been temporarily shut off because the leaking pipe is connected to it. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy repair of a slow drain- the plumber cleared the drain and repaired the tub stopper which had gotten loose and was obstructing the drain. Service was quick and effective and they left the bathroom clean.

Shane and Jake from plumbing solutions were amazing. So glad that we followed their advice because we found additional issues (which is never fun) but would have caused more issues down the road. We've worked with Plumbing Solutions for years and have always been pleased. Everything is working much better!

They were very efficient, neat and in and out in under an hour. That being said, I felt they were very expensive. I supplied the toilet and the job took less than an hour and cost $489.00. I can’t think of many services that get that much for an hours worth of work.

Plumbing Solutions is absolutely the place I'll keep going to for any future needs at home. I called them with 3 or 4 basic homeowner type requests (tub, kitchen sink, toilet, etc.) and they came out and fixed everything in under an hour. Courteous, thoughtful, and professional. Highly recommended.

Chris and Matt were great. We had a irremovable clog, i was able to schedule them at 10PM and they came out the next day before lunch to try and clear it. When that couldn't be done they were able to quickly replace a specialty toilet with one that was an exact replacement. Reasonably priced and great service including a call when they are on their way at the exact time they said they would be there.

Plumbing Solutions is a great place to call when inneed of a water heater. Last year they came and installed a water heater very quick but professionally. Just yesterday I called them cause my sink was backed up so they were very punctual on what they did and I'm happy everything is working well

We called plumbing solutions for a clogged toilet on the first floor. I did have to call twice, the second time 2 hours later than the first. I was told by the answering service to call again if they did not respond within a half hour. Someone did call right away and came shortly after the call. They were pleasant and efficient, and had unclogged the toilet within 10 minutes after arriving. They left after 15 minutes having charged $278, which seems unreasonably high for the amount of time and simple use of a snake for a few minutes. We were told that that was the charge listed in the book, regardless of the amount of time/work involved. We will not be calling them again for any service in the future.

Artie came to the house, inspected the problem and walked me through a solution within a few moments. A short time later the work was done and my outdoor hose spigot was again functioning. Would recommend these guys in heartbeat. Thanks for the great work.

We had a radiator pipe leaking water into our basement. Had an appointment with a local plumbing company on Tuesday but after 2 days of no response I called Plumbing Solutions at 9am on Thursday. We scheduled an appointment for Friday, but Shane and Jake called me a hour later saying they finished a job early and came to look at the leak. I got the quote 10 minutes later and the job was finished an hour later. Service was great, they wore booties for their shoes and when they were done they swept up the work areas. Great company. Sent a request via yelp for replacement of a sink and faucet, got a call from Matt, scheduled the appointment within a couple of days. Kevin called 10 minutes before he arrived to tell me he is on his way. Came in, looked at the job, gave me a quote and when I approved, he started working. He did a great job, was very courteous and left the place neat and tidy. I would hire them again. The only reason I gave 4/5 is that their prices are not the most competitive. That said, I would rather pay a bit extra with the confidence that the job gets done right the first time.

I was shocked to enter my kitchen after working in my home office all morning to discover my kitchen floor was flooding, with water coming from under the sink! I turned off the lever to shut off the main water to the house, and discovered it also had a small leak! Called and a plumber came within 30. I called Plumbing Solutions because my daughters 30 year old dryer needed to be removed but was hard piped (no flexible gas pipe)by the previous owner and we did not feel safe moving or disconnecting it ourselves. Plumbing Solutions was very responsive and made an appointment for the next day. Matt made sure the gas shutoff for the dryer worked properly and disconnected the dryer making sure it would be ready for the new dryer and flexible gas pipe. He also cleaned the old long dryer vent that went up the wall and across the ceiling to outside and replaced a portion of it. He checked the washer shutoff valves also and an outdoor spigot. We now feel confident that everything is up to code and safe. All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company !

We had a water leak in wall. He insisted the damage was from outside. We insisted there was a pipe in the wall.
He eventually opened the wall and found a pipe. Didn't want to investigate the cause and left without any solution or causes. Didn't seem very knowledgeable. We now need to get another plumber to figure out the issue after over $300

Extremely satisfied with a service related to gas stove installation provided by Plumbing Solutions Inc. The company was very responsive. Scheduling was very easy. The scheduled time was honored. Tim was very professional; the work done in a timely manner and the place was left clean. A permit had already been pulled out. Tim followed up within an hour with a receipt and scheduling for the Code Inspector to come in and inspect the work (this is a requirement of the township). My toilet was overflowing and Artie understood the problem immediately. He replaced the toilet with no issues. The final price was exactly what was quoted and it works great. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Plumbing Solutions did an excellent and professional job of repairing several pipe breaks and leaks in my home. First, my shower started leaking into my kitchen ceiling. They tightened the nut holding the drain to the bottom of the shower basin and applied new sealant to stop that leak. Then a cold snap hit the Northeast the week after, plummeting us down to -20 degrees. My garden hose's interior copper pipe burst in my basement. The existing shutoff valve worked okay, but was a bit leaky. They replaced both easily. The copper
pipe was replaced with a flexible plastic pipe that would handle extreme temperatures much more reliably without bursting. The shutoff valve was replaced with a strong handle version instead of the older, weaker knob version I had. They installed a weatherproof faucet on the exterior of my house in the garden, since the older faucet was worn and leaky. In addition, they upgraded the copper pipe feeding my water heater and installed better shutoff valves to it. The previous home owner had renovated, installed a new water heater, and bent/discolored the pipe feeding the water heater during installation. It did not look sturdy or safe and was a concern I had harbored ever since I bought this home. Plumbing Solutions recommended I replace it, and I agreed to prevent future potential plumbing issues. I feel much more confident with this new pipework now.
Throughout their work, they were timely and thorough in their communication. Their work is top quality, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs/installations.

Plumbers from Plumbing Solutions have done several jobs at my house. Matt, Kevin, Artie and Chris have done work, and their work is excellent. The jobs have varied -- from plumbing a kitchen renovation and water heater replacement to heater maintenance. Artie replaced a faucet in an old bathroom sink. Somewhat challenging job as there was little space to maneuver, but he succeeded in getting the old faucet out and putting the new one in. Very courteous and punctual. I'm very satisfied.

I can’t tell you enough how satisfying it was to use this company. I called four places and three of them were scheduling 60 days out. The fourth place made an appointment, but then canceled at the last minute after I had taken the afternoon off. I called this company after the last one canceled. Artie and chris were available and came out within the hour. They spent one hour and managed to repair two sump pumps and install an icemaker waterline that needed to be connected. While they were there, Chris noticed a small puddle in the basement that was caused by a crack in the condensation pump. He changed that out as well. Great service, will use again.

Yakov fixed our leaky pipes in our laundry room. He was quick and efficient and we are very satisfied with the work. But while he was there, he noted that our hot water heater was 11 years old and had begun to rust! Despite it being Christmas week, he came the day after Christmas to install a new hot water heater and a shut-off valve that would block our downstairs from being flooded in case the hot water heater ever bursts. We feel like we dodged a bullet thanks to Yakov! We have used Plumbing Solutions for years and will continue to do so!

9/22/21 review. I waited a good couple of years to write this review because the hot water heater tank they installed was damaged, so I wanted to make sure there were not anymore issues. I was very excited when I found this company with all the 5 star reviews. A company is only as good as its employees. Clearly they have some excellent plumbers, wish I had got different ones from this company. First, I thought the price was high, I know I could of done better, but when your hot water tank goes, you can't afford to wait. I had got 2 estimates and theirs was better than the 1st one I got, however $2,800 for a 40 gallon hot water heater with a vent pump seems pricey to me! There were 2 plumbers that came to do the job. They had to bring the tank in through the bulk head in the back of the house, so it was tight. They took it out of the box first, then brought it in. I heard a big bang when I was upstairs. I went down to investigate and they said nothing happened. I noticed a small dent in the wall and on the top of the tank and the plastic casing on the vent pump had a 6 inch crack in it, I had to tape it up with packing tape so that mice would not get into the warm casing, chew on the wires or nest in there. I didn't want it, but they argued with me and said, a lot of them come from the manufacturer like that and wouldn't switch it out. It was pretty clear that they banged the tank against the wall when they were coming in. I also have a drip tray under the tank. When they put the tank in they put the drain hole right up against the chimney so that I would never be able to get a pan under it if I had to. They didn't take much pride in their work or what they were doing and talked the entire time about everything and anything besides plumbing. They said they didn't even notice the drain hole! Perhaps they wouldn't of had to come back and rectify that if they had paid attention to what they were doing in the first place. I gave this company 1 star because lying and not owning up to your mistakes is extremely unprofessional and poor business practice. I sent a text to the owner stating all of this, with the number we had been communicating with and he never responded to it! If you use this company, I advise you baby sit them and watch everything they do!

Artie was efficient, timely and did a great job fixing out issue. I would 100% use Plumbing Solutions again and ask for Artie!

There was a technical reason he couldn’t install the disposal model I had purchased (related to the height of the outflow from the disposal and the height the drain pipe entered the rear wall), which he explained quite clearly, and he explained what I needed to make sure the next one I bought would fit. He also spent time trying to see if he could safely adapt the one I had purchased, and also looked on line for replacements with me. Very helpful and I will hire again.

Artie K and Tom helped to detect and eliminate the gas leak in the heating system. But they checked thoroughly the entire place with every plumbing connection just to be sure there wasn’t leak in other devices and connectors. Great workmanship, knowledgeable, on time and friendly. I would definitely use them again if I would have other problems with plumbing in my house. Thank you.

Artie K. from Plumbing Solutions was courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious in his diagnosis and repair of the leak. He arrived at 9 am, within 20 minutes (fantastic!!) of my emergency SOS call. The other places had scheduled me in for 5pm. Luckily, there was a cancellation opening at that time. Artie quickly detected the source of the leak coming from the basement ceiling valve. He repaired and replaced what needed replacing within 25 minutes. The company didn’t charge an emergency premium and the repair cost was what I expected. Artie K. not only answered my questions, but also showed me what to do for the wintertime to prevent any future occurrences. I will call Artie K. and Plumbing Solutions again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Yakov came out within an hour of me calling to help diagnose a leak that was causing water damage in our kitchen ceiling. He was very thorough and came back to fix the leak with his coworker Tom. Yakov and the team at Plumbing Solutions were great. They were responsive and very flexible with scheduling and on time. He did a terrific job changing out a gross old toilet which was the initial ask. I threw in an “oh by the way” for a drain on our sink which turned out being a way bigger ask than I thought. He was not only willing to do it but went out of the way to do the job right leveling the vanity and securing it to the wall without an additional charge. In his mind that had to be done to safely do the plumbing g work and I’m so glad he spoke up and advocated for it to be done. We will undoubtedly go back to them with our next plumbing need—planned or otherwise.

I was referred by a neighbor as I had an unexplained problem with my toilets. They have a wonderful lady(apologies for forgetting your name!) who took my call, and scheduled me. I received a reminder with the plumbers name on that day. He was on time and a professional. He determined the problem which actually required a drain company. I was given a name who were able to clear it up. Plumbing Solution checked in with me afterwards which I consider a pro move. Grateful for their professionalism, communication and follow up and would certainly recommend to anyone in need of their service.

I’ve used plumber solutions inc for 10 years now at different houses. Today I had the pleasure of having Artie and Tommy come out to change a toilet, replace so broken shut off valves and change some piping on the heating system.

They were incredibly efficient, friendly, professional and the quality of the work came out looking like it was new construction, not repair work.

Artie was even nice enough to give us some tips and on certain areas and explain everything they were doing and why. He was even kind enough and skilled enough to do the job while explaining to me the changing techniques is plumbing from soldering to pro-press copper fittings.

I can’t recommend this company enough for honest, dependable plumbers. Everything costs money but I feel the value equals the quality of work they perform.

He did several small repairs, including a leaking sink and toilet, and answered all of my many questions. He laid out the prices and explained options before proceeding. I may learn how to fix some of these things myself in the future, but for now it was worth having a professional do it. ADDENDUM: after the original service, I also asked them to come evaluate our sprinkler system, so we could separate it out from our regular water. They showed up promptly for the evaluation but I never heard from them again after multiple emails. This is a new unpleasant trend since the pandemic started. Instead of responding to say, sorry we can't take on the project anymore, service people just ghost you. It would save the customers a lot of time if we got a formal response, so we could look for a different company to address our issue in a timely fashion.

Kevin installed a new gas water heater and furnace pump for me. He provided a fixed estimate for approval before proceeding, called before coming over, arrived on time, responded to my questions and did a clean, professional installation. I will call Kevin again when I have plumbing needs.

Artie was fantastic! He quickly identified the problem and talked me through solutions. (He also explained that lots of people make the same mistake about using the wrong hose connector, which made me feel better!) The work done was speedy and I feel very confident that this solution is the best choice and will last a long time. Thanks, Artie, for all your help!

I emailed Plumbing Solutions to install a new sink and faucet and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response and the fact that they'd be able to send someone to my house the next day. I've heard horror stories about trying to get plumbers/electricians/contractors to even return phone calls. They called when they were 15-20 mins away (which I always find super helpful), wore masks, answered all my questions, weren’t afraid of my barking dog, and I think completed the job pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Returning a phone call promptly is key, but add in a quick (36 hour) turn around for a visit in a non emergency and a rapid solution to our leaking toilet problem, and I’d say I’m more than satisfied with my experience. Artie was professional and friendly, and the quality of his work was impeccable. He even educated me a bit on what the problem was, how it evolved, and what could be done in the future. Top notch experience overall.
